Whenever I call this store on the phone, once I navigate through a tricky automated AI phone system, the phone reps are so very helpful, and go out of their way to find me answers. Every month, I worry that some of my most important meds will be out of stock, but their pharmacists know I am going to get them, and they make sure they are on hand. When I transferred all our business over from the Bartells at Redondo, I was afraid that I was losing the best people around. But I was really impressed with how smoothly and efficiently all prescriptions , transferred. I'm blind in one eye and can no longer use the drive through feature so have to request a delivery to my home. It has been very helpful. I hope this location will continue to be supported by the corporation. It would be a disaster if it were to close.
