This is the worst pharmacy ever and the only reason I have continued to stay is convenience. They consistently screw up prescriptions. The younger female pharmacist is a nit wit, very unaccommodating and rude. Speaking of rude the bald big bearded guy has a huge chip on his shoulder and is beyond rude. This is the best Walgreens I've been to in several cities so far! The pharmacy gets my prescriptions filled really fast and the texting option is very convenient. The pharmacy is always short handed but they are usually very fast and everyone that has helped me has been very nice and helpful. The store has a pretty good selection of items overall which is also convenient for emergency shopping needs. read more

Seriously, after a little compare and contrast among pharmacys, this Walgreens pharmacy is phenomenal. How, pray tell, does a Walgreens pharmacy rate as phenomenal in my book? Thusly: First and foremost, the staff is always quick, friendly, and go above and beyond. The first two traits are just nice to have, but the last is what totally motivated me to rate this fabulous pharmacy. A few examples to splain: 1. I have spent many a year on a monthly prescription. In these many years, only in the last six months when I started using this pharmacy did they recommend putting me on an automatic refill. I don't call it in. I don't forget. They call and email me to tell me to pick it up. Amazing. 2. As I am picking up a prescription, I realize it says "refill: 0" on the bag. I tell my pharmacist, and she says, "just call me in a couple of hours and ask if you have anything 'ON HOLD,'" which she writes on the bag for me to remember. Sure enough, I now have time to make an appointment with my doctor because a couple of hours later I have an extra refill. 3. This was the turning point in realizing how lucky I am. Three weeks ago, I was a sick, sick mess. I had been prescribed a cough medicine, and due to my very sick state, I dropped off/picked up from the closest Walgreens to my house. Not my super-star Walgreens mind you. During the four nights I took the stuff, I had to fumble through measuring spoons to figure out teaspoon, which was not an easy vessel to drink out of. I eventually just winged it and drank from the bottle because in a delirious state, everything is a big deal, and measuring spoons were just too complex. When I was still a mess by Friday, I went in to see my regular doctor. A different cough medicine was prescribed along with antibiotics (yay!). I dropped these off at stuper-star Walgreens since they were on the way home. First off, I got three prescriptions back when I only dropped off two. Oh, that's because my monthly refill would have been due on Sunday, but they saw I was there now, and they refilled me on the spot. Second, what is this clear spoon? Ohhh they gave me a very simple-to-deal-with measuring spoon for medicine doses. Up to two teaspoons are measured in the handle and then they travel out of an easy-to-drink out of spoon. How can you not love something that makes your life so much easier? I will continue to drive a little out of my way to go here. read more

Giving five stars just because of the friendly worker named Brendan who says, "welcome to Walgreens!" every time he's working. It must be hard standing all day, but he genuinely seems welcoming and nice. I've never been to a convenient store with that sort of service. Two stars because the lady from the pharmacy was super nice. If it wasn't for her, I would give it a ZERO. The customer service here SUCKS. I was looking at the beauty products while they were replenishing and the lady didn't even acknowledge to greet, offer help, or even move out of the way so I could shop. I simply gave up and went to the cash wrap to pay for vitamins. EVEN WORSE, the Cashier DID NOT even say HELLO, he only scanned, took my money and just STOOD THERE like I wasn't even there. He didnt even hand me my merchant or even say thank you. WTF!?? If you are simply not willing to work or enjoy working here, WHY THE HELL ARE YOU? The most incompetent pharmacy I've been to. Dropped off a prescription to which I was told would be ready in 20 minutes. I returned an hour and a half later and it still wasn't ready. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes. For a common antibiotic, it should not have been this difficult to get my prescription within the quoted time. read more

The pharmacy is so under staffed it's ridiculous. They work so hard and get blamed for being slow when it's not their fault. As for the rest of the store, don't even bother. They never have the items in their Ad, not even on the day it comes out, and their customer service is appalling. Management doesn't care about any of it. read more

I came here straight from having a root canal done, only cause I still felt woozy, but needed the pain killers, and antibiotics. I usually go to another pharmacy closer to my house, but this one was close to the dentist office. I go to the back where the pharmacy is and see no other customers. There is a tech helping someone in the drive thru, and I see a pharmacist on the computer speaking to other employees in the back. So I wait... and I wait, the tech turns and sees me, but still goes back to computer, pharmacist is still laughing and joking with other employees. Soon there are 2 more customers in line behind me, we're all still waiting. Finally an African american girl, (didn't catch her name) walks up, I think back from a lunch break, and sees all of us. She says, "Oh, have you all been helped?" we say no, and she gets right to work. She says the wait is about 15 minutes, I tell her I'll be shopping in store. I find stuff to buy, and 20 minutes later, no call. I walk back to pharmacy. I stand at the window, and drive thru tech, (Paul) sees me, but he stands at the other window, and just stares into outer space... I look at him, and ask, "which window"? He just stands there... Ummm, ok... I go to other window, and tell him my name. He says there's nothing here... I tell him I just dropped it off 30 minutes ago. He sighs... Searches again... He finds it, and goes to the other window and rings me up. I ask if there is a co-pay, and he just stares into outer space again... At this point I am very upset! My face is still numb from dentist, I'm starting to feel pain, and Paul here is being an arrogant, condescending little as*hole! This jerk can't even look me in the eye? I ask him what the co-pay is, and again, not a word. He points to the ATM terminal, which displays the total. I swipe my card, and he bags up prescription, and walks away. I'm getting my items together and talky pharmacist at OTHER window starts explaining the prescriptions. I'm trying to listen to her, as she is still typing on the computer, and talking to the other employees in the background. She never even looks at me... I finally get my items and leave. Wow, never again! Thanks to the girl coming back from her break, that's who the one star is for, but as for the unprofessional pharmacist, and Paul, oh boy Paul, lol! What a jerk! Buddy, you need to find another career, cause you have no business dealing with people. And the staff there, the most laziest, rude & unprofessional pharmacy people I have ever met! Horrible customer service. Came in with an infant formula coupon and the middle age above average weight female hispanic cashier gave me a hard time when I tried to use it. The coupon has my wife's name on it and he needs to match my ID... no where on the coupon it says the coupon can only be used by the person's name listed on the coupon. She even accused me for stealing coupons from others just because the coupons I have in my hands are under my wife's name. If you're reading this, you know who you are and I'll report this incident to your upper management and corporate for falsely accusing me for stealing coupons. Walgreens should train your customer service skills and teach you how to read fine prints. Stay away from this Walgreens if you ever need to use coupons, especially if you see this cashier. read more

This review is for the pharmacy not the actual store. The only reason I go to this one is because it is right by my house. The first time I had to use the pharmacy the wait time was over 35 mins. There was only one person working. A lot of people were upset and had been waiting. Yesterday I got a phone call saying my medication was ready. So I used the drive through for the first time. I thought "Let me try the drive through" I pulled up and no one was at the window. As I was getting ready to pull away after 5 mins. A man said he would be right with me. He finally came to the window and got my information. Then he rudely told me the system was down and he couldn't bill the insurance. But I could pay 80 dollars for the medication. Two things: 1. I understand that things happen and computers crash etc. 2. Instead of saying i can pay 80 dollars for medication. He could have offered a simple "We can call you once they get back up if you like" I was more upset at the customer service over anything really disappointed. read more

this was my preferred walgreens store after a positive shopping experience a few months ago when i was purchasing a couple 24 packs of dasani waters and was able to hold mine when they were close to running out. I still had my cast on my arm so carrying the packs of water was very difficult and in my rush to not miss out on the sale i didnt plan on how id get them in and out of my car. A girl named monica or monique offered to take them for me and even called back up to open another register while she assisted me to my car. i thought it was kind of her so i left her my change which wasnt much over a couple dollars, but still she seemed thankful for it and even returned the cart for me. i was very greatful for her help...well when i returned to the store i purchased 2 big galons of Arizona, bulky a bit but i can carry it with one hand so when she tried to help again i thanked her but told her i could manage ok...she handed me my change then stood by the door to make sure i managed, i reassured her as i loaded them in my car and drove away. Well i stopped in a few days ago again and this time i didnt even get greeted. i saw that lady again working in an aisle but im unsure if she was upset with me or didnt recognize me without my cast because she just walked past me when i was trying to ask her what the price was for an item in a shelf that was missing alot of prices. i felt more than ignored, avoided for some reason. im not sure if i did anything wrong or if the lady took my refusal for help personal but i felt uncomfortable trying to find another staff member to help me and unfortunately i just would rather drive a little further than to return to that location where in my opinion staff is only helpful at their convenience, no other staff member helped me during any of my visits so its ashame if this doesnt apply to them but just that lady alone left me with a bitter experience i refuse to repeat. read more
