I've never had to wait for more than a couple minutes to get service. I also use them for immunizations - again fast and efficient. Plus I love their ap that lets me monitor my prescriptions from my phone. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new provider.

I asked my surgeon to send my post op meds to the Burien Safeway off of 1st Ave, right off the freeway...she sent it to the Des Moines Safeway! 2. I go to the Burien Safeway...after being told my script was sent to the wrong pharmacy: I requested that they forward it to the right Safeway location where I was (they've done it before) the intranetwork pharmacy said they couldn't transfer it over...from 1 SAFEWAY TO ANOTHER?!?! On my way out I spoke with an... assistant manager I guess, and she was less help than the pharmacist! Nonchalant and disconcerned. I'm her defense, she's always like that! I distinctly remember going to the Des Moines Safeway and they were able to transfer the script right then and there! Same situation! It is now worth the extra gas to drive to a different Safeway...if I continue using Safeway at all!! They don't want to open their bathrooms to paying customers, theyre proving they don't have the capacity to manage more than 1 entrance and their new development is complacency! A different surgeon was able to correct the pharmacy error so I'm going back to the Burien Safeway, maybe for the last time! Hey! Even if you may have changed your policy because you have a bunch of drug addicts hanging outside your store...you should be able to recognize your customers and accommodate them! The rep was nice enough but their policy was ridiculous. I had a telegraphy prescription I wanted to get filled - something that is increasingly common nowadays and is emerging in this cHanging business climate - and this pharmacy WOULD NIT FILL MY PRESCRIPTION unless the provider is going to "build a relationship with them" , which I have no control over, or if I was an established customer prior to COVID which I wasn't even living here. In the end they said they "can't just accept any old prescription from anyone off the street" will no sh*t who can?! That's not what this was. The telegraphy provider is licensed with both the state and the feds to write prescriptions and that's easily verifiable. Again, the young lady on the phone was nice, but her message was terrible. I had a request for a script they had and they refused to fill b/c they're apparently antiquated and resistant to change. I'm a world of big box pharmacies these guys are missing an opportunity to carve out a niche by working with the fats growing form of health care - tele/virtual healthcare and left me in a tough spot as a result when all I wanted to do is pay them.
