Im getting great customer service from this location...The store is well stocked and well organized. They answer their phone in RX so fast...No ling wait time any more. Also, they have most medication in stuck...The other thing that was so visible there are many associates work in this location. Before, It was a mission to find an associate in aisle...So the experience was great here. They had a great selection of cards $2/5 and their balloons were $3.99...Pretty ones and cheap! Terrible just terrible. I'm a teen and it's crazy I have to write about this tho. I've had multiple experiences in the location. EVERYTIME I go to get my medicine which is urgent they always say the same thing "we don't have it" "next week" or "call ur doctor" not once this month or more have they had my medicine ready and the worst part is they text my mom telling her it's ready for pickup and it's never ready. Very unprofessional Pharmacy staff. Had a doctor's appointment earlier in the morning. A prescription was called in right after. I received a text asking if I wanted this prescription filled right away to click yes. I did then a new text said my prescription was being filled soon. I ran other errands to give time. Two hours later I showed up at the drive up window. A woman tells me that it's not ready and to wait while she works on it. She said if a car shows up I would have to get out of line and get in again behind that car. Makes NO sense that they punish the customer for them slacking off. A car did show up and she got on the intercom and asked me to move. I told her I wasn't going to go around again because it's been two hours. She said I had to. So I went around and by this time there were three cars in line. I parked my car and went inside to talk to a manager. I went up to the window and the pharmacist yells from his station "what's your question? " I was shocked at his tone. He kept asking from his station until he finally came to the window and asked very rudely "what's the problem?" I explained the whole waiting after being told my prescription was being filled two hours ago. He said I had to wait and to get back in line after "that lady" referring to a woman waiting in line. While waiting in line the woman that was working at the drive through looked back with a smirk on her face. She grabbed my medication that was sitting by the window this whole time and put it on the counter by the cashier. I proceeded to pay for it when i finally got to the register. I asked the cashier to give me the names of the drive through clerk (Dahlia) and the pharmacist (Jeff). He went back to talk to the pharmacist then came back and wrote the names on the bag. Refused to give me the last names. The pharmacist refused to come talk to me and did not explain the medication. He had the cashier ( a young man) do it. Totally violating my right to medical privacy. This is unacceptable and it happens every single time I've had a prescription filled. Walgreens needs to remember that pharmacy customers are usually sick or elderly. It took a lot for me to walk inside since I suffer from knee and hip issues. The fact that they send out texts telling clients that the prescription is ready or being worked on when it's not true shows that they don't care about the client and only about $$$. When I called the pharmacy to check on it, I was on hold for over 20 minutes, only to be disconnected. Once he confirmed my order, he promptly showed me the photos to make sure I was happy with the results. I was thrilled by both the quality and price. Walgreens' regular photo prices are almost 5% cheaper than the competition. When you add in promo codes, pricing is downright amazing. fyi: You can upload images to Walgreens.com and have matte or glossy photos printed here in under an hour. My order was ready for pickup 11 minutes later. At a competitor, I would have had to wait 5+ days for my matte order to be shipped to me. Incompetent pharmacy technicians. They repeatedly screw up the prescriptions. They cancel out prescriptions when it still has refills available. I've had to call my doctor several times due to the errors made by the pharmacy technicians. I've only encountered 2 techs. that know what they're doing. The rest of them suck and have zero customer service skills. They rarely answer the phone and when they do, they place you on hold for 20-45 minutes. They need to hire people with experience or train them properly. I shouldn't have to call my doctor multiple times to have the same prescription filled when I already have 4 refills left. read more

When one of my prescriptions needed refilling, they said they would call my doctor and take care of it. It's a prescription I need to take every morning or my health suffers - I've taken it for 20 years. They advanced me three pills to get thru the weekend, but when I returned on Monday they said they "hadn't heard back" from my doctor and they wouldn't give me another pill in advance. Then one of them said I had to call my doctor! Why couldn't you just do your job - don't leave a message; actually call the physician! Had the pharmacy clerk not said THEY would call, then I would have called - but nope. I trusted them and waited for them. And they did nothing. Now I am more than 24 hours without having a medication I need to function. And after you were rude and rebuked ME for pleading for my med, yes, *I* called the doctor and easily reached them. Did your job for you. So thanks, Walgreen's pharmacy, for your complete failure on this -- as well as endangering the health of a customer. read more

This place is borderline criminal. They lose your prescription. They hang up on you over and over. Do not go here if it's important to you that your prescription is filled on time, or if you care about being able to talk to someone when they screw up. The pharmacist, Esther, is incredibly petty and mean and will sabotage your healthcare if you dare to speak up about this train wreck of an operation. Made an online order for same day pickup. Called for 3 days in a row (no one answered the phone multiple times) and they still weren't ready. Checked my email saying it was ready, I'm here, these two dummies at the photo department are rummaging around while I've been waiting here for 20 minutes saying they can't find it and it's probably not ready. There's piles and piles and piles of boxes and packages. After me sitting here for another 10 mins, the cards are printed but not cut and have been right in. Front of their faces the entire time. Then they couldn't figure out how to use the cutter. THEN she showed me that the cutter was messed up and tried to hand me cards that were literally cut in half and misprinted. At this point I just left pissed. A waste of 4 days and still I have no business cards. This store is so disorganized and understaffed do not come here, they are imbeciles. read more

I only come to this Walgreens for Christmas Photo greeting cards. I have never had a problem with my order until this year. I did my normal same day order and I was given a pickup time of 11:40pm. Well that's close to midnight so I decided to pick my order up the next day after work. I arrived to the store around 6:30pm. I waited in line. When I gave the Walgreens associate my pickup information. She explained that my Christmas cards weren't ready and the time given was an estimate. I said yeah I know the time given was estimated but it's almost 17 hours later... she then tried to gaslight me by saying, "you shouldn't have waited to the last minute" to order. I didn't wait until the last minute. I ordered the cards on December 20th!!! Bottom line, they Walgreens photo department was unorganized, ill prepared and understaffed to handle holiday card orders this year. Stop blaming your customers. Walgreens need to update their photo app to reflect real time processing of orders. I was also told they didn't know when my order would be ready. She said, "maybe tomorrow". However, when I left the store, I got an email an hour later stating that my order was ready for pick up. I don't live near Walgreens so there was no way for me drive back to the store that night. I assumed I would have to download all 50+ photos I needed on a flash drive and bring them in and sit at a yellow kiosk to have them printed. While collecting my photos on my computer at home, I visited Walgreens website and discovered I could upload my photos online instead. It couldn't have been more simple, and quick! My order qualified for a 50% discount too, how great! I clicked on upload, highlighted my 50+ photos in one click and within 5 seconds of loading, they all were there virtually online ready for me to make a few small edits. The system automatically orients my photos in the correct direction, crops them how they think it would look nice, which can be easily edited, and selects the appropriate size photo dimension to print. I submitted print at my local Walgreens address at 7:04am and I received my email for pickup at 8:04am right on the dot! They quoted one hour and were spot on, I was very impressed! Other Walgreens locations quoted multiple days to print, which I didn't have, so I was very happy! After driving to the store, I headed to the photo department and the clerk had my photos in my hands within seconds. For $11, I consider this a major win and will be using and recommending Walgreens Photo in the future for all my projects! read more

Worst pharmacy experience ever. The guy went to the back to see if they had what I was getting. He then came back and looked up the price. He then took my prescription entered it all in and proceeded to tell me they didn't have what I wanted but I could go to another location. He looks up where they have it writes it down but doesn't tell me where. As he hands me the paper he says the computer says they have one so they may not have it by the time I get there. The location is over 20 minutes away. I can go to any other pharmacy closer so I ask for my prescription back and he says no. He says it's in their system he's keeping it. Excuse me?? You didn't fill it! I told him I wanted to go somewhere else and he told me that pharmacy could call him for the prescription. After arguing with him he finally deleted it in their system and gave it back but he made it very difficult. I will never get a prescription from them ever. read more

The entrance to the parking lot in front is a bit annoying to get to as you have to drive past the auto-shop next door. The biggest issue that I had about this location was how each aisle did not have overhead labels it was a bit difficult to know what particular items were in the middle shelves. For example, the picture I posted had obviously some candies to the left and wine in the back right, but unless you walked through the beer and frozen food to the right and chips to the left were not as obvious. read more

You would think I would be able to get ahold of someone after all these calls right? Nope, someone would answer, put me on hold again, and disconnect the call. This is ridiculous. I used to work at high volume pharmacy with drive thru and we were able to answer our calls and service our customer. I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone and app still not working so wish me luck as I'm heading there. read more

I was hoping calling in my prescription a night before would give them enough time to fill my order. Turns out there was an insurance restriction and they didn't have my order in stock. The best thing about this Walgreens is it's open 24 hours. When you work late hours, it's nice to know there's someplace you can grab an emergency almost anything. Their food section is mostly snacks so it's not really a place to grocery shop. I would say it's the same items as a 7-11 or Circle K, just a bit cheaper. This is also a great place for greeting cards and inexpensive seasonal items or decorations. I don't use the pharmacy here so can't speak to them. The problem is, every time I use the photo app and come to pick up my photos, they are not ready. It's supposed to be "ready in an hour" but EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to wait for them to print them out when I arrive at the store. Super frustrating!
