I love the attitudes and proud disposition of one of the employees named Cole. What I love most is that he has a gift shop type of attitude. He's aware that more than likely a customer is picking up something special for a special someone and he above and beyond to help you. I often observe employees and how they interact with other customers while shopping and he's a total sweetheart. He takes pleasure and care to make sure your family member or friend receives not only an awesome gift but that the presentation is just right. I love when he asked if I want my gift wrapped up and stated that "Presentation is Everything"...I love it... also as a side note, they actually supply stamps and would mail postcards out for you!!! Jude is another employee that is very attentive and helpful. You feel so invited when you walk into this shop. Just when I thought it was too late for me to send a postcard out to myself, seeing that I'm headed out Cole and Jude made it happen!!!!

The bakery had told me the cake should not be out for more than 2 hours. The drive to the Hallmark nearest my house from the bakery was already an hour. So was the Christmas in July line in this Hallmark. There was no warning sign on the door; the only indication of any event was an unmanned table with brown slices of apple, and plastic bottles of water (probably warm). There was a very long line, but no indication that I should have simply gone elsewhere for candles because the line would continue not to move at a reasonable pace. When I finally got up to register, the woman said that I could have let them know earlier that I was not getting ornaments, and they would have helped me sooner. Obviously, that does nothing for ruining this $80 custom birthday cake this year. ZERO STARS for poor communication and rotten service to any customer not purchasing loads of ornaments.
