CVS pharmacy does not have live customer service. You can only leave VM. Twice I left VM. They do call you back but tell me why you bother to take the time to call me back but don't leave an answer? The pharmacist has changed. Service has gone really down. The pharmacist was yelling at my doctor's nurse on the phone when he had questions. She then paced back and forth in front of me while I talked with him. She refused to answer his questions in order to better assist with a new prescription. She insisted on cashing me out, asked where I live and told me to go find a pharmacy elsewhere. I reported her to the corporate office. I had been a customer here for years. Will not return. The corporate office took my details, and the district manager called me a couple days later. I have called him back twice with no response. read more

This cvs location is my primary pharmacy. I regularly pick up my medicines here. Recently one of my medicine is out of stock (not the first time) . The pharmacist gave me partial order of the medicine(1 out of 2 boxes).Two weeks later I went to pick up another partial order of the medicine and paid the co-pay one more time. I asked the pharmacist why I needed to pay the co-pay twice with the same order. The pharmacist said the insurance only allowed me to pick up one box at a time. I said that I always pick up two boxes before they are out of stock. My feeling is the pharmacist was trying to fool me to excuse their responsibility of out of stock. It's too bad that the individual pharmacy is linked to the CVS online website and it's AI-driven customer service. The Issaquah, WA CVS Pharmacy in Target has given me great service. The staff deserve 5 stars in my experience. Sometimes the lines are long, but they usually get through the backup quickly. Also, when I've called and the AI system "finally" lets me leave a message, the pharmacy itself returns my calls quickly. Less than 5 minutes, so far. The AI phone system, on the other hand, in two instances that I've called, has made me repeat myself over and over without understanding my issue. During the only two times that I've called, I've had to repeat "pharmacist" multiple times before it finally allowed me to leave a message. The customer service phone line gets zero stars. The website is not user friendly and does not provide accurate delivery information, so be sure to keep original receipts. The website gets two stars, at best. read more

This is by far the best pharmacy in the area. The entire staff goes out of their way to help you process your insurance, keeps you posted if anything is out of stock and helps get it for you as soon as possible. I've had them let me know when I've been given an rx product but informed me that there was a comparable and far cheaper otc option on their shelves saving me hundreds of dollars! I HAD to change to a new pharmacy after using this CVS for over a year... Almost every single monthly visit resulted in them shorting me about 5 pills when I should have received 30. They would mark that they put 30 in my bottle but, once I'd open the package at home, I'd be missing a good amount of pills. Since the number was usually smaller (5 or under) I just let it go and thought I'd be careful to not take my pills every single day and I didn't tell my doctor because I knew there wasn't much they could do. However, I finally lost it when they shorted me 13 pills one month. I called them and asked if there was a shortage for my medication and also why they wouldn't tell me while I talked to the pharmacist and they simply told me, "No. There are 30 in there." The insurance companies don't think I have been shorted the 13 pills because they inaccurately wrote that I had 30 total, so they would not allow me to go pick up more of my medication, even though my doctor wished they could help by writing another prescription. I almost asked to get the CVS management involved to see the security videos during the month where they shorted me 13 pills (in case the pharmacist filling my bottles was actually pocketing some of my prescription) per my doctor's recommendation but I just decided that I would have to be short on my pills that month and would have to switch pharmacies. DO NOT USE CVS!!! The employees could be pocketing your prescriptions, not accurately counting your prescription, and they are beyond unhelpful/not understanding. I will never go back to CVS ever again. read more

Perpetually understaffed, and impossible to book an appointment with. CVS online appointment system is a POS, the only thing they care about is hooking you up with their ExtraCare program or whatever, and getting your contact information so that they can sell it to their "business associates". No one answers the phone at the pharmacy. This is a recurring malpractice at many CVS Pharmacies. Too bad because the pharmacists working here used to be helpful and compassionate. But of course, if you make one person work the weekends with no helping hand, you get to save $$$ for your shareholders while sucking the life out of the pharmacist. No wonder the good people left like they're fleeing from a fire. read more

Im soo upset right now! I'm visiting from out of town & had to get my meds refilledThis place gave me a substandard generic medication that is manufactured in India! It's a pain Med for chronic pain and is barely working! I researched the manufacturing company in India and they have many suits and complaints! I hate the greed in the pharmaceutical arena anyway, but ripping people off when they depend on certain meds should be criminal! Make sure before you get your refills, you are getting the exact same generic you did at previous place. I'm only giving this a one star bc of Van, she's very nice. read more

The customer-facing side of their check-out registers & monitors are filthy. There's ratty old scotch tape on the counter. I expect a business relating to my medical care to be clean and tidy but that is mot the case here. Their website says my prescription is valid for several more months but the people behind the counter say I can't get a refill until my doctor authorizes it. My med insurance requires I use CVS otherwise would go to Costco or RiteAid or anywhere but here. read more

This CVS Pharmacy does not respect the customers. I made an appointment to get a shot. When I arrived, on time, they don't have the medicine that they are scheduled to give me. Did they call me in advance to tell me they dropped the ball, NO! They could not fulfill their commitment, they didn't really seem to concerned. They don't know what Customer Service is. So, now, they want me to drive back to the store for an additional trip. They don't care if they waste your time. We rarely go into the Issaquah CVS store. This lousy service reaffirms the reason we don't shop at CVS at all. read more

I'm having my doctor change my pharmacy designation immediately. Even though the cost for medication is lower than the other local alternatives, I'd rather be poorer than be sicker. My doctor sent in a prescription for a glucose monitoring system. Picked up my prescription, with a $100+ charge, which they said was for the glucose monitoring. Opened the package the next morning, and found a pack of test strips. No monitoring machine! Called the pharmacy and they tell me the machine's not available. They'll have it 3 days later. I ask if the strips can be used with an older machine (same brand) and they say no- so then I try to ask if they have strips for the older machine, or if there's an alternate so I can start my testing, and I get the bum's rush - "sorry, we're too busy to answer your questions, I have another call I need to get to!" So.... Incomplete filling of my prescription without informing me, no instructions on the use of my prescription (I had some new pills in addition to the testing which I've never done before - the older machine was from a class I attended, but never had to use it) when I pick it up, and then when I call with questions, they don't have the time to answer my questions. If they can't staff up correctly to handle their volume, with something as important as medical prescriptions, they really should not be in business. If you're thinking about using this pharmacy, I'd be very concerned! read more

This is easily the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The customer service is awful, the staff behaves like they are irritated that you are there. I stood in line with 3 people behind me for 10 minutes while the only employee at the counter dealt with a customer on the phone. After the phone call, he said nothing to me, walked behind the counter and started talking to the pharmacist, complaining about what he was dealing with. When he finally spoke to me, he checked me in for my Covid vaccine. Then I got to sit in a chair and wait for my vaccination. I looked at the time anticipating a long wait. I waited 14 minutes total without the pharmacist so much as saying hello. Total of 28 minutes to get a vaccine with nobody else in line. And terrible attitudes. read more

The SLOWEST service possible. They hop that you will disappear in the store to hive them extra time. However I called hours before arriving to verify that the medication was already good to go. I arrived and it was not! It literally took the an hour with me STANDING at the counter the entire time. Plus!!!! I asked verbally if The medication needed to refrigerated and the woman said NO. She reiterated that the flavor may be better for my 1 year if it was cold, but it was not necessary. I did not refrigerate For the first couple of Days until I realized that the color was changing dark yellow. It was liquid ANTIBIOTICS and I can't believe how foolish I was to listen to the pharmacist that informed me with completely incorrect information. This medicine of almost 100 Dollars! Ruined! The CVS Pharmacy in Target is the worst Pharmacy I have ever experienced in my life. Terrible customer service, unable to process orders on time and English is definitely a second language. Do yourself a favor take your business to any other Pharmacy. You might think to yourself how could a pharmacy get a one star? Well let me tell you a little bit of my interactions with this Issaquah pharmacy. First off extremely rude and don't care about customers or people at all. They have on multiple occasions told me my doctor wrote the prescription wrong to have me call him only to find out the prescription wasn't written wrong they read it wrong. Now one or two mistakes I can Understand but this is pure incompetence based on not understanding basic English. I am so frustrated with this pharmacy. I only wish that I could give them zero stars. If only they could direct this to a higher up so that The guy in the store can get the same kind of treatment from his managers that he gives his customers. read more

This review is based on the customer service I received on Friday 1/11/19. I came in to have a prescription transferred from out of state to be picked up here in Washington. The Pharmacist who helped me is named Cathy. She was super sweet and helpful. I'm so glad that I came in to this location! Tristan at the counter was nice too. They filled my prescription in just 5 minutes and switched the insurance to my current insurance. Excellent service! read more

Be HEAVILY CAUTIOUS of this Target CVS Pharmacy location. I transferred my RX to them as I shop @ Target a couple times a week & clearly more convenient. My RX is controlled & I understand the "rules" that that entails. They were out of the entire amount written by my Dr. but did have 9. I took the 9 but @ THEIR request I wouldn't pay until the remainder was in. (Thankfully I kept the "receipt" with this info on it!) Gaston, the pharm tech helped me from the start & was fully aware of what was going on. I called back on the day I was told it would be in & Gaston said there was a hold up with the order. He said call again next day. I wasn't pleased with this answer & decided to go in personally. There was a different pharmacist working but Gaston was there. I was told that I already picked up the order & I was "lying". How could I possibly be there asking for the rest of my RX when I picked it up?! Their "system" showed that I had indeed picked up the whole amount not just the "9". I looked to Gaston to help as he was fully aware but he didn't do anything to help. The pharmacist told me that they would have to pull the "video surveillance footage" from my visit to verify & that it would take awhile. I called my insurance & they were helping me even though Target CVS put my claim through as the "whole amount" . (Refer to my claim above in that I saved my paperwork/receipt with correct info on it however, I left it at home & said I would go get it) & Target CVS & Gaston never updated their system with proper info. I left horribly upset ,wasted almost 3 hrs going back & forth with them & to top it off?.... they called my Dr & said I lied as well. THIS was the absolute worst part. I said I would go get my paperwork @ home but found a security guard within this Target , explained my situation & asked if they could get the video footage to help vindicate myself. Just as I was doing this, the pharmacist called my phone & said she believed me, they found the remainder in a paper bag on the bottom shelf in pharmacy" She came out of the back & hugged me, profusely apologizing. Gaston did not help in any way as he said they would call my Dr & explain what happened & make it known that I WAS NOT LYING. They DID NOT. Until I called weeks later after my Dr visit & verifying with my Dr. that they had not received any call from Target CVS. Not until I called myself & spoke with a new pharmacy manager who apologized & called on my behalf. All in all & after this very long comment, I will never go back to this Target CVS & definitely will not work with any tech there as well. read more
