The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude at this location and have been multiple times…read more They are incredibly unhelpful, refuse to answer questions in involving the app, and told me that they don't care if I take my business elsewhere when I try to ask further questions. I will definitely be finding a different pharmacy to use in the future.

Man, I really want to like this place. It's such a mixed bag though. It's conveniently located…read more It has pretty good hours. It has a decent selection. But it's kinda kinda sketchy for some reason. The pharmacy has always been a complete fustercluck. Like other reviews have said, it's a dumpster fire. I used to fill prescriptions here about a decade ago and stopped because it was real bad. Recently I filled one here because they were the only pharmacy nearby that had a medication in stock. That one experience went okay, so I figured I'd start using them again. Well, every other experience went sideways after that. I called and got put on hold and gave up after sitting there for over 20 minutes. I called back and asked for a manager and then got hung up on. Twice. When I finally got an assistant manager the third time they told me they couldn't check the other Walgreens to see if they had a medication I needed. When I called their 800 number directly after that the person I spoke to told me that was literally their job. When I called the CVS down the street they did a check for all stores in a 20 mile radius for stock for me instantaneously. So maybe update your systems Walgreens?

Looking for postcards in Seattle, Washington…read more.. I searched Target/CVS pharmacy nearby - in downtown - but couldn't find any. Since Walgreens was within sight, I decided to check it out. There were none in the greeting cards aisle and none near the souvenir t-shirts. I asked the Security Guard and he suggested Aisle 4... Nope. That's the beverage aisle. I thought that I should check Aisle 1 since I looked in every other aisle... Of course the post cards were there! The last place was the winner! I grabbed a bunch and waited in line to pay. The customers ahead of me didn't have their wallets out and one woman had questions about a gift card. I give these store clerks credit... challenging customers test your patience... LOL! I just wanted to hurry outta there because I wasn't sure if I was in a free parking space on the street or not!

Maybe it's the open air drug market in front of it. Or maybe it's the fact that the last 2 times…read moreI've gone they've been short staffed except for rent-a-security guards who don't seem to be securing much of anything. Maybe it was the appointment I made with the pharmacist for a vaccine and when I showed up the pharmacy was boarded up and there were 14 people waiting and the pharmacy assistant screamed "there's no pharmacist! Apparently one will eventually show up." Spoiler: they didn't. Or maybe it was today when I tried again to get a vaccine. I made an appointment, showed up early, checked in and there was so much spit on the plexiglass between me and the pharmacist that she was literally blurry. At one point an assistant made eye contact with me, made a gun out of her fingers and pretended to shoot her self in the head. So yeah - this place is a stain on the Walgreens brand and our downtown. I'd rather drive to another pharmacy than walk to this one on my neighborhood.

I asked if they were having trouble with their phones. The woman just looked at me. I feel like if you don't know there is a problem with receiving calls, you should be informed especially with this type of business. Instead she took me aside and gave me to the pharmacist. This was who I needed so I asked my question about a medication availability. She said they didn't have the liquid. I asked about tablets. She told me I needed to wait for her to give someone a vaccination. Ok, I get it, this live guy is waiting for his vaccine and I'm just a hospice nurse trying to find a med close by for a dying patient urgently. Could the other lady look for the tablets? Nope.

But I do see them trying their best to help the customers with a smile and good attitude, so these stars are for them. However there is one tech there that just gives attitude everytime she attends me. I seen her give attitude to all 3 people she helped while I waited on line. Straight up rude and no greeting, only "What's your last name" looking like she didn't want to be there and slamming everything. Like girl, go get a different job you clearly not happy here.

This posting is not a reflection of Walgreens since all pharmacies in the U.S. are are following…read morethe U.S. law. Amoxicillin is an oral antibiotic that you can buy over the counter in any apothecary in Europe and most likely Asia. I have a gum infection below a tooth & this drug would make short work of the infection. But not here in the U.S. without a prescription. That means you have to visit a doctor $$$$$ which may not be cost effective for many. We also found a lot of doctors will want to run a bunch of tests, most just to make money for the doctor and no help to you. Do a search on Drugs.com and you will see it truly is a generic drug. I picked Walgreens simply because they probably have more clot as they are located in a hospital. I did a search of Canadian drug stores, could spend a week and get no where. I am not sure if contacting your Representative would help, I never got a response in the past from any. Remember they are in the pocket of big business and they don't give a rats about you. I know, I tried in the past contacting our Representatives and our Governor, you know that guy that has warmed the chair in Olympia for 12 years, and now thinks he is ready for a bigger chair in DC. Don't waste your time with his office.
