Inside, it uses a simple rectangular one-story space to provide easy to navigate aisles. There were only a few items that were behind lock/key, allowing us to easily find, grab, and pay for our searched items without waiting for anybody. read more

It takes this insane pharmacy seven days to order an urgent drug that they are out of stock of!!! Imagine in a world where you can order a useless item and have it delivered overnight CVS is the sole stinky pharmacy that is not able to manage to get medications ASAP. Called into pharmacy to ask if they had in stock a certain medication or if they would need to order it and was met by a rude pharmacist who cut me off and said that she did not have the time for my reasoning for calling. I am a medical provider and to hear a pharmacist (Susan) speak like that...is a clear indication that the pharmacy is poorly managed and/or this pharmacist needs to move on to a job that entails less interaction with people! Maybe wait for the day shift to clock out and come back to do your shopping around 6-7pm. Lol, It's just really uncomfortable being in there. The manager is so intense. He's like a character in a movie. The way he paces back and forth through the aisles is a little methy. Doesn't seem like it's in vain though, my guess is he's mission to bust theivin' criminals. I don't know what his criteria is but once he has you in his sights, get ready. All of a sudden his employees are getting super close to you, overly eager to help, super aggressive walk bys or, they'll just stare you down. This woman behind the counter would not avert her gaze as she broke down cardboard boxes. Meanwhile I was at the self checkout. PAYING for my items. My wife and son experienced something similar where he low key accused her of stealing because she placed baby wipes on her stroller?? WAS THIS GUY MADE IN A LAB? WHO DOES THAT? If you're going to operate a business, then one of the most basic things to do is adhere to your own operating hours. I walked all the way over here in the morning, only to see that you hadn't opened the store, even though it was well past your open hours. Going forward, I'll simply go to the Safeway pharmacy across the street. At least their business is run more professionally. read more

I used to LOVE this CVS but it has gotten so bad and for no legit reason. The past couple months have been miserable there. I always call them ahead of time to make sure my prescription is ready. Both times they've said yes but then when I get there to pick it up they tell me I'm going to have to wait for them to fill it bc they've been busy. I have popped into this CVS for a quick pick me up energy drink or late night treat too many times to count. The staff are always friendly and there to help or check in to see how your day is going. The business did switch to paper bags and charges you for the bags - make sure to bring your reusable ones! They have a nice selection of goods but I docked a star because their dry goods are incredibly overpriced. I know this isn't the staff's fault, rather corporate. My advice is for corporate to take a look at what they are charging for basic goods (example: box of mac and cheese). read more

My Economic Stimulus card was put in the safe by an employee.... after I left it in the auto-pay machine. I returned, asked and the manager retrieved it in minutes. CVS gets it right with prescriptions, shots, and myriad of options in the cheap make up department. But ultimately it's the staff that makes a difference - and at the crazy busy location in downtown Bellevue - my experience was 5 stars today. Thank you saving me from myself. read more

Don't waste your time or money. CVS does not prioritize prescriptions, won't answer the phone, is short staffed and their stores are not well stocked. CVS has deteriorated so much that I avoid shopping there and certainly won't get my prescriptions filled with them. read more

I know that CVS has been having issues with the store at 107 Bellevue Way SE - but you could do *something* (or *anything*) to take care of your customers. I have a standing prescription that is refilled once a month at the Bellevue Way SE store.  The last time that I had it refilled, I drove down to the store because no one was picking up the phone - only to discover that there was one floater pharmacist working in the store and he was filling prescriptions on demand only.  For this month's refill, I've just learned that you've temporarily closed the store. How hard would it be for you to search your database to discover how many of your customers are impacted by the store closure, and AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFER THE PRESCRIPTIONS TO THE CLOSEST STORE? Pharmacist not answering calls, long line for prescriptions, no service. Don't bother to show up or expect service

I've been going to this pharmacy for years. It used to be the most reliable location. Unfortunately, they've changed for the worse. I'm not longer receiving my medication even remotely on time. They're not answering phones. They're not mailing out medication they're supposed to mail out. I've been into they're location and waited in they're ludicrously long lines. The employees are spread thin and busting their butts. I blame corporate. Corporate needs to get up and fix the problem. They've done nothing. Not even a courtesy email to warn the customers. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I'm pretty shocked to see this location has 4.5 stars after 10+ recent 1 star reviews, all of which I second. This location is clearly understaffed and I don't blame the pharmacists but after years of no issues at this location, it all of a sudden is impossible to get a prescription. CVS used to have a great automatic refill notification system that seems to have been eliminated and you now have to fight for every refill. The online system will say "order confirmed" and you go back the next day and it's back to "request refill." If you try and call, no one answers (I stayed on hold for 40 mins). The only way to get a prescription is to wait in line. They had a consistent staff for the 5 years I went and I stopped seeing anyone I recognized in summer 2021 which is a big red flag - my read is a lot of their staff quit at once. The most concerning experience I had was after waiting in line I was told they couldn't refill a prescription because I had transferred it to a pharmacy in....rural Texas? Like a town so small they didn't even have a CVS. The Texas pharmacy didn't have a working phone number. I told them without a doubt that was not me and I could prove I hadn't left the state of WA in months. They said too bad I had to get a new prescription from my doctor (who would have had to approve a transfer and hadn't gotten a request obviously). I left and after multiple calls all of a sudden my $10/month prescription was going to cost hundreds because I "lost" a 3 month supply? I finally just said I was going to report them for a HIPPA violation bc they obviously shared my information with a 3rd party without my permission and suddenly the prescription was ready for the normal price. I'm hoping this was just a case of someone making a clerical error and not wanting to admit they were wrong, but it's scary to think something more sinister was possible. There are a number of other pharmacies in the area you should choose over this CVS. Something weird is going on here and they can't be trusted. read more

They are amazing here! Really sweet (although do wish I get a behind the counter probiotic from the drive thru :)). Both pharmacists and their staff are so thoughtful, we especially like Xenia (hoping the spelling isn't too far off). Our five year old son has ulcerative colitis which requires weekly injections of methotrexate and beyond getting used to injections at home it was difficult to find the right needle. Xenia reached out to our pediatric nurse to find the best alternative. I appreciate how she and the staff go above and beyond to help. Also it is nice to head to a pharmacy where they don't have super long queues since our previous experience at a competitor across town would always result in a 20 minute visit no matter what. read more

Let me start by saying I was told they had major staff changes a month ago. I was only in town for a day. Had my Dr call in a prescription and it was ready in 15 minutes. They had to input my insurance info so I figured that would be a pain. Nope the pharmacist himself did it and I was in and out in about five minutes. Everyone was super nice. The pharmacy services went downhill in the last couple of months. Terrible service. It's the second time I ran out of pills. I called to refill 10 days in advance, I went to the store a week in advance, they assured me they ordered the medicine and they'll let me know when they arrive. They never did. Every visit to this pharmacy is a long wait, even an hour. Waited in line again, but the medicine is not ready, but i should try different pharmacies. Brand new CVS for the Old Bellevue area. Some residents abhor another corp business and others will appreciate is convenience. I'll just say that this CVS is brand spanking new and clean. It does offer a row of liquor, wine, and beer selections for the last minute party goers. Everything is brand new and clean. The day I went was only a couple days after they had opened and there were more staff members than patrons. They have a drive thru pharmacy and I didn't think they would be able to pull this off being on Main Street, but they somehow fit it in! Its pretty much a full-sized CVS in downtown Bellevue but maybe slightly smaller than the Bartells on the other side of downtown. The parking is easy to access and plentiful at the moment. read more

This was literally below the apartment building my friend lives at. We needed some quick liquor and this was the easiest. Prices can be high, since it is a CVS, but it's great. Everything you need for anything quick. Heck, they had a loaf of bread for 99 cents and a gallon of milk for 1.99. Right next to the bus stop, so that makes it convenient. read more

The pharmacists here are both trying to fill mail order and called-in orders and they prioritize mail in orders. I had an appointment for my booster shot. Drove 30 mins just to get there and the line was long. I ask the pharmacist and she said they are out of vaccines and one the the technician is on her way to another CVS location to get more. She said I can wait for an hour or two but really not sure what time. Right before my scheduled appointment, and received text reminders but when arrived, no vaccine. This location is terribly incompetent and not up to standards as a national recognized pharmacy. Can't believe they are still in business after so many failures. An extra half hour drive to a different pharmacy would be better than trying to get your meds filled at Bellevue CVS. They had my meds on hold with my insurance (after telling them I don't use insurance for it) for weeks and NEVER picked up phone one time. Finally found time to go in person and the people in front of us had been there for 2 HOURS and had seen TWO customers get helped. Medication is not something that should be this disregarded. My husband and his family members all have been managers at CVS locations -- you can pull people from other stores. There are so many ways this can be helped but the two technicians back there were quite literally dragging their feet. Don't know how I'm going to get my meds. Transferring to this location was one of the worst mistakes I have ever made. So much undue stress and lack of support from all sides. read more

This CVS is so well stocked and the staff are so nice. Every time I come here, the staff never seem to be in a bad mood and are always more than willing to help. I had an employee help me reach for products that were too high for me and made sure I had everything I needed. There is free parking available in the Meyden garage and as a bonus this CVS does allow dogs (as long as they are on a leash) and leave dog biscuits out by the registers. So cute! read more

Worst experience ever! Tried to change an appointment and the system wouldn't process it - said they had a "processing error". Tried to call the Pharmacy and ended up with a barrage of questions. My husband, son and I all get our prescriptions filled here. We have never had a bad experience - in fact, every visit has been wonderful. The pharmacy is well staffed and the pharmacists - while efficient - never seem rushed and are cheerful and helpful. If I phone with a question, my call is answered quickly and I am given the same courteous help. Although we live in Kirkland now, we still continue to use this pharmacy because of the great team that works here. read more
