This is is slowest pharmacy in the world. You end up standing in line for 20 min just to drop off a prescription. If you go to the drive thru expect at least 30 minutes. It doesn't matter if there's 1 person in line or 12 people in line. (Side note: I closed this app hoping to never finish this review but as I stand here in line again a month later, my blood boils-so I'm here to finish. I honestly hate writing bad reviews.) Today there's at least two more people working, yet the line was still 12 people deep. The drop off & pickup line are one in the same here, so it's chaotic. I give 2 stars and only come here because it's the only local pharm that stocks the meds I need without having to order it when I drop it off, adding a few more days to my wait time. As for the rest of the store, it seems understaffed. I maybe see 1-2 employees at a time and half the time they're walking up to their register the same time or after I am. It's located in a weird triangle intersection, so getting in and out is tricky if you're trying to against the flow of traffic. Best of luck to you, bring all of your patience when you come here read more

My 3rd time coming here my first time I excused there ignorance second time I figured I give the pharmacy a second chance but they were extremely slow and so I went to the cvs but this time I figure it's been a year let's try it so here I went again for the 3rd and final time This WALGREENS PHARMACY is close to work I came on lunch and figure I would pic up after work .. when I drop off my prescription the clerk mention I should get a different medication since it was cheaper I told her I had tried that medication years before and had a allergic reaction she insisted it was the same medication, and have my doc change to save me money I didn't want to go back and forth and argued so at that point I politely said ok I'll be back after work.. when I came to pick up my medication I was told it was under review because I was allergic to it , I explained to the pharmacist about my allergic reaction she got LOUD and rude stating it was the exact medication.. I said I seen a allergy specialist and was told there was an ingredient that I was allergic to and that the other medication i did not have any reaction to she refused to listen to reason, eventually I had to wait even longer for my prescription, I will never come to this WALGREENS PHARMACY AGAIN regardless if it is convenient!! Thank you hostile pharmacist lady!! read more

Horrible service while waiting in pharmacy line. 8 people in a very slow moving line because they have one person working the register. Seriously? One person at register and 5 people stalking shelves in the back. Took me 25 minutes to get help. The whole time the pharmacists just avoid eye contact with the people waiting. Cluster fuck. read more

I can't comment on anything but the pharmacy. I work at a doctors office and needed to call in a prescription. After being cut off twice and waiting on hold for 15 minutes I finally left a message for the pharmacist regarding the new script. When the patient went to pick it up 36 hours later, they had no record of ever receiving the message. So instead of calling the office to find out what happened they just sent the patient home without the script. read more

This has to be the worst pharmacy... the service is terrible, save yourself and avoid if at all possible.

This review pertains to the Pharmacy. Always understaffed, long lines and they help a very time sensitive prescription for my toddler because they didn't have accurate insurance information. Instead of calling me to confirm insurance they just didn't complete my order and never bothered to call me. The awful part this is a pharmacy and they should now how time sensitive this medication was. Shame on them. Hire more people. read more

I love this Walgreens. Got an epi pen to me when I needed it fast b/c I was leaving town. They rec'd I get the generic version, so I paid $10 instead of $350. Does it get better? read more

Kind staff but the longest lines I've ever experienced! Call wait times are just as bad. They need to hire more help in the pharmacy.

Horrible customer service. They don't answer their phones, leave patients on hold indefinitely and have one person at their Rx counter with long lines of patients. read more

I told myself a year ago never to deal with this pharmacy again then I forgot and tried to get a prescription for a pain medicine filled to treat a herniated cervical disk. I foolishly waited at the drive through window for 15 minutes only to have them tell me they didn't have it in stock and they would get it by 4pm and give me a call when it was ready. Naturally that never happened so I called them at 4:30 pm to inquire about the delay. After going through the automated phone system I finally got through to a clueless employee call screener who asked for my I.D. info and told me there was an insurance issue. I explained that I would gladly accept the RX with the 7 day supply limit required by the insurance co. and the employee then put me through to the pharmacy dept. where I was immediately put on hold for 20 minutes. Incensed by the wait and wasted time I hung up and called back only to go through the same process again. Called back again and was put on indefinite hold again by the incredibly rude and unprofessional pharmacy staff. My insurance co. tried to call them to authorize the Rx and could never get through to pharmacy staff either. Meanwhile the ruptured disk in my neck is torturing me with no relief in sight. I hate these people with a passion. They are rude, stupid, callous incompetents and speak horrible English. A pharmacy in the Soviet Union would be better than this and I will never set foot in a Walgreens again. BE FORWARNED! read more

You have a 50/50 chance of getting a decent pharmacist at this Walgreens. Half the time I have to interact with them they are stressed out and rude, both on the phone and in person. Good luck! read more

On hold for 30 mins, pharmacy picks up and need to review order and put me on hold only to be disconnected. Called back and on hold for 30 mins. read more

This is literally the most inefficient place ever. They don't know how to get anything done quickly and therefore it takes 30 minutes just to pick up one prescription (that they said was ready for pick up). I get so annoyed anytime I have to go here since it takes so long for everything. read more

Always taking longer than they said to refill my prescriptions. Their advertise ready in 30 minutes or less, but over the last two years I had been going there and after many prescription, nothing has been ready in less than 30. read more

Horrible is about all I can say! Waited on the phone over a half an hour only to be disconnected. Took a prescription to the pharmacy for my son only to be told their out of stock. Tried to have my husband's meds transferred to another pharmacy, only for them to tell the new pharmacy there are no refills left, even though when I went to Walgreens to pick up, there were plenty of refills! Lines take forever, one maybe two associates working, if you're lucky, and horribly rude! Thanks but no thanks. Walgreens has lost our business for good! read more

Every single time I call the pharmacy department, I am put on hold for at least an hour. By the time they answer I really don't have anymore patience. It sucks read more

The store is decent; The people nice. Great place if you're in a pinch. NOW THE PHARMACY:::: The Asian female pharmacist was a bitch to me, hung up the phone and walked away, as I spoke to her in the drive-through. She was asked to fax the pain Dr so my prescription could be filled, as directed by my dr. The bitch never faxed or called. I called and spoke with the Dr office until they closed at 6pm, and the pharmacist never even tried to reach my dr. I guess she was pms'ing or maybe overworked after a long day, or maybe she's just a bitch. Other than her, I have had some very friendly pharmacy techs (tricia) who really try to help, and have been great. This store is BUSY. go to the drive-through with 1-2 cars only, otherwise come back later. This is a great location, so I usually drop off at night or afternoon, then pick up at 6am when there is no line. I've gone inside and the wait is horrible at all times. Remember, this is a busy location. Use your head so that you don't wait in line for 30-40 minutes, and get pissed off, from your own mistake. read more

This is by far the worst Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever come across. The are horribly understaffed. A line of seven cars on the outside and a line of twelve people on the inside on a week night. I was in line and could hear the person handling the drive through say several times. "I'm sorry you will have to come inside to ask more questions there are two many people behind you". After I got to the front of the line inside the girl helping me could not understand me. I repeated my name address phone number and my daughters name several times. I finally wrote it down for her because she couldn't spell it either. BTW I only speak English. I speak clearly I don't stutter and I don't have an accent. Except for the fact I Have been told I sound like I am from the valley. She told me they had not received the prescription from the doctors office yet. Ten minutes after leaving the store I got a text telling me my prescription was ready. OMG. I went back to get the prescription at nine at night. Still ridiculously long lines. 30 minutes later I see the same horrible girl. After writing down my daughters name and birthday for her she finds the prescription and tells me I have to pay in full. When I ask why, she doesn't speak enough English to answer the question. Walgreens sucked two hours and $300 out of me tonight. Why they would hire people who cannot communicate with their clientele is beyond bad business practices. Shame on them. read more

This pharmacy is TERRIBLE! I have always had extremely long waits and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. The rest of the store is a clean, well-maintained, typical Walgreens. They have lost me as a customer strictly based on their pharmacy. read more

worst pharmacy ever. customer service does not exist. was told meds would be ready in 1 hour. went home and waited for text. after waiting 2 hours and no text, I decided to go through the drive through cause the meds should have been ready after 2 hours. go through drive thru and advised that they had run out of my meds! they didn't bother telling me this at time of drop off which took about 20 mins as well. I could have gone somewhere else. Their excuse for not telling me nor texting me: "we were busy!". hire more people, while at it, hire more competent people too! They have sacrificed customer service in order to make more money! take your business somewhere else! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! read more

0 stars !! Was told 20 min , Waited for my prescription for 40 min . Then asked if it was coming up soon was told yeah they are working on it . Not the first time I have waited here for over an hour after they said 20 min but definitely the last ! After an hour and 20 min I asked again this time the pharmacist Tracy? I believe said there was an issue because the dr didn't check his name box and she had 2 other prescriptions from the dr that day the same way . She then tells me why don't you go to cvs again cause I went 2 months ago out of convenience . And she will fill it but it will be 20 min . After being there for almost 2 hours . Guess what I'm at cvs in and out in 10 min . And they even picked up on something Your unprofessional pharmacist didn't catch 2 prescriptions but the dr marked only 1 making it void ! This is a busy Walgreens maybe you guys should hire a more professional less rude pharmacist cause looking at another review she has a track record of telling people to go to CVS . Definitely not good for business telling customers to go to the competition... don't recommend this overpriced dump ! Find a cvs even if you have to drive a lil further read more
