    I came in for my scheduled vaccine appointment at 8:30 AM and stood at the pharmacy counter for 8 full minutes without a single acknowledgment from the staff. During that time, three employees, a pharmacist, and even the store manager walked back and forth behind the counter, yet no one said hello or even glanced in my direction. As someone with a disability who cannot stand for long periods, this was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I finally had to speak up myself just to let them know I was there. Whatever happened to basic customer service, like a simple "Hi, we'll be right with you"? It makes a big difference. Unfortunately, the staff was not friendly at all, and the lack of acknowledgment made me feel invisible. Please; do better. Be better. Customers should be treated with respect and basic courtesy, especially when we have appointments and medical needs.

    PHARMACY **HONG MANAGER & UPPER CORPORATE MNGMENT to Walgreens Pharmacy I had a vaccination that I needed to get for travel and I arrived early for my schedule appointment at 9:05PM. I waited until 9:30PM since no one called me after i checked in. Just to be told after waiting 25 mims, that the pharmacist scheduled to fulfill this left early. The new pharmacist for grave yard explained he was alone and couldn't vaccinate without other another pharmacist WHICH I UNDERSTAND BUT SERIOUSLY???????.... The pharmacist who was schedules 5/25 left early and DIDNT DO HIS JOB. I was on time and early. I literally saw him leave. He didnt check the vaccination schedule and left. This is actually insane and there are no words to describe how upset i am at this. The manager needs to enforce: scheduling and following simple guidelines for operation. Its unfair to consumers that count on Walgreens Corp for services when they cant even fulfill appointment times. I WAS ON TIME, CHECKED IN & PATIENT. Waste of time. If youre reading this, dont bother going here. Youre better off going somewhere to save yourself the stress for others lack of work ethic. DO BETTER. OR CLOSE.

    Only can pick up at photo counter, but store is closed not 24 hour store.

    Drove to the store 9:45 pm to pick-up a 2 item mobile order and there was a very long line at the drive thru. Store was closed! It shows 24 hours! I got in the drive thru line and I had been waiting 20 minutes and only moved 2 car lengths. Was scrolling through Yelp and noticed someone left a review (thank you girl!) that they do not give mobile orders in the drive thru. I left. Big waste of time. I will have to come back tomorrow. My order is ready but only can pick-up at the photo counter. Would like to have known this before I drove to the store. My original confirmation showed drive thru available 24 hrs. Communication is so important especially when you are a large chain drugstore. Please do better Walgreens!

    NOT 24 HRS. Worst Walgreens. I had to pick up emergency meds. My doctor submitted the prescription at 11pm, I'm sitting here in the parking lot at 2:40 am and come to the store front with a sign saying they aren't open and to go to the pharmacy drive thru. I drive to the drive thru and there's a sign that says "Closed, will return at 3:30". Like are you serious...? I don't anticipate a ton of people coming to get meds late into the night, you graveyard pharmacists can't stay open and serve those few people? I waited in the drive thru for 35 mins, pressing the call button, and nothing. If you're looking for a 24 hr pharmacy, DO NOT look here. They apparently need a 2 hr break from serving that 1 customer. Terrible.

    Such a weird experience lol…read more So my dad walks in and says "I want to do cash back" after grabbing a $1 item off their "sale rack"- just grabbing something to buy so he can do cash back (rather than paying an ATM fee). The workers say yes (to doing cash back) but you have to spend $2. I go to get a drink (to put it over the $2 amount) My dad paid with Apple Pay and said "there wasn't an option for cash back?" And the worker said "you have to insert your card for cash back" and a little surprised, my dad said "why didn't you tell me that before the purchase?" And the worker said "you didn't ask" Yet my dad was like "well the first words I said when I walked in here are "I need cash back" So then we ask to cancel / void the transaction and do a refund so he can insert the card and get cash back -- the only reason we came here. The worker said we can't do a refund on Apple Pay- you have to have used your card. Weird experience overall and then the worker starts arguing and pretty much yelling at us saying it's our fault and we didn't ask??? Def wont be returning to that weirdness lol But

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at the front counter for the general store…read more Went in this evening around 7:30pm. Was purchasing several large cereal boxes and an electric razor. The cashier, Eddie, was extremely ARROGANT AND HARSH. He charged me for 2 bags, which was fine because I was using EBT for the purchase, so it would come off and it did, and then he charged for 2 more bags because the other 2 bags came off for the EBT. That means he manually charged me for a total of 4 bags. When I brought this to his attention, he said that since I was also purchasing an electric razor which is not a food item, he was completely justified in charging for the bag charges, even though I was purchasing 2 large boxes of cereal. I told him to cancel my whole order, as I was completely frustrated with him at this point, and he did not even inform me he was charging me for additional bags. To make matters worse, the assistant manager-Jeff was standing there and did not intervene in what was clearly a very bad customer service experience. I was so frustrated, I called the store back when I got home, and Jeff was very apathetic to me. I told him that I was extremely upset about what had just happened and also that he did not intervene, as Jeff has seen me there a few times and knows me as a regular customer there. Jeff did not want to take any proactive actions as part of the managerial staff there, and instead told me to call back in 2 days and speak with the store manager, David. This is actually the 2nd time I have had a horrible customer experience with Eddie. 2 months ago I purchased some food items and a battery for my smoke detector. Eddie charged me twice for the one single smoke detector I was purchasing. It was an ordeal to have him fix his error, as he insisted he had made no mistake at all. Then when he finally took off the extra charge, he was extremely ARROGANT AND HARSH, and made no apology for his mistakes and HORRIBLE ATTITUDE.

    Today, one of the pharmacists called me on the phone to verify about the two Meningitis vaccines I…read moreplan on taking. I told him that due to some scheduling conflicts, I had no choice but to reschedule the appointment at around 6 pm, but the pharmacist told me that I can come in at any time today to get the vaccine. I thanked him for the reassurance and I went here to get Meningitis ACWY and B versions. I wanted to take these two vaccines again because of the recent Meningitis B outbreak in England, and I didn't want to get Meningitis from someone who was recently in the UK. I don't want to sound rude or insensitive in any way, but I would rather be vaccinated than getting Meningitis. The pharmacist Jason was really gentle with me and he was really good at talking to me and calming me down. He didn't take too long to prepare the vaccines. I also told him about my COVID vaccine nightmare that happened to me over the weekend. I was bedridden and nauseous AF. I threw up several times at home. Jason asked me if the illness went away the next day and I told him that I fully recovered. He was really glad. I also told Jason that I read that people with a history of headache disorders are more likely to get the rare side-effects of the COVID vaccine. He told me that's likely possible. I told him that when I was 18, I was sexually exploited and the trauma of it has caused me to develop tension headaches. He told me that he was really sorry to hear what happened to me. He pinched my shoulder and then shook it to lessen the pain from the vaccines. It was worth it. He also used a single band-aid and put it vertically.

    This pharmacy has been AMAZING. We've been here at least five different times, literally walking…read moreout of CHOC's hospital or CHOC's urgent care and getting taken care of within minutes. We've used the drive thru for all of our visits, and we're especially grateful for how responsive they are and how fast they fill prescriptions when our kids need it most. Last night, after my son's urgent care visit, I stopped by CVS and had his prescriptions filled instantly. Then he was referred to CHOC hospital because urgent care was close to closing and their X-ray tech had already left for the day. We went to the hospital, got the X-ray, confirmed bacterial pneumonia, and of course he needed antibiotics. I went back to CVS again, they filled it right away, and we headed home feeling extremely grateful. If you're in the area and need a pharmacy that's open 24/7 with a team that works fast and keeps the line moving, this is the one you can count on. Thank you CVS!
