I was shopping at this Walgreens about 45 minutes ago when I had to suddenly run out to the parking…read morelot because of an emergency involving my dog. I left the items I intended to purchase in the first aisle, which is covered by security cameras, so it would have been easy to verify what happened. When I returned to finish shopping for urgent medical supplies my boyfriend needed, the manager, who introduced himself as "Jaja" Omar (pronounced "Ya-Ya" Omar), immediately accused me of stealing, threatened to call the police, and ordered me to put my items down and leave the store. I did not steal anything. Instead of checking the security footage, he refused to investigate and chose to publicly accuse and embarrass me. I was a paying customer trying to complete a legitimate purchase, yet I was treated like a criminal without any evidence. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've ever had. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and given the benefit of a proper investigation before being falsely accused. I will not be returning to this location, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend shopping here.

I found my face soap and the price seemed really high so I asked my magic pocket box. Turns out it is expensive - $4 more than anywhere else. Threw that in my Amazon cart and kept moving. Found the battery section and...it's basically empty. Guess we're throwing that in my Amazon cart, too. At that point I decided to just kinda walk around and yeah...the number of empty spaces on the shelves are very telling. I won't waste my time here again. I will say though, if you're looking for Seattle/Washington tourist trinkets they have a really cute selection!

When I finally got to the register they'd filled my prescription for an incorrect dosage. Then they said they could fill the correct dosage, but it would take another fifteen minutes. I declined. Then it had the gaul to ask me to take a survey after that. This place was bad to begin with and has gotten worse since Rite-Aid bought them. (The Bartell 800 # routes to Rite-Aid CS.)

Looking for postcards in Seattle, Washington…read more.. I searched Target/CVS pharmacy nearby - in downtown - but couldn't find any. Since Walgreens was within sight, I decided to check it out. There were none in the greeting cards aisle and none near the souvenir t-shirts. I asked the Security Guard and he suggested Aisle 4... Nope. That's the beverage aisle. I thought that I should check Aisle 1 since I looked in every other aisle... Of course the post cards were there! The last place was the winner! I grabbed a bunch and waited in line to pay. The customers ahead of me didn't have their wallets out and one woman had questions about a gift card. I give these store clerks credit... challenging customers test your patience... LOL! This was who I needed so I asked my question about a medication availability. She said they didn't have the liquid. I asked about tablets. She told me I needed to wait for her to give someone a vaccination. Ok, I get it, this live guy is waiting for his vaccine and I'm just a hospice nurse trying to find a med close by for a dying patient urgently. Could the other lady look for the tablets? Nope.
