He was super rude and then told me he didn't accept insurance. It had to be cash only and then for him just to mix up a cream of basic ingredients to make a compound cream. It would take three days because he's three days behind and I drove from EDMONDS all the way to Issaquah to get there so about 3540 miles so I was really disappointed. I left there without my medication and had a really bad experience. I would not refer this place to anybody, especially with the rude behavior of the pharmacist.

Unfortunately, I forgot to cash it in before leaving the store. Today, after shopping again, I went to the customer service desk to collect my money. The employee told me it was "too late" and treat me like I am a thief that they could not cash the receipt. I was very surprised because this was money I had put into the machine and had a receipt showing the amount owed to me. I asked to speak with a manager because I did not feel that was right. Thankfully, the manager came over and I was eventually given my money after much explaining. THAT coin machine does not have a same cillect like customer service boy said. They have lost me as a customer My biggest concern is how I was treated by the customer service employee. I felt like I was being treated as though i did something illegal. I was trying to do something wrong or take money that wasn't mine. I have been a loyal Fred Meyer customer and spend a lot of money there. No customer should be made to feel that way. If you have a similar experience, I encourage you to ask to speak with a manager rather than simply being turned away at the customer service desk. If you want, I can also make this stronger and more direct as a formal complaint to Fred Meyer corporate/customer service.
