The manager called someone at this location and were told that they did NOT have them. We drove here anyways and of course, they had them. My wife told Jay, the manager we think, that they had called from another location and he rudely and sarcastically said, "well it's lucky you came to look". Damn, not necessary but I guess he doesn't care about customer service. Our local Smart & Final always has great service. We do a lot of events but it's not like they know us. We just like our local S&F for good product and great service. I feel sorry for the locals to this place.

The drinks made here are perfectly acceptable for Starbucks. It's not very easy to get to the mobile orders or anything because it's mostly focused on drive-through so you should be careful when walking to the mobile pick up. The seating area is not very clean looking. It does not look like the morning shift cleaned before opening. The service here is mediocre at best. They were not very friendly and very disorganized. My sandwich was way later than my drink was made because they forgot it somewhere and so by the time I got my sandwich it was no longer hot. It was almost cold.

There was seating outside of the store and the Trader Joe's associate hooked us up with some wooden cutlery. We sat there like, did we just pay $7 each for this awesome meal? Omg, we were so happy. I forgot to add that also bought a box of gluten free cookies for dessert. It may have added a dollar to each of our portions. We're totally doing this again soon, especially bc it's near my favorite beach.

My family and I really enjoy shopping at this grocery store and have had consistently positive…read moreexperiences every time we visit. It has become one of those places that I can count on when I need to pick up groceries, vitamins, or just a few things for a meal. The store is clean, organized, and easy to navigate, which makes shopping much less stressful than it can sometimes be at larger grocery stores. One of the things I appreciate most is the selection. There are so many different products available, and I can usually find everything I need in one trip. The produce section has a great variety of fruits and vegetables, and the items generally look fresh and well maintained. I also really enjoy the bakery and deli sections. There are always plenty of options to choose from, and the food looks fresh and appetizing. It is nice being able to grab something convenient when I don't have time to prepare a meal from scratch. The store also does a good job keeping the shelves organized. Products are easy to find, and the aisles are generally clean and accessible. I appreciate not having to spend a lot of time searching for basic items because everything is laid out in a way that makes sense. Even when the store is busy, I usually find the shopping experience pleasant and manageable. Another thing that stands out is the customer service. The employees I've interacted with have been friendly, polite, and helpful. They are willing to answer questions and help when needed, and their positive attitude makes a difference. Good customer service can really change the overall experience of shopping somewhere, and I've always felt welcomed here. I also appreciate the variety of brands and price points available. Whether I'm looking for something simple and affordable or something a little more specific, there are usually several choices. Having that variety makes it easier to shop according to my budget and preferences. There are also plenty of everyday essentials, so I don't have to make multiple stops at different stores just to get everything on my list. The checkout experience has also been good in my experience. The lines generally move along at a reasonable pace, and the employees are courteous and professional. I appreciate when the checkout process is quick and straightforward, especially when I'm shopping for a large number of items. Overall, this is a grocery store that I feel comfortable recommending to friends and family. It's clean, convenient, well stocked, and has a great selection of products. The fresh food options, bakery, deli, produce, and helpful staff are all things that keep me coming back. It's the kind of store where I can get what I need without feeling like shopping is a chore. I also like that the store feels welcoming rather than overwhelming. Everything is relatively easy to find, and the staff are available when assistance is needed. Whether I'm doing a full grocery trip for the week or just stopping in for a few items, I can usually get in, find what I need, and get checked out without any unnecessary hassle. Overall, I've had a lot of positive experiences here. The combination of a good selection, fresh products, clean surroundings, helpful employees, and convenient layout makes this a grocery store I enjoy visiting. I appreciate the effort that goes into keeping the store running smoothly and providing customers with a good experience. I'll definitely continue shopping here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, convenient grocery store with friendly service and plenty of options. I definitely recommend going here if you're looking for a good place to shop.
