Charmane rudely telling me I was at the pick up line for a drop off when the drop off looks like this. Is very combative and unwelcoming.

no longer a 24/7 store

Open 24 hours? Think again. This store has cut its hours from 24/7 to 12/7, 9am to 9pm everyday, with the pharmacy closing at 8pm on weekends. The only reason to come here is to obtain medicine from a doctor's prescription at the pharmacy. My provider is Kaiser Permanente, so I can go directly to the pharmacy at Kaiser to get my medicine, and get my refills done online, with the medicine mailed to me. This store is a direct competitor to Walgreens. However, Walgreens is slightly closer to my house, and has a better selection of chocolates on sale, and has 1 hour photo development. Like Walgreens, CVS is like a mini grocery store, with canned goods, snacks, refrigerated items selling at Hawaii prices. $2 for an 18 ounce can of Progresso soup, or $4 for a half gallon of milk. And those were on sale items. 18 ounce can of Campbell's chunky soup is $4. 46 ounces of V8 vegetable juice $4. The prices become more glaring, when compared to the Dollar Tree 200 feet on the other side of the shopping center. And like Walgreens, and Dollar Tree, all the shelves full of hand sanitizer, antibacterial wipes, paper towels, tissues, and toilet paper have been cleaned out by hoarders in panic buying in the age of the coronavirus, before the limits of 1 per customer were put into place. And even then, a 6 mega roll of Charmin Bath tissue goes for $12. Granted, it's 400 sheets of 3 ply toilet paper, and cheaper than using the San Jose Mercury News as toilet paper, which charged me $568 for 6 months. And that was single ply paper. I had a 30% off coupon good up to $100 in purchases, not good on sale items, and not good on milk, due to state law of price controls on milk. I gave it to a passerby in the store. I'm sure the homeless guy in front of the store would have thrown it away, as worthless, or used it as toilet paper.

Zero customer service. Press the button to get help getting items behind glass, will get zero help until you complain enough.

Not 24 hours. They should update the label on this. Refer to timings on CVS website for accurate hours.

My experience at the Walmart pickup point today was an absolute disgrace. I arrived at the pickup…read morearea to return some items and simultaneously collect my new orders. I was smoking a cigarette at a spot away from my vehicle-somewhere I wouldn't disturb anyone. Despite this, a warehouse employee acted in a completely arbitrary manner, refusing to hand over my items and canceling my order. To make matters worse, there was absolutely no written rule or policy they could cite to justify this action. Service was denied to a customer solely due to an employee's personal discomfort and ego. It is unacceptable for an employee to enforce their own personal preferences as if they were company policy. The employee's tone, attitude, and overall approach toward the customer were completely devoid of professionalism. It was glaringly obvious that there was a serious lack of training regarding how to speak to people, how to communicate with customers, and how to manage stress. Is this truly how Walmart trains its staff? Are rude, dismissive, and arbitrary behaviors toward customers now considered "customer service"? With no threats, disorderly conduct, or security issues present, a customer's time was wasted, their order was canceled, and they were subjected to both financial and emotional distress-all solely because of one employee's personal opinion. This type of behavior is, quite literally, a social red flag. For the issue here is not merely poor service; it is the fact that employees have become so unchecked that they feel empowered to impose their personal egos upon customers. The experience I endured was amateurish, illogical, and completely contrary to any sense of fairness. To disregard people's money, time, and effort-and then be unable to produce a single official policy to justify it-is truly shameful.

It's always fun to go to Targets in different cities. We came here to charge the cringe Tesla, and…read morewe wanted to kill some time. There's a super big parking structure with plenty of parking (on the Friday evening that we went). Super impressive to see this Target from the outside with the escalator and the Bullseye dog statue at the bottom floor. Someone left a shoe box there and he's not the cleanest since he's scuffed, but still cute to look at. There's also an elevator and an escalators and even an escalator for your shopping carts too. Super large and well stocked Target. The Valentine's Day section wasn't ransacked even though it was Valentine's Day itself. Bouquets were cheap and looked really nice too. There's lots of self check out and cashiers, as well as a Starbucks too, pretty standard for most Targets. I found the newly released Monster energy drinks that I have been searching for for months. Not super cheap, but decent price and I'm just happy I found them. They also have a dedicated Disney section which I have never seen outside of the locations near the parks in SoCal, which is really neat. Solid Target location.

The modern setup with huge parking garage is unique/spacious and much better than other Target locations in the area. You can walk up the stairs/use elevator/or escalators. Inside the store is a huge sit in Starbucks with beautiful natural window lighting and great views. You won't find many Target stores with a big and beautiful cute Starbucks for you to hang around inside. There's always plenty of tables and chairs here. Cashiers are helpful if you talk to them. The store's layout is massive/very open and airy to walk around inside. My favorite is usually the household items/groceries/outdoor patio furniture items. There's always a lot of inventories on displays here. Checkout lanes are good/lots of visible lanes to choose from. Target prices on goods and products selections are still very good in this current economy. Not sure if people can feel the value of having a very good Target store in their neighborhoods, but this place doesn't disappoint. You can even walk to downtown Sunnyvale m/AMC theater/Whole Foods/restaurants/etc. I feel very safe walking around here. Best of all, this Target is one of the cleanest of its kind. Modern impression is good.
