After lunch, I decided on CVS because I am a member of the Loyalty Program. At home in Hawaii, CVS retained its name of Longs Drugs Store... LOL! I searched the aisles and was about to give up. I don't like to ask employees. I enjoy finding things on my own. I tried the front of the store first, then the stationary section. My last hope was the souvenir department... Voila!!! No matter who you asked from the bagger to the manager, if they worked there, they knew where literally everything was located and if something was out of stock! Nowadays I get a lot of confused looks or "I don't know" and they walk off without attempting to assist! Nowadays you're lucky if you can find 1 committed, hard-working courtesy clerk at any store! To...I digress, let's get it! I initially ordered their 4 piece for $5 and a 1/2 lb of JoJo's. The 1st associate was very welcoming, sincere and thoughtful when picking out the 4 pieces. She'd just saved me a coupon and a trip to kfc for a $5 2 piece meal! As I was leaving there was a man at the door asking for change for food, I searched my pockets and found nothing so I said that I had nothing, he thanked me anyway. I went to my truck to see if I had any change there, I didn't so I went and gave the man my 4 piece and JoJo's and went back inside and ordered another for myself...this was the other associate. I ordered the same thing and she gathered it but not taking time to check the food for what's freshest and what's not like the previous associate had done. I came home and immediately regretted not saying anything; over 1/2 the jojo's were hard and stale! The pieces of chicken she choose weren't any better! Some weren't even hot, but they're all sitting in the warmer together so how is that?! It's the end of the day, I get it. It's a busy mother's Day, I get it. They're usually pretty nice, but damn, they are sloooow. I've been here to send/receive money via Western Union and it's always a super tedious process. Then again, I'm apart of the generation that's tethered to Venmo and Cashapp, so maybe my millennial heart just needs to sit down and eat some avocado toast to settle my nerves. Service aside, the bathrooms here are terribly dirty. Do not use unless you might actually go on yourself. All that aside, I truly do love Walgreens. They've got cool products you won't typically find other places and they're awesome for shopping for small gifts (Valentine's Day, Easter, etc. - always a great selection). I mean, it's a Walgreens. When I returned to finish shopping for urgent medical supplies my boyfriend needed, the manager, who introduced himself as "Jaja" Omar (pronounced "Ya-Ya" Omar), immediately accused me of stealing, threatened to call the police, and ordered me to put my items down and leave the store. I did not steal anything. Instead of checking the security footage, he refused to investigate and chose to publicly accuse and embarrass me. I was a paying customer trying to complete a legitimate purchase, yet I was treated like a criminal without any evidence. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've ever had. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and given the benefit of a proper investigation before being falsely accused. I will not be returning to this location, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend shopping here.

(causing a lapse in my medication that has severe side effects if I stop taking them) Furthermore, everytime I've dealt with their pharmacy I got unprovoked attitude, and a response that can be summed up as "Too bad, so sad. Not our problem". This is a poorly ran pharmacy, with people that don't actually care about their customers. I will be taking my scripts elsewhere going forward. I don't recommend anyone looking for a pharmacy to use this one. They are not reliable, when they are in an industry that demands reliability.

I literally felt like the cashier was trying to shame me, and annoyed for no reason). So since they offered no discount, I purchased from Amazon to have it delivered two hours later, at a price that is TEN DOLLARS LESS than theirs. (Zero extra cost for same day delivery, as it's $27.99 on Amazon - above their $25 dollar threshold.) I really can't recommend going in to Super Supplements to pay 25% more and be treated rudely. I offer 3 stars because it's clean, and I like supporting small businesses and giving the benefit of the doubt for anyone in customer service (which I have worked for many years). The place was a little dark inside, but it was probably because the power was out, and they were running off a generator - I'll have to check and compare the next time I'm back. Some of the prices are somewhat more expensive then other places for the same products, a lot of them are very competitive against what you'd pay other places for them. I'm okay paying a little more though if I can find all the things I'm looking for in one convenient little store.
