A very poorly run Pharmacy. The asian guy who handles customers can do so by being a bit less confronting, instead of routinely barking instructions. Walgreens system is so antiquated, it asks for the same information again and again. These guys need to know AI has advanced pretty significantly. If Amazon could deliver medication in 24 hrs, these guys just don't stand a chance. I wanted to respond to their survey and unfortunately the walgreens receipt printout had an ink blotch making me guess the password. Tried twice with my guess'ed password and the invitation expired. Most of the staff here need to go on a crash course, urgently, on how to "gently" deal with customers. I will not use this particular pharmacy again. Service is slow. With only 2 people on line in front of me yesterday, I waited almost 20 minutes to pick up my prescription. This is common there. Walgreens has not not adapted their limited space well to accommodate Covid considerations. While you wait on line, people typically pass by you with less than 6 feet of distance because there are no one way aisles. No contactless payment. You have to input your phone number, select whether you want to make a donation to a charity, and press the Yes button on the keypad several times to complete your transaction. They do provide a Qtip that doesn't work on several of the screens. Could do much bettter. read more

I love LOOOOVE this pharmacy! I've had chronic illnesses for several years and always seem to have prescriptions that need filling. I've been coming to this pharmacy for years now and cant think of a single bad thing to say about them. The pharmacy area is always clean - the sitting area is nice and quiet for when you arent feeling well and you just need a calm place to sit while waiting. The staff are friendly and dont seem bothered by silly questions. Harry, the lead pharmacist is a very sweet man who knows all of his customers' names and faces. The assistants are courteous and take time to get to know you and your prescriptions and even have them ready for you by the time you get to the front of the line (there is almost never a line). Neat store with friendly stuff and good selection of cosmetic products. However, the location of the products isn't obvious: body lotions are far away from soaps, divided with a huge aisle with hair products. I guess there is some logic to this organization, but it is not obvious. read more

Much cleaner, if not smaller, store than its Mountain View counterpart. It doesn't sit on El Camino, so it's not as much of a homeless/tweaker/general weirdo magnet. Great for toiletries, greeting cards, other last-minute items. As of 12/2006, open 'till midnight. read more

The 5 stars are truly for Mr. Elias, one of the best store managers I've ever come across. When "rewards" coupons fail to print of an advertised price fails to record properly, Mr. Elias resolves all issues and "makes it right" for the customer, easily and quickly. He knows customer service and provides the best customer service around. I've shopped at other Walgreens stores, and have encountered "advertised products out of stock" or similar issues. Few managers know how to take care of their customers when inevitable issues arise. Mr. Elias is one of the elite. The customer service he provides brings me back to this store as a customer, and keeps me away from other stores. read more

Everytime I come to this pharmacy it's a zoo. The workers seem competent but somehow they are either understaffed or their system does not work well because I never feel like it's a fast process here. I waited 1.5 hrs in the waiting area for them the other day to fill a prescription that I was picking up for my mother. Kind of tiring to wait that long when you've been at the hospital all day. Even at that, it was only a partial refill because they didn't have enough of what I needed. When I called back a couple days later, I was on hold for 10 minutes before anyone picked up. The supply did not come in and no one called to tell me this was a problem. They also give flu shots here so they are frantically trying to fill prescriptions while running out from behind the counter to squeeze in those flu shots. They created a little private area with a screen to give the shots but there's nothing private about it because the waiting area is so tiny you can clearly hear everything that is being said-I've noticed there is no attempt to lower their voices when they are behind the screen. Don't really understand all the positive reviews because that has definitely not been my experience. I'm switching my mother's prescriptions out of here as fast as I can. I've been going to Target for years and have never experienced what I've experienced at this Walgreens. read more

I often come here for the great bargains, on occasion their sales are not a bargain but as is often the case you have to compare prices and take the time to price shop. I wish they didn't have a quantity limit when they have great sales. Great place to buy a variety of candy when you are shopping for something special as a gift add on. Most of their brand name medications are also a good bargain. read more

Came here today with two under two to get passport photos. Sounds like a nightmare, right? Well it had potential to be one but the staff at this Walgreens made it so much easier. Cheers to the ever-patient Martha who made capturing a toddler during a meltdown and an infant with barely any neck control seem easy. This is the second time I used this Walgreens for photo prints , few months back I had a very bad experience because lat time they said that I don't have an order online , I showed them the proof and finally they have to print it and all that so I had to wait , I didn't put a review because I believe in second chance!!!! And now I'm giving 5 star review because This morning I had to pick up photos again but this time it was excellent !!! I don't need to wait in line , photos are ready and Nicole ask me if I want to use my points . WOW awesome service !!!! Walgreens doesn't honor prescription coupons that specifically provide a price and "Walgreens" on it. But, if I'm willing to pay 25% more.......... I will no longer fill any prescriptions at this shady pharmacy. read more

Most drug stores now rate no more than one star on Yelp. I go to the drug stores to pick up prescriptions, pretty much nothing else. They have all gotten really bad at it. It seems half the people picking up are having issues with insurance, or the new "opioid control" laws that are effecting many OTC drugs. As other reviewers have said, 1) a "fast lane" for people just picking up would be great - I'd raise this rating another star. 2) Hire more people - I just spent what seemed like an hour on hold. There's obviously only one person handling the phones. 3) Make the pharmacy hours the same as the store hours. I keep coming here in the evening to pick up, only to find that the store is "open" but the pharmacy is sealed in metal shutters. A drug store without an open pharmacy is nothing but a glorified 7-11. 4) The national chain should hire some lawyers to look out for their customers and sort out the "opioid control" laws effecting other prescriptions. All that aside this place is still better than the nearby Rite-Aid or CVS (no room to list all their failings here), thus the two stars. read more

You know what you're going to get with these chain drugstores. This Walgreens isn't remarkable in this sense, but I've noticed a pattern now that deserves a review. Every time I'm looking for something and can't find it at the other drugstores (including other Walgreens), I can always find it here. Wow, head full of allergies with card in hand to buy Claritin D I turned the corner to get it at the pharmacy, because meth-heads make us have to do that, but to my surprise they are starting to close the gate. One lady gives me the signal that they can fill my order only to be shot down by the other lady who was pushing the button. "Come back after 1, we're closed!" she said as the gate continued to come down. I think it's time for a new pharm. read more

Staff is very rude and not user friendly, I purchased 2 pack of baby food 2 days back , One of them we opened and my baby did not like it at all hence we wanted to return unopened one and buy new one with different flavor. But I lost my receipt in between and they simply refused to return it. Manager did not brother to check that item is brought from same store. read more

Worst pharmacy experience every time! I go there because it is close to my home. But every time I do I decide this is the last time. There is always a long line with pharmacists helping customers having insurance issues. Last night I had to wait 20 minutes to complete a 30 second transaction to pick up a prescription that was ready for pickup (I had gotten a text) . Why don't they have a line for people who only want to pick up prescriptions and have gotten confirmation that their prescription is ready for pick up? An express lane, or at least call out to those who are waiting to find out if their only reason for waiting is to pick up a prescription, (for which they have received a confirmation). Help these people first before those having other issues which take a lot of time. I have made this suggestion to them many times, and it has been ignored. The response is always that they are short staffed or busy. read more

The pharmacy here has earned my business. Twice in the last few months, this pharmacy has had the medicine for a new prescription in stock when the nearest CVS did not. The pharmacist was helpful and careful in describing to me what I should know about the new medicine. When I asked a question about over-the-counter medicines to avoid with the new prescription, he took the time to walk with me to the store shelves and specify exactly which cold medication ingredient should be avoided. He offered to special order cold medicines I was looking for if I wanted something that the store did not usually carry. Also, I really like that there is a waiting area with chairs for people who are waiting to have their prescription filled. read more
