This location is nice it is right next to the Starbucks I go to everyday so when I need something i stop here . The store is very clean and well organized inside and well stocked . This is a really good store there is usually no line so you get in and out very quickly . The staff provides great customer service every time I go here they are very helpful if you need any help finding something . They also have great managers at this location all the staff are very positive and like to talk as well . The photo department is also cool they have a self serve photo area where you can select photos and edit them yourself and even scan your own photos . The prices here can sometimes be a little high but they do have good sales and they also use the plenti rewards so you can save with that as well . Also they have a really good clearance Section where they have great mark downs so be sure to check that out as well . read more

OK, for so many years, this location was just that, JUST another Walgreens location. Then I had major surgery last Fall. Not only did I get most of my medications phoned into here and well serviced and ready for me to pick up by the time I had driven across the county from HOAG in Irvine (another review I gottah do!), I also really leaned on them while we were tweaking my pain meds. Yes, I was on those REALLY GOOD pain meds which are so good that they are massively (appropriately so) regulated and monitored by the State of CA. I was so appreciative that this Walgreens Pharmacy is Open 24 Hours a day. Trust me. After major surgery when they put me on a different pain med because I was already trying to wean myself off of it, and my surgeon's office put me on another that freaked out my system on a Saturday afternoon, it was great to come here late night when we finally had the new prescription and got it refilled. With the Regulate and Monitored meds, as the passenger (yes, not driving while ON those puppies), I presented my CA DL and waved to them through the class. They were completely professional and in compliance and also accommodating. I've been to the drive thru late night and in the wee hours of the morning even with a LYFT driver. On the store side, I've gotten great deals of 2 tubs of ice cream at a reduced price (I like Mint Chocolate Chip, he likes Butter Pecan....). When I've found 1 item on the shelf that is on sale at a 2Fer pricing, they've sent staff to look for a second of the item and found it for me. They even have the hard to find items like Brach's Sugar Free (SF) Chocolate Flavored caramels. Yum! I'm in here frequently because of the monthly meds, great to be able to grab a single bottle of Oceanspray Cranberry juice without having to schlepp it to a second store. The pharmacy has even graciously phoned the other Walgreens nearby at the corner of E Chapman and Prospect to see if they were in stock of an item I needed which this location didn't have. Fabulous service! And when I had the Ol' Meds to get rid of appropriately, no flushing them down the toilet like in the old days when we inadvertently harmed the water system, they were able to direct me to where I could drop them (The Walgreens in Tustin or the OC Sheriff's Office in Santa Ana). At that time, post hospital, I couldn't drive that far. They advised me of another option I had which was to smash them and, yes, mix them in with cat box cleanings and put that in the garbage altogether. You have to do the smash and mix so peeps can possibly get their hands on it and harm themselves. Love this location. It's been a God-send! Will remain a loyal customer for years to come. read more

The pharmacy is the main reason that I patronize this Walgreens' location. The staff members are excellent, helpful, polite, and efficient. In my view, the management needs to add to the number of staff members. The people run themselves ragged during busy times, yet the wait can be long. I went in tonight at 10pm because when I went at 2pm they said 45 minutes to come back so it's ready. I thought it was weird at first they tried to charge me being I'm caloptima. When I told them that's when they said come back. So when I came back at 10pm they told me I had to wait 15 minutes to come back so they can take the meds I'm not paying for out. I got upset being I already went through this and needed my medication. Long story short because the main guy was reading to me how to use albuterol when I e been using it for over fifteen years. Anyhow I told him how I knew I use it since childhood I needed my meds so I could return the car I was using. He got upset with me they yelled at me literally threw papers at the window yelling at me that they are doing what they do to come back regardless of being told that earlier. They called the cops on me luckily the cops knew right away I wasn't lying I just needed my meds. They held my meds and refused to give, refused to answer me or acknowledge me. I'm 37 a mother and I work weird hours hence my insurance which shouldn't be a reason to mistreat me. So when the cops came they gave them the pills in five minutes not fifteen. They lied about what I did right in front of me along with laughing at me while I was there and other the customers looking and laughing at me waiting for the cops to come like I'm a criminal because I came at 10pm when I was told to come in 45 minutes at 2pm. I was insulted, laughed at, lied about and they refused to help me all because I cut the guy off telling him I knew I've taken it for years I needed the meds and to return the car they knew I was borrowing a car refused to help and called cops all when I disclosed that. This isn't the first time I've been treated like crap by their pharmacist doctors and the cashiers for them in the pharmacy! They are rude and treated me like a felon and a villain. I'm a good person who needed my meds and came to way after the time I was told to come back after stating at two I wasn't buying meds I'm on caloptima. They literally just wasted my time and discriminated me for my insurance. I pay my bills and taxes I am a good citizen and work with the disabled I truly am not a bad person and they get away with whatever they feel like doing. Completely rude and unprofessional. I got the cops names and badge numbers and they encouraged me to file a complaint against them due to how they treated me funny thing they didn't know my 9 year old was in the car she told the cops everything it was clear my child and I were victims being treated unfairly due to a power trip on a pharmacist playing god on if I could get my meds. I'm going through health issues and may be going though premenopause and I needed the pain meds and inhalers not one but two cause my asthma is intense and they refused to give that o er a power trip and decided the best way to treat a client was to call cops on them such a pity. Now when I said customers it was one after 7 minutes they left and another came that was it I was only one in drive through and they refused and laughed with those two customers about me while showing they were making it obvious. There are so many people who need a job and this place hired pharmacist who play power trip/god to people they don't care for. They messed up though cause I will be filing against them this was illegal and they fucked up thinking they could do this and guess what they should have a working camera to see how I was honest at 2 and told to come back in 45 and I came at 10 it's all there. It was an after I am American man with a Hispanic chick and the Indian main pharmacist working that night the African American was the one who got violent with me and then the Indian yelled at me and the African American grabbed the phone and called the cops while starring at me through the window with a smirk. The Hispanic girl was the one laughing at me with customers looking every so often over her shoulder just laughing and pointing at me. Again it's all on the camera. I always order photos , keychains , and like to give them as gifts. I placed 3 orders online one for a canvas. It turns out they had a problem with receiving the canvas from the manufacturer. I totally understand they gave me a call to let me know and it all worked out. I wished I had remembered the guys name who helped me. He was honestly great. So I went in to pick it up today and I was helped by Shaun. This man told me I only had two things to pick up. He had a stern voice towards me and acted like he knew it all. He showered me the computer screen where I pointed out it was 3 items not two. He eventually starts looking for it and finds my 3rd item. Then he apologizes. I know what I ordered man. Absolute worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. I am four months pregnant and went here today to get a flu vaccine. There is a lady who is telling the pharmacy employee that she believes she has Covid and needs to buy at home tests. The lady is at the pharmacy window with no mask on and breathing everywhere. I tell the pharmacy worker that I'm uncomfortable because I'm currently pregnant and she completely dismisses me and acts as if I'm a lunatic for being concerned. I told her I'm not comfortable receiving service at the same window and she tries to ensure me that it is safe because she wiped the counter down. The absolute worst pharmacy you will ever go to. My friends and I have waited on the phone on hold for over an hour just to get hung up on. We have waited in line for over an hour for them to tell us our prescription still isn't ready. They've sent my prescription to Texas before causing me to get it a week late. They tell me my prescription is ready and when I go they don't have it. Horrible management I cannot fathom how they could be this disorganized. Photo dept SUCKS! Paid for same day photo printing early in the morning for wedding menus. Time for pick up said after 1:15 pm. I arrive at 2:45 pm and they didn't even start the order. No excuses since clearly there wasn't a lot of orders since the gal was available enough to help the front register with customers. Me arriving prompted them to start my order and then after waiting for 10 mins they tell me they're out of ink. So they replace the ink. And then the machine doesn't work. Why the hell didn't they start this order in the morning when I placed it so that they could have fixed all these issues before the designated pick up time! Clearly they didn't even look to see they had this order until I arrived to pick it up!! Don't go here for photo printing! Other places get this type of order done in 30 mins! Again these are menus that need to be printed on their copier for a wedding not pictures which should have been simpler! Oh and by the way they never got the printer to work so I waited nearly an hour for nothing!! read more

The pharmacy manager at this location has a serious attitude problem. I simply called to see if they had my medication in stock as other locations did not. The pharmacy manager, I believe her name was Lindy or something similar, told me that they are not allowed to tell me whether they have it in stock or not, that is have to bring a prescription in to check. I told her I have done so at another location and just don't want to waste more time and that it was actually another Walgreens location nearby that told me they didn't have it and to check with this one. She then proceeds to tell me that she can't speak for them but she cannot, that I have to bring a prescription in to check. Then continues to tell me that even if I bring in a valid prescription and they have it in stock they still might not be able to fill it for me due to other other reasons. I asked what these other reasons would be, there is no reason why with a valid, Dr verified prescription, and them having the medication at the correct dosage that they wouldn't be able to fill it...I've got this medication filled for years with no such issue and at another Walgreens location. She refused to tell me what these other reasons would be, she kept repeating that there are other reasons why they wouldn't fill it even with it in stock and a valid prescription. I proceeded to call more Walgreens locations and not one of them even slightly hesitated to tell me if that medication was in stock or not and had no idea why this pharmacy manager would say such a thing. She must just have a horrible attitude which definitely needs to be addressed by the general manager. Even if they had it I wouldn't go there and would tell anyone I know to avoid this Walgreens location at all costs. read more

i was in need of Christmas photo cards this year, I tried calling the store multiple times to make sure their photo kiosk and printer were working and they didn't answer once. I went in and the kiosk worked so I ordered them on there. I was not informed that the printer for photo cards had not been working. I come back 2 days later hoping they would be ready (since its advertised as same day printing) and they had nothing printer and finally informed me that the printer wasn't working but that they could print my photos right now but the colors would be off. As I was standing there I heard them tell many other customers the same thing while these customers even had text confirmation that their photos were ready when they were not. This Walgreens photo department has given none of their customers the correct kind of communication that they deserve, I would not recommend this place for your photo printing or Christmas card needs. read more

Wow. Just spent 13 minutes on hold waiting to speak to the store manager about an issue with my photo order (more on that later), only to finally be hung up on. Unbelievable! I'm actually quite angry now, and this will be my last purchase at Walgreens. For starters, my "Same Day Pickup" order took a full 26 HOURS to be completed... when I called 12 hours past the estimated pickup time, I was told they could not even give me an ETA for completion. WHAT?! That's absurd. Turns out, they'd run out of paper, and I was told a manager had gone to get more "an hour or two ago". After that call, I tried again FIVE. HOURS. LATER. Still not done. Finally, a full 2 hours after that, I received a call that my order was ready. Here's where it gets fun; I picked up my order, and didn't check out the product as it was boxed up with stickers holding each calendar safely inside. When I got home, I opened one up to check it out... THERES A FLIPPING PRINT ERROR ON THE COVER. IT DOESN'T MATCH WHAT I SEE IN THE ONLINE EDITOR!!! Then I decide to check all of the calendars (8 total), and I find that one of them has pictures from somebody else's project! WTF? Absolutely livid at this point, I wait till the next day to call in so cooler heads can prevail - then I get left on hold for 13 minutes only to be hung up on. Thanks, Walgreens - you ruined my xmas gift and lost a customer. You need to work on your customer service and your online photo services. I won't be back. read more

Came here tonight because it was a 24 hour pharmacy. Waited at the drive up window nearly 15 minutes as the technician tried to get the data from the prescription entered. In the end she said she couldn't validate the insurance for some unknown reason and I should come inside. I asked if she could take a copy of the information card and call me when they were able to fill the prescription. Several hours later I called to check since I hadn't received a call, and the automated system said it matched my phone no umber to my record and they had just recently called (False). The recording said I had 3 prescriptions to pick up so I drove back down to the pharmacy. Get here and they look up my record, and tell me one was not covered.. i handed him my credit card, and he said unfortunately their credit card systems are not working... great, only cash accepted in the whole store. I told him I'd take the ones which were free, and let the other abandon since I could not pay for it. All in all.. a terrible experience. I recommend teaching clerks how to use a backup system. read more

I came here on the Sunday am of Labor Day weekend to get a flu shot. I get a voucher from work every year for Walgreens. I came to this same location last year in attempt to get a flu shot. I had a horrible experience last year (waited 30 min to be called, never called, checked back in and told that I wasn't in the system even though I checked in and gave my voucher and info). Today, the tech and pharmacist helped me within seconds and I had my flu shot within 10 min from check in to completion. The pharmacist, I didn't catch his name (Asian man, glasses, in his 40's) was so friendly and the process was painless! He gave the best shot and I've taken many. I am glad I gave this Walgreens a second chance. I was very happy with my experience today. read more

Months ago, the manager named Peter was an ass. He provides poor customer service. I needed help at times at the photo center and he kept being so rude to me. Also, I was waiting to be checked out at the register and watched him pick up the ringing phone to answer the customer's call. I saw and heard him rudely saying "What do you mean you want to speak with the manager? I am!" and "What do you mean who's this?" then hung up angrily. When he returned back to the register to help me out, he wouldn't honor my coupon especially another associate said she will when I showed it earlier. I got mad throughout this time and wanted to speak to the owner or a different manager but, I had no luck. I even wanted to call the cooperate officer too but, still no luck. Oh well, the best I can do is to hope he still works there in pain and getting paid so little. read more

I was really sick and needed to get my prescription from the pharmacy around 8 pm. My insurance messed things up, so the pharmacy could not dispense the prescription to me until I got it sorted out. The pharmacy people worked with me for about an hour while I was on the phone with my insurance company. We finally figured out the problem and I got my medicine. There was system issues for several hours, but she went above and beyond and reached out when system was up and filled me script quickly. this review is for the pharmacy. i've been using this pharmacy for years bc its so close/convenient, but i finally switched. The pharmacy service has gotten REALLY bad, and there is an issue with EVERY refill for months. they've filled the wrong strength and quantity several times for different meds. Last month, a few days after i picked up my rx, i received four phone calls from the pharmacy. Fist asking if i had picked up the prescription bc they weren't sure and needed confirm to which i explained i had already filled. the following calls were to remind me that my rx was ready pick up. Each person i spoke with i explained i already picked it up, and asked that they set it aside until the next refill. this month i was told i had no refills and my insurance doesnt cover the medication. this pharm is a lawsuit waiting to happen. read more

I typically never have an issue with my print orders, but this year was bad. In reading other reviews it looks like a common issue this year. I placed an invitation print order yesterday for 18 5"x7" prints and it said the estimated time for completion would be 6pm. I figured I would pick up the photos the next morning to take over to my daughter's school. I called at 7am to see if the order was ready and a woman answered and said she would check, then the phone transferred over and the person hung up on me. I thought that it might be an error so I called back and they proceeded to hang up again. Literally the phone answered, I said "don't hang up" and they hung up. I ended up having to drive over to find out the order was not ready. I talked to the night manager on staff and he offered to make the prints asap, which would take 6 minutes. I've never had this issue at this location before, but hanging up the phone on customers... really! read more

I came to this store to get razors. They were locked, I pressed the call button. For many minutes. I then went up to the cashier, who wasn't there. When they did get there, they had to find someone else to open the locked razors. Terrible experience. Whatever they were losing on razor theft cannoot possibly match the number of people who walk out frustrated without purchasing a razor. read more
