    I only needed a couple of things: Dayquil/Nyquil capsules and a sympathy card. How I ended up buying 4 other things is beyond me. It was an ease finding those two things I needed, and it ended up being the same for the other stuff I got. The store (from what I saw) was really organized which explains why I found everything so quickly. I wasn't even in there five minutes! Staff was friendly. They didn't hesitate to give out N95 masks when requested. Good first (albeit quick) run!

    Like most CVS stores this one serves the purpose that it is designed for. It has all of the various items that CVS is known for; i. e.: the various over the counter medications you may need, household items, some food, some drink, and of course they have a pharmacy. This is a large CVS. It is well laid out and their items are easy to find. I always find the staff to be very nice at this location. If you need any help, they are always happy to provide it. Located on PCH, this CVS is easy to find. They are in a small strip mall and there is a very large parking lot out in front. So, parking is never a problem. Overall, this is a CVS.     This is a nice CVS location at Torrance Blvd and PCH, with a parking lot. The staff is friendly. The front door is, I think locked, so you need to enter through the back door in the parking lot. I'm sure it's for safety and security reasons.

    I'm just now getting around to reviewing CVS...I've been coming here since it was Save-On. CVS has a nice selection of OTC meds, first aid, and etc. They also sell seasonal stuff, hair products, drinks, and back in the day film. The Pharmacy is top notch here. When I was here last (Jan 15') I was at the Urgent Care and the doctor there gave me a list of meds to take. The pharmacist was fast and I got my meds in 15 mins. That day I also got a few bottles of Poweraid since I was so dehydrated and sick. I can't wait to get a 100% better though.

I was really curious as to how I could shop and walk out without scanning and paying at a checkout. Apparently, there are cameras and shelves are weighted, supposedly. If something is removed, it's assumed that I was purchasing it. There were helpful employees ready to answer questions, and they offered free reusable bags for me to use. I walked out with a few things and a receipt was emailed to me hours later. I was also able to see the itemized receipt on my Amazon purchase history. There was a minor mistake on the receipt for some taco seasoning that I was charged for since I picked it up to look at, but put it back without purchasing. Not a big deal since I got other items on sale. It was an interesting concept overall.

I responded that there were still three minutes remaining before closing and that I just had an Amazon return, which she heard, but she did not offer a professional response or closing remark. The male employee working at the time heard her and knew I was trying to get inside before 8:00 pm and also did not assist me. They just both walked away without saying sorry or anything. Despite having no customers present, both employees chose to stop service before the official closing time. This was unprofessional and disappointing, especially given that it occurred on Christmas Eve when I made an effort to arrive before closing.

Minutes I waiting on pump 4 to work, I saw Filipino gentleman who let me in first then come out pumped gas in his car and left. I arrived before he did. So appreciated his kindness as opened door for me to pay first. I said thank you I appreciate it to him. Point being I'm still waiting on pump 4 to turn on. I returned & saw her near window cleaning so took pic here of her starring at me. Ignored me as I waited for gas. I asked what happened ‍ I just paid... She acted clueless, asked me if I want gas? As if I barely entered? I pointed to camera inside gas station, told her I gave you $ 20.oo on 4 already. Elderly have Alzheimer's so have a medical excuse. I wouldn't write a review. She's young, so discourteous behavior might at times be bigotry not memory loss. Who knows?! What I do know is no room for bullying N America any more. When she saw I pointed to camera. Stopped acting dumb as if I was a new customer who wanted gas, just gave me my gas that I already paid. If she said oops forgot dude to give you your gas ‍ lol... then no harm no foul. All good. But acted clueless as if I never paid. Yet gave gas to Filipino who opened door for me and was after me. I don't write on alllll bullied times businesses have done to me. At a longshoreman GST training session where are encouraged to speak up when see bullying, bigotry, so to add our grain of sand to make the world a better place. Ok good idea. I apologize for bad review am not a negative dude. But at times enough is enough!!! Americans need to treat each other as if color, religion, creed etc. doesn't matter. Just see a human being and treat that human being as you yourself want to be treated. If cashier old then cut slack. She's young so hard as f - - - to believe she developed amnesia all of a sudden. She has ZERO people skills, no customer service abilities and has no business being a manager of any sort. I have been coming here for almost 30 years and their management in their pharmacy has left a lot to be desired. Their prior manager, Paul had absolutely zero people skills as well. Looks like they went from bad to worse with Lee. Not only did she hang up in my face, prior to that she refused to listen to what I needed before putting me on hold and coming back with a holier than thou attitude in every word coming out of her mouth. Details: I ordered a prescription to be delivered yesterday and paid for it. It was supposed to be delivered before close of business yesterday. This morning I get a text asking if I'm still picking up my RX. I replied no since it was supposed to be delivered as I paid for it already. Immediately I received another text saying ok we cancelled your order, let us know when you want it refilled. Naturally I called because I need my prescription and I had ordered and paid for it yesterday. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Lee. Instead of listening to my question, she kept saying things that had nothing to do with my problem. I got frustrated and raised my voice a little to try to get her to listen to me and she then WENT OFF on me. I asked for the manager and she said "I am the manager" and hung up on me. This was a very simple error on their part that could've been easily handled and should not have ruined anyone's day. People who go to a pharmacy for prescriptions should not be treated the way Lee treats people. I have cancer (in remission), coronary heart disease, anemia, and a plethora of other ailments that I need medicine for. I don't need the stress of having to listen to someone like Lee tell me to check with my credit card company to see if a payment has gone through when it had nothing to do with what I needed. Of course my credit card went through, I'm on express pay with the pharmacy! Not only are her customer service skills, and people skills waning, her thinking process apparently wasn't working today either. This is my last straw with this pharmacy. I have gotten many different solicitations to have my prescriptions delivered by mail free of charge by various different companies. I am definitely going to look into those because I am not ever going to deal with Lee again. I have way too many health problems to have to be verbally abused and berated by my pharmacist.
