I normally don't shop here because I really don't like the layout of all their stores. I've recently been visiting this store, ever since the Covid-19 pandemic because there has been lines outside of their competitor, CVS, down the street. Again, due to the flu outbreak, they are all out of toilet paper, facial tissue, paper towels, and water. The thing is, they don't look like they are going to be replenishing those items any time soon, so I don't know how often they get their deliveries. Due to this, the good news is that there aren't very many shoppers in the store, in case you are looking to purchase vitamins or other general merchandise. What they do have plenty of are Thrifty's (their brand) ice cream. The freezers are stocked full with it, along with cases of beer. read more

If you want expired vitamins and bad customer service, then come here. I apparently couldn't return these after a day I had purchased my gnc vitamins because I didn't want a copy of my receipt. I always say no to receipts to save paper and knowing that I am getting top quality products. I might just stick with AMAZON. #1 in sales and no rude associates to deal with. Terribly understaffed as others have said. And if the one pharmacist goes on lunch break no one is there to fill prescriptions. Rarely get prescriptions when estimated. Usually backed up and it's not ready. I don't blame the employees. If management actually cared they would hire more people. Their social media person will most likely respond with a "we appreciate your feedback blah blah" but they clearly do not care. read more

When contacting the pharmacy, the phone system is horrible. Lengthy options , should be a "0" to get pharmacy. Listening to a long recorded message is time consuming. Then reaching the pharmacy is another issue. They are very busy, understaffed, and don't answer. I will switch to another pharmacy in the area next month. read more

In my opinion, this Rite Aid pharmacy is UNDERSTAFFED. I mean that's the only explanation I can come up with. When calling, it takes a very long time to speak with anyone. My meds are frequently not in stock. (Why? It's a monthly med?) it feels like the pharmacists are overwhelmed. Like very overwhelmed. Always apologetic, but always doing a million things at once. I do not think it is their fault. Is this the result of corporate trying to cut back to make more money, and making it very hard for the frontline employees?? Why can't you hire more staff to man your pharmacy? There is certainly not a shortage of pharmacists - far from it, actually there is an oversupply. Hire more staff please. read more

Multiple bad experiences: 2 people behind the pharmacy counter, no one else in line, still had to wait 10-15 minutes to be acknowledged. Yesterday went to pick up 3 rx's that was called in 3 days ago. Turns out my rx wasn't even processed. The lady I spoke to on the phone 3 days ago said it would be ready in 1 hour and she even went through the names of the 3 different rx's. When I told the pharm rep this, she asked if I got the name of the person I spoke to, who has time to record the name of every person you speak to on the phone, esp something as simple as calling an rx refill in? Bad customer service, no one is accountable, not sympathetic at all. Customers go to Ralph's to get your rx's filled. The pharmacy team at Ralph's is wayyyy more on top of things and wayyyyyy more friendly. read more

I never want to have sex again. Imagine this: you walk into a drug store, looking to quickly pick up a pregnancy test. It should be a simple, and fairly anonymous, task. WRONG! First off, I'm looking everywhere for tests. They aren't by the maxi pads, or by the condoms, or anywhere near the douches. I traverse every single aisle without a hint of success. Defeated, I head over to the nearby pharmacy window, where I'm told to go to the front of the store by the photo department. The photo department? That's odd. So I make my way to the front of the store, still unsuccessfully and anxiously searching for my little boxes of EPT. After a few minutes of scanning, I see them. They're LOCKED. Behind a glass case between smiling picture of families and a rack of magazines. Moreover, there's a school supply section just in front of it. This means, if you're looking to low-key pick up a test, you're in for a treat. You'll have families in line developing their photos, random people loitering around looking at magazines (and you), and kids and parents shopping for school supplies giving you reproving glances. Wonderful! The case is also locked. The little sign says to "ring for assistance," but there's nothing to push, and therefore, nothing to ring. I end up walking to the front counter, where there's only ONE checker. I say I need someone to help me open the case. She asks what I want. I say something in the case. She asks me what I need. So, in front of everyone in line, I have to state, out loud, for all to hear, that I want a pregnancy test. Glorious. She says okay and that someone will be with me shortly. I walk back to the case. And wait. And wait. And wait. And no one comes. So I walk halfway back to the front checkout, and the lady waves at me, signaling that someone will be "right there." I then go back to the case, waiting. The next thing I know, a boy (A BOY!) of maybe 18 runs up to ask which one I want. Really????? I'm a modern woman and all, but REALLY??? I point to a box, he hands it over, and I run to the front to pay. I will never come to this store again for a personal item. At least not for one locked behind a case. read more

The manager here is unbelievably rude, I came to exchange something I used but wasn't satisfied with. I would usually never do this but the product was $50. When I asked he came back to me with the most attitude ever and asked me to show him where it says that, which I did on the receipt as well as on their rite aid website and he still was rude as FUCK honestly. read more

The only thing that was good about this store was that it was 24 hour. Unfortunately it is no longer open 24hrs. It's very long for a cashier to get to the register during any time of the day. They must learn from the manager. The manager is always hiding behind the one way window, inside the office with other employees, doing God knows what. The managers never take the initiative to help customers waiting at the register. This was one of the last 24hr stores around. It was in a area that I feel safe shopping at during anytime of the day or night. On top of all this they started putting non transparent lids to cover their ice cream in the front. I was craving mint chip Thrifty ice cream but didn't get it because 1) it was too cold, and 2) there was no one behind the counter, and I didn't want to wait for someone to show up. This is a fairly large store with lots of stuff. Not sure if the prices are the best, but they have this Wellness discount on certain items. It's good to pop in here for essentials, and although the lines at the checkout can get long, they tend to move fairly quickly. This is my go-to store for toiletries and cosmetic essentials when I visit my folks, and T.J. Maxx is conveniently located around the corner for some impulse shopping, and Starbucks around the other corner for a fancy schmancy drink. ;-) read more

Super nice Rite Aid inside, newly refurbished and it looks awesome! My young daughter thought that we went into Ulta for a split second, which is in the same mall. The downfall is the smallish store footprint, the selection set is not huge and Rite Aid tends to gouge consumers on pricing. I'd rather shop CVS or Walgreens, but in the universe of Rite Aid, this is a nice store. read more

The 2 cashiers were grumbling to each other about working long hours but this is no excuse to not acknowledge the customer who is standing there in front of them. Rite Aid has a ridiculous practice about collecting customers phone numbers. we went in to get some ice cream cones. The sign said special sale two for three dollars so the employee went ahead and made our ice cream cones. We went to the register and he said I needed to enter my phone number. I said I have not been keeping a phone number here but he said I needed to enter the phone number anyway and it turned out that their system rejected my phone number for some unknown reason, and if that was the case,I would have to pay the regular higher price, so what happens here, is you can get extorted.at the cash register for not having a phone number on file and your price automatically goes up! If this were brought before a judge, I'm sure Rite Aid would lose that argument, I think it's illegal what they are doing. It is flat out extortion. My phone number should have nothing to do with me paying three dollars for ice cream cones, as advertised. If I could give them less than one star, I would. read more

We get up there and she rings us up and my fiancé hands her the coupon. she goes, this coupon isn't associated with the number you entered so my fiancé says okay and goes to pay with his credit to where she says again, THIS COUPON ISNT ASSOCIATED WITH THE NUMBER YOU ENTERED. i said we heard you the first time. My fiancé puts his credit card into the chip reader and right when he's to take it out she yells, REMOVE YOUR CARD. at that point, i walk out. Thrifty Ice Cream :) That's it. The service is pretty bad. No one is at the checkout at various times of the day, and if there is, there's one person for every 10 customers or so. You know how people say it's best if you learn from making your own mistakes? I agree. Sometimes if people tell me they've had a horrible experience with something, curiosity gets the best of me and I still end up trying it out (e.g., I'd still be willing to try a 2 star restaurant on Yelp.What if I end up liking it, you knoww?). Had a sale on boxed wine for 75% off which is a steal. However, this store does not have the barcodes matched to any of their weekly deals or clearnace items so you must pay attention as they ring you up at checkout that youre not being overcharged. Today the cashier did not believe me that the wine was 75% off so a manager was called in. Customer is always right. They dont live by this motto unless youre talking to the manager. read more

My only gripe with this location is there's always ONE person working the register. And they always take forever!!!! Love this Rite Aid, esp. the newly organized look and the brighter lights. Service is good, no complaints here thus far. Not as depressing and dilapidated as other locations. I used to dread going into drug stores other than picking up meds, but now I can actually shop for cards as they carry papyrus, any time of the day (open 24 hrs). I am also glad its pharmacy closes later, convenient for evening/night pick-ups, in addition to its being right down the road from where we live. read more

I would give it a zero star rating if I had the choice. I went in to pick up pictures which our family friend personally handed the files in store. It should be a in and out operation. I was there almost for an hour. The person helped us couldn't find the pictures even thought we give him the order numbers and name. For the first half an hour he just keeping looking blindly and roughly. He tried to search it on the computer but it was frozen. Finally he restarted computer and couldn't find the order. The whole time no one came to his aid. The whole store gives a really bad vibe. There are only about four people worked at the store and none of them offer their help to the customers. I will not go back there. I use another neighborhood drug store anyway. read more

Without exaggeration, every time I walk into this place for a quick purchase, which is usually around 10pm or a few hours earlier, there is always a line. No matter how short the line, it takes forever. I don't know who to blame, most of the time it's the idiot customers, they constantly seem to have a need the clerk can't figure out. Either way, a quick in and out is never the case. To be fair, I can offer one suggestion, have a sign that says, "Have Payment in hand." It pisses me off the shock on people's face when they realize they have to actually pay for their item, then and only then, do they start digging around for money. The ice cream station just slows everything down as well. Hire more people or close the ice cream shop. Its not a Deli, it's a Rite Aid. read more
