I made reservation for the Diamond Glow Facial 2 weeks before for Monday at 4 pm and requested Olga based off reviews. I received a reminder text the morning of and sent my confirmation text back. I arrived 15 minutes early and was greeted by Olga. She was extremely nice and told me what the Diamond Glow Facial included which was the microdermabrasion, light peel, facial massage, etc. all about 60 mins. Tip: Do not wear a necklace because they really massage your neck and chest. The massage was awesome. It was not half-assed at all!! She took her time, went into my shoulders, upper back and scalp. I've had a microdermabrasions before so I knew the process. The light peel...never done any peels before but Olga said no downtime and just to moisturize often. Didn't feel anything crazy at the time of the facial. So, we shall see. The whole experience was so relaxing and comfortable. They send you a text reminder, and you must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. One special thing to note is if you book a service that's at least an hour, you receive a complimentary foot soak as long if you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This was a nice touch. When I arrived, Cristina, from the front desk walked me to their quiet room, which has the ultimate relaxation vibes. She was amazing! She had my foot soak ready to go, along with a heated neck wrap and a blanket. On top of that, she made me a delicious vanilla chamomile tea, accompanied by a chocolate. A literal pampering angel. My facial was done by Chasity. She was also so nice and she gave me plenty of time to change and get comfortable in the spa bed. Looking at when we ended, we ended right around the 2-hour mark. I asked for hard pressure and it was very soft so for those wanting a really deep massage or one that you can feel, I personally can't recommend this place. I've been to a different place where she went so hard, I felt it the next day and it was amazing. Here... I felt nothing but just a bunch of light touches. I also understand I have a lot of hair and know that it takes a while to blow dry. I left with damp hair and will have to finish up drying my hair at home. For a place that advertises making your hair soft and silky, my hair disagrees with that. So it was $189, $35 for the add-on - so $224. Was it worth the $224 and tip? Not really - I can name a different location I went to last week that was cheaper, applied better pressure with the massage, and fully dried my hair. Would I ultimately recommend this place?
