Unbelievable.....I get this place is crazy. It's the only 24-7 pharmacy in the area....that can't be fun for the staff. But the front counter girl is so loud and has already told 4 people their insurance won't cover anything in a very loud and rough manner. If that stuff happens, there has to be a more professional way of communicating with people without embarrassing everyone. I feel so sorry for these customers. Also, the counter girl keeps complaining to her co workers about how crazy busy they are and "orders just keep coming in". She doesn't have the personality to be at your front counter Walgreens. Just because she has "how can I help you" in her memorized canned responses....it's obvious she doesn't mean it. read more

Awful service. Arrived at 6pm to drop off my son's script. We were new. She asked me what insurance he had, I said Regence. "Well we don't have it in our system, so are you going to give me your card?" *hand out, blinks like she's irritated* She takes the info, enters the script, then tells me it'll be an hour and to come back after 7. I was taken aback and she said, "Yah, well, we're busy here." Okay... My husband goes back at 8:15, over 2 hours later to pick it up. Stands in line for 15 minutes to be helped. They tell him they don't see it in the system and ask when it was called in. He explains I dropped off the paper script at 6. They go looking for it and find it in some random pile. Do they apologize? Move it to the front of the queue due to their mistake? Nope. "Come back in another hour." Another. HOUR. Enjoy that one script, guys, we'll never be back. Edited to add: when I went back the 3rd time to pick the script up, they had no record of the insurance information I gave them in the first place. As I waited in line, another woman was returning medications they had just given her because they were clearly stamped as expired in September (4 mos ago). Awesome. read more

Carrie H.'s words sound about right. They've lost my prescriptions--the papers written by my doctor, not the medications. They almost put my prescription into another customer's file, and gave me information on that patient, before I got them to realize it wasn't me. They said my insurance had rejected my prior authorization for a prescription, when my insurance said they'd never received the prior authorization. So if I believe them I'd have kept paying double. And yeah, some stupid people come through the drive-through, and you can wait 20 minutes. If it seems long, get out. read more

Pharmacy takes forever always! They prioritize drive thru over walk ins and don't seem to care how long the line is

Meh, I couldn't decide between a two and a three, but they have a good make-up and snack food selection, and the occasional card to make your mom weep. Their return policy isn't that bad either, which is nice because Maybelline continually draws me to buy their products with their false advertising. Anyways. Seeing as I really see it as a pharmacy though, their pharmacy service sucks. None of their employees are competent. I've specifically asked if my prescriptions were generic as I was picking them up, and even after they assured me they were I ended up paying $50 more just for the name "Zoloft" to be tacked on there. The wait there can be hours, only to find out that they actually didn't have your medication ready when they called you about picking it up YESTERDAY. They have given me too much or too little of a medication numerous times, and they often don't have certain medications in stock. The drive through is always busy, and the one time it wasn't I ended up sitting there for ten minutes waiting for somebody to acknowledge I was there. read more

This pharmacy is an improvement over the Rite Aid in Redmond which use to be good. If I call you transfer a prescription they have no problem doing so or calling my Dr. To get a refill. Then text me when it is ready. I don't have to wait or call extra time to see if it is there or not. They have been helpful at suggesting alternative medicines that may be cheaper and calling my doctor for changes. They have a good supply of other items that I usually need as well which makes it convenient. And photography department is the best. read more

This is an OK store, the service seems to be bad most of the time, long lines, slow service but the store seems to have everything I need.

Walgreens at this location does not discriminate. They understand the law and will not question you one bit.

The pharmacy is convenient as it's one of the few 24 hour pharmacies in the area but getting anything there is like pulling teeth. I called in advance yesterday to see if they had what I needed in stock and when I went in today I was brought three incorrect products and when I told the woman at the counter that none of them were correct and that I needed something else I was told they didn't have any. She finally spoke to another person there and brought the correct item over and claimed it had been the same one all along when in fact it wasn't. The whole ordeal took over 20 minutes despite it being an over the counter product. Glad I won't have to be back here for a while. read more

Terrible customer experience. We brought our own passport photos to develop 4 of them. They got us wait for an hour and ended up charging us $28 dollars. I did this same thing in CVS and paid around 1-2 dollars. We were there waiting for like 15 minutes and no one attended, then the people there didn't really know how to work this out and kept us waiting until we finnally got our not so good quality pictures. Bad customer service. We visited on a Sunday around 8.30pm desperate for antibiotics. There were 2 people in the pharmacy section. There was a queue of around 4 people waiting in line. A very tall Caucasian pharmacy technician appeared, he had a slightly deformed nose. He had no customer service, no hello how's it going, nothing, he just acted robotic. He was also rude and impatient in character. When I gave him my script stating can we have the cheapest generic, he snapped and shouted this is the generic, but what I was asking is can I just have the generic as the prescription stated substitutions possible and I didn't want an expensive brand. I would not visit again unless I was desperate, if I saw this man behind the pharmacy counter, I would just walk back out of the store. read more

This review is for the pharmacy. I went in to get two prescriptions for my eyes before getting lasik surgery, and the experience I had couldn't have been anymore horrifying. First off, the lady confirmed my insurance & told me it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I also first asked for the generic version of both (which the doctor told me to ask for) and her response was very rude "if there is one" .. just the way she said it made me want to leave right then, sadly I didn't. I then sat there for AN HOUR as everyone else in front of me was having issues filling or picking up their prescriptions. I finally had to go up and ask if mine was ready, another lady went and grabbed it for me... how long had it been ready and I was still just sitting there!?! In plain sight I might add. THEN the young man asked me for my insurance again and said my prescriptions were not covered.. and had me pay the full price which was over $300. I paid it and got the heck out of there .... I then went home and called my insurance the next morning and they told me it was covered and should have only paid $50 each.... I went back to Walgreens the next day and the lady who helped me took my information and was like "yes, it says here you are covered.. I can't believe you paid that much the first time!" She then refunded me the $200 something I overpaid.. she was so nice and helpful I would give her customer service 5 stars, they need more people like her. I hope the guy who made me pay full price gets fired. He literally held my insurance card in his hand and told me I was not covered. What the actual heck!? I will never go here again to use the pharmacy. (They also had NOW HIRING signs plastered all around, I can't imagine why) read more

If you have called in your order (at least one day ahead) and called to confirm. The drive thru CAN be the fastest route. Unless you are stuck behind a jerk like I was the other day (I hope you read yelps) who held up a line of 6 cars instead of driving around and taking care of his idiotic problem inside. I even rolled down my window and politely suggested that. And he basically told me to F off. So except for your random jerk, the drive through can be the fastest for pickup if you know its ready. Like others, this walgreens used to be one of the best drug stores around but no longer. They have lost some amazing employees for whatever reason. Currently there are two ladies who are fantastic but the other employees seem like they would rather be anywhere but at their jobs. This pharmacy used to be incredible but no longer. Terrible service and terrible attitudes as others who have shared their experiences have stated. I have also run into problems with my Rx's and it takes forever to get help. I was trying to pick up a refill a yesterday but even with short lines at the drive thru and in store the wait was a 30 min so I decided to leave. Went again today and it was about 40 min. but just waited. They just don't care about their customers which may be trickling down from corp. I will look into other options as it is silly to continue to give this store any money which I have done for years. A shame. read more

I always have my prescriptions sent the this Walgreens pharmacy. They are quick and helpful. If The prescription is called in ahead of time, it's ready to go and the line moves quick. They offer drive through option as well. If I can't get my prescription called in ahead of time, it takes no more than 15 mins. read more

I've been in this pharmacy many times. Not all but some pharmacy staff are too careless. You hardly communicate with them. Also wait times are mostly longer. Even they get approval from insurance, they don't announce your name as they promise. You need to go and keep asking. read more

I've used the drive through prescription service twice now for convenience of having sick or sleeping children with me and not wishing to spread our germs about by going into the store. Both times they've told me they have no record of my prescription despite me hearing my doctor talk to the pharmacist on the phone when calling it in. Staff were unhelpful and just kept telling me to come back and try again in 20mins/30mins/1hr... not good service, not convenient, not using them again. read more

Received terrible service from this store's photo department and the assistant manager, Torri W. My daughter was trying to print jpeg files which were taken by her teen friend, and I photoshopped. Am assuming that service was lacking due to her age. She was told that she could print only the bad-looking ones as they did not fall into the category of "professional" pictures. They treated her rudely and kept making derogatory comments. After calling me, I called the store and asked to speak with the assistant manager to voice my concerns. He was rude. I told him I would be bringing the prints back in for a refund. I haven't shopped at this store for a few months due to several errors for prescriptions. Thought I'd have my daughter try it again today, but after 3 strikes, I'm definitely not shopping at this store again. Will take my business elsewhere. read more

I was there to get passport photo. The employee at photo department was extremely rude. When I asked a question "is the photo instant?" employee replied with rude attitude and while staring at me in a bad way "define instant, it will take 20 mins". After 20 mins have passed I came back to pick it up but, employee was ignoring me and occupy himself with something else. Which is rude!!!!!. As the result, he make me wait like 10 more mins. After that I was checking to see if passport photo came out well, but he took the photo out of my hand rudely and told me the price. Which is extremely rude. Called Walgreens to get a flu shot. I spoke to the pharmacy on the phone and they did not mention that they did not have the flu shots we needed available. I arrived at the Walgreens, and I was told they did not have the flu shot available. Why didnt they tell me that on the phone? Microsoft contracted with Walgreens this year for flu shots. I requested a refill for my prescription in April 2nd from Walgreens (Kirkland 85th St) I was told that the prescription will be delayed because it needs approval from my doctor. It is now April 8 then i called Walgreens and according to their records, the last time they faxed the refill request to my doctor was Apr 2, that means all these time they never followed up with the doctor. Worst pharmacy experience ever. I went to this one because it was the only pharmacy open that late on a saturday and I needed a prescription filled. I went to the pharmacy and i spent about 15 minutes in line and when I got to the counter they put my information in and said it would be another 30-45 minutes. They DID NOT ask for my insurance prior even after I said I was leaving and i'd come back, no one ever asked for my insurance. I live about a half hour away so I went home and then came back (which took upward of an hour and a half to leave and come back). When I came back I was told that my insurance was not accepted.. so I had driven all the way here and back twice for them to not accept it? Why wasn't I asked prior to leaving? Why wasn't that the FIRST thing I was asked for? WHY was it not put in while the guy was getting my information?!! Ridiculous. The woman pharmacist, i believe she was middle eastern, continuously interrupted me and then tried to get me to PAY for them.. WHY would I PAY for my prescription when I have full coverage insurance? Horrible customer service. Will not be coming back i'd rather wait to get it filled. read more

This review is for their photo. Came in to get infant passport size photo. Clearly they did not have the required equipment or the patience to take infant photo. Called in to the pharmacy on Sunday close to 6 pm to ask about a prescription for someone who was going through a medical emergency. They told me they would check and then kept me on hold for 10 minutes while the ill person I was with sat in pain and agony. The pharmacist ended up transferring me to another department in Walgreens. The employee from another department had no idea why I had just been placed on hold for 10 minutes and I had to explain the reason for my call all over again. The employee from the other department had to put me on hold again to verify with the pharmacist that they did not in fact have this medicine and could not order it either. We went to Rite Aid in Kirkland close to Fred Meyer and they called the doctor who prescribed the medicine, provided us with the equivalent of that medicine and patiently answered our questions. Rite Aid is the way to go for your pharmacy needs. Will not be wasting my time at Walgreens again. read more

Where is the zero star option? My doctor called in our prescriptions at 9:30 AM. At 12:10 I get to the drive-through window only to wait 15 minutes for the car in front of me to be done. When I finally get there the person at the window says "yes?" I tell her we're picking up our prescriptions and she tells me that one of the is not in stock. For the anabiotic they can try to mix a different strength but I have to be okay with it. Ask her why you didn't call me three hours ago when they realized that my prescriptions were not in stock. I had 2 crying sick children in the backseat. She keep saying we're very busy. I told her that clearly they didn't start processing this 10 minutes ago and when they realized they didn't have my prescriptions they should have called. She rolled her eyes at me. She told me it would be 20 minutes to get the prescription that they did have and to drive around and wait in line again. She said I couldn't just wait there, meanwhile I waited behind the car in front of me for 15 mins. She said there were other people ahead of me. Really? I find that hard to believe since they had mine for 3 hours. I told her this was not acceptable and she put the phone down and walked away!!! I left the window and called the pharmacist and he's trying to fix this by calling another pharmacy. He told me that another one wasn't in stock as well! She never told me that! Still means that I have to take two sick children out of the house again to get my prescriptions. My husband has been telling me for ever to ditch Walgreens. Officially ditched! read more

If this allowed to rate 0 I would do it. This place doesn't know what customer service is and don't even care especially the pharmacy. Pharmacy manager GARRY K. has no customer skills ever, in fact - he even told me he will not transfer my prescription to another place because another place should call him and if he has time he will send them over - and that is a pharmacy Manager they have... what can you expect from another employees?! Then I asked to speak to a store manager about his wonderful skills he put me on hold for over 5 times and every time hold ended, he picked it up and put on hold again that I would not be able to speak to anyone because we all can assume that the store manager doesn't have direct line with the voicemail!. So finally Spencer answered after me being on hold for 21 minutes, who just apologized and transferred my medication. Honestly, I don't even know if that was Spencer the store manager. This was not the first time that Walgreen lost my prescription for pain medication and after calling my doctor and my doctor refaxing a copy of the prescription and spending 30 minutes talking to them, miracle happens and they find the refill. How convenient! This time I will do my best to escalate this issue to the corporate office and will never use that pharmacy again!!! Did I, mention that anytime you need any prescription assistance - you will be on hold for at least 15-30 minutes. Used this pharmacy for over 10 years and thanks to great customer service, I hope Walgreens will lose all the customer that they can finally pay attention how their employee treat the other people. read more

They finally LOST my medicine and had to call my doctor and then LOST it again!!!!!
