45 minutes waiting for a 15 second shot says this is a poorly managed pharmacy. I had to wait for 2 customers to get their prescriptions filled. It was slow when they were just picking up. I did my paperwork online. I was told to sit and wait. 40 min later I got back in line and curtly asked that somebody take care of this. Within 5 minutes the pharmacy rep came out totally unprepared. He did not have my paperwork or even know what dose number I was to get.. This means wither he really doesn't care about what he is doing or the manager doesn't train her staff on the benefits of either effective customer service or offering clients positive customer experience. Very convenient place to pick up random stuff when I'm on the go. Once in a while, I'll crave munchies or I'll be thirsty.....or just plain in the mood to pick up candy, they are right off Chapman so I'll stop by and get my fix. The parking lot is big so I always find a good spot right up front. And whenever I'm ready to check out someone will always be up front with no wait in line. read more

Zero stars! I came here after my dentist appointment to fill my prescription.. I know many businesses are understaffed including my own so I was trying to be patient, but the way this location is run is a joke. I waited in line for about 10-15 minutes. There was 3 people behind me and 6 or 7 waiting for covid vaccines. As it finally came to my turn I was told I couldn't be helped because I was filling a prescription and she wasn't a pharmacist yet she was handing out medication. She basically ignored me so I proceeded to ask then who is going to help me and she said once a pharmacist is available.. during this time there was a women who had dropped off her prescription the day before and was told it "couldn't be found" and she would have to come back. I waited for another 5 minutes while the line got longer and longer.. after the pharmacist was finally available she proceeded to "help me" I wasn't planning to use my insurance as I have Kaiser but she proceeded to keep asking and then tells me we don't take it and I told her I didn't care that I would pay out of pocket.. ( I have stitches in my mouth and I was in pain I could care less about the cost to be honest) after letting her know that she proceeded to tell me it would take an hour and I said ok so come back in 1 hour she tells me but could be longer while handing me my prescription back basically telling me that she didn't want to fill it.. I was so mad and in pain I was willing to pay whatever at that point, but clearly she doesn't care maybe she should change careers or work in a location less busy where she feels the need to help people. read more

I like this store, but I don't like how they allow pet dogs in the carts ( where I put my food). I say they allow it because the lady with 3 pet dogs was helped by an employee that talked to her and never once mentioned it. There was a child next to the cart with another woman. The 3 dogs were not on a leash and could have gotten to that child in an aggressive way if it wanted to. I strongly support ADA service dogs, but 3 pet dogs unleashed in a cart in very unsanitary and could be dangerous. read more

The stars are ONLY for the customer service I received from the store manager. I placed a photo order that was guaranteed same day pick up. After a couple of days, I called in and asked them about it, and they told me there was an issue. After 4 weeks of nothing, I called again, and the staff were not very helpful. A couple of days after that, I finally managed to contact the store manager, and he was able to resolve the issue satisfactorily. After almost 5 weeks, 10 phone calls, being placed on hold no less than 15 times (these are not exaggerations), I am really happy with my order. I was going to give them 5 stars, because I was really satisfied. As it stands, I am currently on my way back to the store, because they forgot to give me a vital piece of the product :((((. Came here for my vaccination. Showed up early for my appointment. Waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time in an empty store to get the vaccination given to me. Then I had to wait even longer afterwards to watch for any negative effects. Pharmacies like this are the reason people don't want to get the vaccination-- people are busy and don't have time for this. This was disappointing. Hopefully this won't discourage people from getting vaccinated. The pharmacist was very nice and informative. read more

Second time to use their photo service and I'm disappointed a second time. Their printer makes all the pictures super washed out. I've ordered two sets of high quality pictures and they come looking terrible. Thankfully they are very cheap but if you want good quality don't print your photos at this Walgreens. The pharmacy SUCKS! Judy is beyond reproach not to mention clueless. After many years of unsatisfactory service I finally decided to break free of this place. Judy is beyond unhelpful. She is a scatterbrain that won't even so much as answer the simplest of questions. Unfortunately my husband decided to go there even after all the trouble we have dealt with because of her and of course it bit him in the rear. To Rita that wrote how great they are and how clean it is...you have got to be kidding! Judy would not even so much as move the large box on the counter that we had to look over just to talk to her. This is the worst pharmacy with rudest customer service. I am appalled as a prescriber that I was treated in such manner by a pharmacy and it's staff. I am a prescriber and After 2 calls today To this pharmacy, and being on hold with them for over half hour on each call and getting transferred 5 times just to check a simple drug availability and trying to call in a prescription for a patient Who was experiencing a migraine attack , the incompetent staff were of no help and disconnected 2 calls with me. Our clinic will never utilize them further ! Not to mention the staff including the pharmacist did not know or recognize the spelling or name of a simple migraine medication that's pretty standard. They put me on hold deliberately for half hour on each call and eventually disconnected the calls. They were of no help or value to me or my patient who was in need of this medication for a severe acute migraine attack that they were experiencing. I have never in my life been hung up on by a pharmacy while trying to call in a prescription for a patient, let alone multiple times. read more

DO NOT GO TO WALGREENS! Firstly I have never written a complaint letter to a corporation/ head office before ever! I just had the worst experience today that made me want to just cry! i was informed today that I needed a very important last minute passport photo today. I went to the 24 hour Walgreens as they advertise passport photos. I called ahead and was on hold a long time as the photo department did not pick up and was sent back to the general line. i am okay with this wait.. finally i asked if they infect have a passport department open and ready..I was informed yes. so i said, great! I will be right there. when I arrived I was taken to an area and the manager on duty took my picture and was told to look around store for 15-20 minutes.. after 25-30 minutes i went back to check on my pictures. Natalie asked me to pose one more time as the machine was not working. At this point I was not upset yet. i figured things "happen". I had my picture taken one more time with no apology for the time taken. Then another 15 minutes passed and i asked what was happening. I then noticed her photoshopping my picture! she took half of the volume of my hair off! At this point I told her to please not photoshop my pictures as the requirements strictly say no digital alterations. At this point she said they do it all the time and this is what I was going to get or my pictures would be sent back! (in broken incomplete english sentences). From this point she purposely took even longer to continue changing my picture and it does not even look like me! there is no date or damp and i asked if it was required as every other passport photo always needs this... she replied no. I told her this hour long + process was very bad service and during the wait and second picture and modification that ended up being 41.97 before tax was the worst service ever. She just looked at me with a dead stare and did not respond- just a look as though to say F*ck you. .. nothing .. Wow. I am sure I will never go to Walgreens again and will be sure to tell everyone I know about this. As I mentioned this was a last minute thing that I needed to give photos in the morning and I furious! the photos don't look like me and they are photoshopped and not dated.. They wouldn't approve my Rx, asked so many questions and still didn't want to take it. Said it would be a 30 minute wait when it took over an hour. This pharmacy is a joke. I had to have my doctor re-send in a prescription twice and then for a WEEK I had to call in every day for one person to tell me that there is no prescription, then another telling me that they don't have it and it will be ordered and delivered the next day. It is now a week after I needed to start this very important medication that will have major health consequences if I don't. And this is not the first time I have run into problems with them. I honestly have no clue who is running this pharmacy but it is obvious they are in over their heads and cannot handle a management position. This is unacceptable and the worst part was, I would still be waiting for the Prescription they did not order if I hadn't called in twice every day for the past week. read more

Do not go here!!! Save yourself! I have had several bad experiences here, but today was by far the worst. Never again. I had oral surgery today and was in terrible pain. I dropped off my prescription, then waited for two hours... I was just told after two hours that they haven't worked on it yet- must have gotten lost in the shuffle, and it would be another 20 minutes. The rude and unfriendly young man working there this morning, did a shitty ass job taking my pictures. Must have been a combination of his inexperience and the crappy old fashion Camara they use. Never had a problem here. The pharmacy line can get busy via drive through but there is plenty of parking to park and walk inside. They have a small waiting area at the pharmacy which is great. The store is conveniently open 24 hours. I have never had a problem with customer service and they have always been helpful by walking me to where the item is located when I ask where it is. read more

Came here for a client of mine and at first I was told they could not fill the Rx until in the morning so I asked the pharmacist what I could use for my client who could not swallow due to hand, foot and mouth disease. She asked me if this client was a child and after I replied yes she said "oh no that baby has to be able to eat, I'm not going to have her wait...I'm going to do it right now" I thought this was very sweet and considerate. So upset with the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy and a guy answered and I told him we could start with me giving him her name. I give him her name and he responds with "uh huh" I ask him if he wants her date of birth...again "uh huh" I ask him if her info came up...again..."uh huh" I tell him the situation and he asks what kind of insulin....now if he has her info up wouldn't he know? All of a sudden.....hold music....I sit there thinking "did he seriously just put me on hold mid sentence?!" He comes back and asks if I'm someone else....I tell him no you just......*hold music* I'm livid so I drove over and complain to the girl whose name I won't mention and she states I can ask for her next time....that's not the point....that guy NEEDS customer service training. The question was regarding insulin as my moms sugars were too high....life or death situation. If you are hiring idiots how safe should I feel that I chose you guys for my moms diabetic needs. Someone needs to go in there and regulate. So livid and amazed that you would hire idiots to handle meds that they are probably taking themselves! Life or death has no time for clueless Staff. This isn't a fast food joint it's a place that handles meds to help keep people alive, pain free etc. LIVID. Unbelievable ignorance displayed by James Luu who claimed to be the pharmacist. I called regarding a drug recall i became aware of by a letter sent by Walgreens. He said no such recall was in effect - even when I read from the Walgreen's notice verbatim. Not only am I apparently a liar, he also said he could do nothing for me. Poor customer service and a total disregard for me as a patient. This is a level of ineptness that should not be tolerated. As long as he is the Pharmacist, I will no longer use Walgeen's for my prescription needs. I will also tell this story to all who will listen. read more

The late night pharmacy staff has been exceptionally rude to me the last two times I was there. Specifically a gentlemen named Glen. He gives me a run around and claims to be out of medications I can see clearly sitting on the back shelf. He asks me to return days later and when I do, there he is again giving me the same rude, dishonest service. Unfortunately it has only been convenient for me to do business there late, and being one of the few 24 hr pharmacy's in my area I have returned hoping for better service. Victor took such care in taking my picture, fixing the lighting and he even made some adjustments on the computer to improve resolution before printing the photos. It's a prescription, a Dr writes the prescription, fill it accordingly. It's not hard. Yet every time I fill my Lovenox dose it takes 3 trips, due to low supplies and incompetent staff. I had one person give me 6 doses and say it's a month's worth supply. Really?!? It's a twice a day shot, did they teach you math because 6 doses is not a month's worth supply. Second time I've refilled my prescription and I've had the same problem. I will be changing pharmacies. read more
