I left the items I intended to purchase in the first aisle, which is covered by security cameras, so it would have been easy to verify what happened. When I returned to finish shopping for urgent medical supplies my boyfriend needed, the manager, who introduced himself as "Jaja" Omar (pronounced "Ya-Ya" Omar), immediately accused me of stealing, threatened to call the police, and ordered me to put my items down and leave the store. I did not steal anything. Instead of checking the security footage, he refused to investigate and chose to publicly accuse and embarrass me. I was a paying customer trying to complete a legitimate purchase, yet I was treated like a criminal without any evidence. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've ever had. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and given the benefit of a proper investigation before being falsely accused. I will not be returning to this location, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend shopping here.

Found the battery section and...it's basically empty. Guess we're throwing that in my Amazon cart, too. Then it had the gaul to ask me to take a survey after that. This place was bad to begin with and has gotten worse since Rite-Aid bought them. (The Bartell 800 # routes to Rite-Aid CS.)

There were none in the greeting cards aisle and none near the souvenir t-shirts. I asked the Security Guard and he suggested Aisle 4... Nope. That's the beverage aisle. I thought that I should check Aisle 1 since I looked in every other aisle... Of course the post cards were there! The last place was the winner! I grabbed a bunch and waited in line to pay. The customers ahead of me didn't have their wallets out and one woman had questions about a gift card. I give these store clerks credit... challenging customers test your patience... LOL! He took our info and had us sit. We were called to get our shots within minutes ( and I barely felt her give the shots) and we were walking out of the store by 10:44. So great! This was who I needed so I asked my question about a medication availability. She said they didn't have the liquid. I asked about tablets. She told me I needed to wait for her to give someone a vaccination. After lunch, I decided on CVS because I am a member of the Loyalty Program. At home in Hawaii, CVS retained its name of Longs Drugs Store... LOL! I searched the aisles and was about to give up. I don't like to ask employees. I enjoy finding things on my own. I tried the front of the store first, then the stationary section. My last hope was the souvenir department... Voila!!! However, I usually don't need to wait for a long time when I come here around 2-3pm when it's slow. There's a Starbucks next to it, so you can grab coffee/pastry while you wait for your med if it takes forever. I think the longest wait that I've had there was like 15 minutes, but it was killing me already... I don't understand why that happened when they emailed you about it's ready to be picked up... definitely not READY for sure.. oh well, it's ok when you compare to the other places.
