For all the negative publicity Walmart receives, it's only fair that they get some good reviews…read morewhen due. Yesterday I had occasion to run in and pick up a few things. Twice, I enlisted the assistance of a salesperson while they were working and twice they dropped what they were doing in order to assist me. They didn't just point me in a direction, they actually led me exactly to where the product was I was looking for. Now that's customer service. One gentleman (Bob?) was stacking products and he quickly got up and walked with me showing me the location of the product I was seeking. Next time, I'll be more cognizant of names so accolades go to the right person. I then had to look for help getting a product from a secured cabinet and once again a salesperson dropped what she was doing (monitoring self-check area) and fetched what I wanted. Thank Walmart for having these great representatives.

All the manager said was that he would talk to her about because it was unacceptable behavior. He also agreed that she should be fired cause it was not the first they had problems with her. But the next time we went there Lolo was still there. Other than that, there are a lot of nice workers who are willing to help when you can find them. CVS Pharmacy has honestly become very hit or miss lately, and I say that as someone who has visited…read moremultiple locations over time trying to give the experience another chance. The biggest issue for me is consistency. Almost every time I walk into a CVS, I struggle to find the item I came in for because the shelves are either partially stocked, completely empty in certain sections, or the inventory system says something is available when it actually isn't. At times, it genuinely feels like the stores are just being maintained rather than actively improved or fully supported operationally. And unfortunately, the customer service experience often reflects that same energy. It's rare that I walk into a CVS location and encounter employees who seem genuinely happy, supported, or engaged. I'm not even saying that critically toward the staff themselves because honestly, it feels bigger than individual employees. It feels like there may be pressure from corporate expectations, staffing shortages, impossible metrics, burnout, or operational stress that eventually trickles down into the customer experience. But customers feel it. The worst experiences I've personally had tend to happen at the pharmacy counters, where interactions can sometimes come across rushed, cold, dismissive, or lacking empathy altogether. And when someone is already stressed, sick, or simply trying to locate an item they need, that type of environment makes the experience even more frustrating. My most recent visit was honestly simple: I walked in looking for a specific item and couldn't find it. But what stood out wasn't just the missing product -- it was the overall atmosphere. The store felt disconnected from the actual customer experience. Retail today is competitive, and customers notice when businesses stop feeling welcoming or fully functional. I've left positive reviews for many businesses because I believe in recognizing good service when it's deserved. I also understand retail is difficult right now. But I also believe companies need to revisit employee support, staffing, inventory management, and customer service culture because people absolutely notice when those things decline. At the end of the day, customers don't expect perfection. They just want to feel helped, acknowledged, and able to find what they came in for.

What a terrible interaction. I was standing in the drop off line because that was the only spot…read morewith a pharmacy worker. I'm there maybe 5 minutes and all of a sudden the shudders start coming down and a small older lady appears and says "we are closed". I said, I was standing in line already. She responds very rudely and says "well what do you need!?" So I say, "there is no need for attitude, I was in line." I tell her that I needed a Plan B. She then says very loudly (now I'm not embarrassed to buy plan B) "Plan B!? Do you have a prescription!?" Now I didn't even know you could get it prescribed but that's another question for another time. But I told her that I do not. "She then says "you have to ask Target for Plan B. We don't have it." I then found the contraception aisle and it was there. All this terrible woman had to say was "oh it's in that aisle right there next to the pharmacy". Not to mention"go ask Target". Terrible customer service. What if I had been some teenage girl who needed the medication because she made a mistake or god forbid was raped!? Would she talk to the girl like that? My step daughter is 18 and I would lose my shit if she came home and told me she was treated like this. I will be moving all of my pharmacy needs from CVS because this interaction was absolutely absurd and her attitude was unwarranted. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is the best pharmacy ever. I get all my, and my husbands prescriptions from this pharmacy…read more Mainly through the drive up. Whenever I call this store on the phone, once I navigate through a tricky automated AI phone system, the phone reps are so very helpful, and go out of their way to find me answers. Every month, I worry that some of my most important meds will be out of stock, but their pharmacists know I am going to get them, and they make sure they are on hand. When I transferred all our business over from the Bartells at Redondo, I was afraid that I was losing the best people around. But I was really impressed with how smoothly and efficiently all prescriptions , transferred. I don't do many reviews, but when I see a pharmacy doing exceptional work, especially in a tough location, and neighborhood, I go out of my way for the review, and the pharmacy. Thank- you to all, in pharmacy, and in store. Sharie

I use Key for our prescriptions regular pharmacies can't or won't fill…read more My husband uses them with their mail service, which has been excellent (in fact, I even give them referrals for non-standard presciptions to out-of-state friends to fax in from their doctors... even those that require refrigeration, because they're great at that!). I go in to pick up mine, because right next door is a shop that carries high end supplements my doctor has me using, with brands such as Xymogen, Thorne, etc, and at great prices! (I don't know if that shop is associated with Key.) I've never had any problems with their service in all the years I've used them, and they're always helpful, friendly, professional, and accomodating, with good pricing. What more could you ask for? As for reviewers who've chosen to give bad reviews because they *choose* not to have a business location or staff who can sign for their deliveries, or home delivery without a cooled drop-box... well, that's your choice.

This week i picked up the same cream with one less ingredient. However, the main medication was the same ml potency and so was the base. This time I got flimsy syringes with cream in it. I used exactly the amount they showed me and it was 6 times as much as the first cream amount. I went back and talked to another pharmacist. She was not able to tell me why there is a difference. I showed her the amount of the cream coming out of the clicker telling her that another person there confirmed the amount would me pin head size. She told me the clicker is empty. I asked for an explanation why there would be such a difference in amount of cream. She could not provide an answer and kept asking me what i would like to happen. I just wanted to know if i was given the wrong dose before or now so I know if that i am using the correct amount. She had a chip on her shoulder when she first greeted me and was unwilling to take the time to make check and see what was going on with the different prescriptions. Unbelievably bad customer service from this person.

Target & CVS Pharmacy -- Great impressive store!!!!…read more I recently went to Target and was really impressed with the store. It's connected to a shopping mall, and the entire store was clean, organized, and absolutely immaculate. They have so much under one roof -- a Starbucks, CVS Pharmacy, food, frozen foods, fresh fruit, furniture, curtains, and so much more! It's really convenient to be able to find so many things in one place. The employees throughout the store seemed happy to be there, and that makes such a difference when you're shopping. Everyone wants to walk into a store that feels clean, welcoming, and pleasant. Now, I do have something to say about the CVS Pharmacy inside Target. Unfortunately, my experience there was very different. I had called my prescription in three days ahead of time, but when I went to pick it up, it took approximately 4 1/2 hours to get everything taken care of. The pharmacist seemed extremely overwhelmed, and there were only two people helping her while the line was very long. I could tell they were trying their best, but it looked like they desperately needed more help. So, Target, if I could make one suggestion: please get some additional help for that CVS Pharmacy! The pharmacy staff seemed overwhelmed, and I'm sure having more people would make things much easier for both the employees and the customers. Other than my pharmacy experience, I absolutely loved this Target. It was clean, had everything I needed, and the employees were wonderful. Target, you still get FIVE STARS from that Review Lady on Yelp! Keep up the good work -- and please, get that CVS Pharmacy some help!
