We went to the pharmacy drive-thru tonight around 10pm, on a wet and rainy Wednesday to pick up my medicine. We were the 4th car in line so there were a bit of a wait. When it came our turn, the technician was cheerful and efficient, even at past 10pm. We paid cash for our meds, and she gave us our change in an envelope and she took the time to write a personal message on it. This is my neighborhood pharmacy. I feel like they are always busy and perpetually understaffed. I feel like there are often people hanging around who appear to be displaced or unhoused - sometimes inside the store, sometimes outside. I think it is cheaper than CVS, which is why I continue to come here but I'm not sure. read more

I am giving them only one star, not because of the entire staff, but because of one single staff member. I am not sure of his name, but I will find out and post it here. I believe that he should not work there or in any pharmacy. I take adderall a controlled medication. Due to a shortage it is hard to find the specific manufacturer. but I had called about two weeks prior to see if they could get it. they said yes. I had my dr send my script there. and was happy because a lady there was so nice. but when it came time to fill it, it took days, they had a problem because they tried to run a 10 yr old insurance, without asking if it is active, also that it was further from my house and a previous pharmacy did not add a proper notation on my file. I had to fax over my EA license which is issued by the IRS, my receipts from prior months to show that I had paid 750, and was saving money by going there, and my daughters death cert to show why I chose 24 hr pharmacy. Thry called my dr and told them all of this -which of course he already knew, then told my dr I had to sign a waiver to pay cash. the crazy thing is for adult adderall scripts - insurance doesn't cover it. they had the medication and kept delaying and making me jump through hoops. this worker is lazy and judgemental. I sent my husband there and the same guy is doing the same thing to him now. these script are digital and the entire history from all pharmacies is accessible to them yet this guy judges people who take this medication and withhold those prescription. he is rude and unprofessional. we are filing a complaint on him. they should not ever withhold a scrip because this med isn't to be stopped abruptly, however this guy thinks he can play with peoples health. and thats not recommended especially with a controlled med. controlled works both ways. for. the benefit of the patient and those prescribing or dispensing it. but when a pharm tech decides that he doesn't want to fill it, because you live 8 miles away. but is the only pharmacy that has what I want. he has a serious problem, and makes you jump through hoops rather than be able to pick it up! he lied about the fact of having it in stock. it can be dangerous even when driving if your not on your meds, can be detrimemral. he is risking people's lives. he should not be allowed to work in any pharmacy ever again. I am appalled and judgements like that can risk someone's life. it sucks that people even go there. I mean sure there are people who don't take those meds properly but you don't treat everyone like that is who they are. he sucks and needs to go into a different field of work you don't judge people by the medication they take read more

As with any drive-up pharmacy expect to wait a bit. Tonight was different - one car ahead of me, gone in seconds. I pulled up, gave my name , and SONYA, recognized our 3 prescriptions and delivered in less than a minute. SONYA was stellar and recommend Walgreens to anyone based on tonight's experience. Just confirmed with my insurance that this pharmacy completely screwed up my medication denying my insurance coverage when it absolutely did and it forced me to now go off the meds for a month and restart a whole process!!! IM SO MAD!!!! Follow up, found out it's because the pharmacist didn't know how to do their job and instead of putting my meds on hold because they were filling WAY too early, they messed up and caused the system to think I wanted 2 prescriptions within a month meaning insurance wouldn't cover it! An insomniac's delights...this drugstore is open 24 hours, even for prescriptions. This is one of those places that has a little of everything, from bread and milk, to candies, wheelchairs, underwear, cleaning products you see on TV, and even T shirts for fans of the two local high schools, the Tustin Tillers and Foothill Knights. I was just in to buy some bread ($1.99), some generic ibuprofen (aka Advil), and any great deals I can find - nothing else tonight. Once I found Wilson tennis balls for half price and bought 10 cans for $1.49 each! And the products on TV were 50 per cent off after Christmas. And almost every other time I'm here after yelping night out, there might be a floor show. I can't guarantee you'll see one, but I did tonight. A young Ron Howard looking early 20s dude was sitting near the entrance with 3 cops. Supposedly, he had some drugs on him. And walking into the place at the same time I was, this big, over made up cake faced big busted and big boned woman with her daughter and mom, dressed like Morticia of the Adams family. But just like me, she was in and out of there in about 5 minutes after buying more...make up.LOL. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get to a cashier, and so far, employees have been friendly. Who needs 7-11 when this place has better selection and prices? The last two times I was here, they had 2 for 1 specials on selected herbs and vitamin supplements. Their Pepsi sodas were $3.00 for a 12 pack. Their Dreyer's Ice Cream in pints was a dollar less. A friend of mine was inside getting his mom's prescription filled for her. He said it took about 5 minutes at 9:45 PM on a Friday. And there were people outside in the drive through. There are two good restaurants nearby, the Tustin Brewery and a Greek Restaurant, with Trader Joe's next door, along with a bowling alley, Ralphs, Albertson's, and Vons are all within a mile. And they're really good at some inexpensive appropriate gifts for the season, with Christmas and Mother's Day being their busiest and best in that regard. read more

If I could leave less than one star I would. I have been coming here for years because the location is very close, it is open 24 hours , and there is a drive thru. That's the one star. However , the service in the pharmacy is the worst. Each driver in the drive thru many times can take upwards of 10 or more minutes each. The line inside is no better. There are always issues with people getting prescriptions and lots of angry exchanges over the years that I have witnessed. We have had a few issues as well that they have not handled well. There is definitely need for training to come into this Walgreens. It is very sad because it is a terrific location and could be great. read more

This review is for the photo department -- I've come here a couple times to print photos for a project and everyone that's assisted me has been very pleasant, helpful and efficient ! Employees seem to be friends with one another which makes for a nice environment. The wait for the photos is very quick if you only have a few to print, you can order them through the app when you're right there in the store and then give them your name at the photo desk and they'll print them right away. This isn't even my local Walgreens but I'd definitely drive a little further just for the photo here ! read more

Whenever I come here I get good service. I might ask what I should take for allergies, or when I need something for a cold or flu. The cashiers are always friendly. Parking is easy, and the store is always clean. This is also a good place to pick up a toy. They always have a good sale. I use them when buying a toy for charity events. This way I can get multiple toys for both genders. read more

Nobody showed up after I checked in curb side pick up for a long time, and had to get in to pick myself

Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes (couldn't walk in because my infant and toddler both fell asleep on the way to Walgreens). Finally get to the window only for the pharmacist "Analeigh" to tell me that my prescription had been "put on hold" and was "not available. Can [you] come back tomorrow" I tell her that I got a text saying that my prescription was ready and they'd hold my prescription for 5 days... today was day 5 so it should not have been put back. She proceeded to say that it's not available and I need to come back tomorrow. I said "no I'm not leaving this window until you hand me my prescription- I have it in writing that it's ready and I have been waiting for a long time now, I'll wait here until you have it ready for me!" She then says "you don't need to talk to me that way! I'll get your medication but don't talk to me that way!" I said "I'm not talking rude or cussing at you- I'm just telling you that I'm waiting for my prescription TODAY. YOU don't need to have an attitude with me!" After she brings me my medication- I ask her name and she says "oh don't worry about it, today is my last day!" I said "tell me anyway please". I don't recommend coming here if you're in a hurry, and they are always confused or are always long waits, if you know you are owed prescriptions- don't let their confusion fool you! read more

This review is for the pharmacy. I spent an hour in the drive thru line, which is absolutely ridiculous. Once I reached the pharmacist, she gave me my Covid test and explained the directions. I asked her if I should return the test inside once I was finished; unaware that I had to take the test in front of her. She responded "yes" although she claims she did not. I started driving to a parking spot to take my test and as I'm driving away she yells for me to come back. There were about 10 other cars in line and it was impossible for me to drive back to the front of the line without causing a collision. She calls my cell and says "Why did you leave?" I told her, "Because I asked you if I should take the test inside when I'm done and you said yes." Then she proceeds to tell me that she did not say that. I said, "That's what I asked and you said yes" there was obviously some miscommunication. I'm not sure if it's because their speakers suck or because she is not a native speaker. I asked her if there was anyway someone could quickly come outside to watch me take the test and she said no. I desperately needed to take this test so I told her I'd make the hour line again. The pharmacy at this location is the worst. My primary physician is located a block away and my scripts are sent here. The first time, I spent an hour at the grocery store to give the pharmacy time to fill my script (oral medication to relieve itching). I arrived and waited another hour. The second time, my script was called in at 10 am. I called at noon and was told it wasn't ready but would be by the time I came down there. I live 5 minutes fo m the pharmacy. I waited 20 minutes when I arrived. I'm not sure why it takes so long when there are 3-5 people working. Be aware if you are using this location for your pharmacy needs. read more

Well honestly i hate to put a one star because i always get propane here i have lived around the corner my whole life and have never had an issue until today. Who ever the lady that is the overnight supervisor needs to get it in check because this is just ridiculous. I counted at least half of the bottles in the cage are fresh the rest are the trade in's. She said "we are out of propane, i cant help you" which was a direct lie to my face not to mention she didn't even bother to check her self. When i went back to mention there was full bottles she looks at me as i wave to her ignores me and rushed to the back. Unfortunately i will be going elsewhere for propane from now on. Also, and i know its not his fault the employee was very nice and helped as much as he could, but the overnight supervisors are leaving an employee that has just started a few days ago alone at the front counter when he should be supervised and or helped with customers clearly still in training.
