Just tried to get scammed by the night clerk he tried to charge me for four items came out to $18.79I looked at him and I was like let me put my discount number he didn't even give me a chance to put it in. I didn't even put my number in. I pushed two numbers and then he just took the fourth item off bringing it to $11.22 I couldn't see what the fourth item was. Listing here and on the 7-11 site as of 7/12/25 say they're open 24 hours. Nothing on the door. I went there around 2 am and there was someone inside, but he was just cleaning or something. He made eye contact, then went back to whatever he was doing. I wouldn't assume they're open any more than QFC, and QFC is much cheaper and has a lot more selection. read more

The manager was extremely rude twice when I entered the store. I was waiting at the counter and he was on his phone what appeared to be a game and after a few minutes I asked he could help me. The manager then raised his voice and startling Fuck you. I asked for his name and he refused to provide it to me. I asked for the 7-11 store regional manager and he refused to provide that information. Wow I can't believe what just happened at 7 11 downtown Redmond. After selecting my small purchase the manger rang it up for $1.75 more than advertised on the tag. I questioned him. He called me an idiot for not reading all the little print on the tag. Apparently it was placed in the wrong place. I said ok but I'd like out for the price it showed. He yelled at me and told me to get my f___ing idiot ass out of the store and never come back. He said I was trying to steal from him. I told him that the price needed to be changed. One of the people who work here is pretty cool... but with anyone else -- I'll come in, only customer in the store while the worker is stocking inventory, grab my things, and then stand at the counter for a while before he actually finally decides to come help me. I was going to work once and had to wait for, I kid you not, over a minute of him finish stocking food six feet from me, before he finally stood up to help me. I must hit up this 7-11 at totally different times than the other reviewers, as my kids and I really like this place! (We typically go early on weekdays, before work or school). It's always been clean and the guy behind the counter has always been friendly. If there's a special going on that I'm unaware of (like, free donuts with the purchase of a 16 oz coffee, for example), he'll tell me about it (as happened yesterday, when I brought my coffee to the cash to pay for it). My kids love the slurpees, and the iced coffees are pretty good here. And I'm a fan of the hot coffees, as there's a huge selection of syrups and flavored steamed milks. And the prices just cannot be beat for coffees. There's a Red Box outside and I see people renting movies there at all hours, so it's a popular feature. It's true, you cannot get cash back with your debit purchases, but I know this policy exists at other 7-11's and I just don't expect to go here to get cash. read more

This is a 7-Eleven.. of course one will always come here with fine food expectations.. *record playing scratching noise*... really? This place is a convenience store, and if you expect it to be anything else, you should look somewhere down the street. What you find here is exactly what you expect, lots of things wrapped in plastic, from bottles of water, beer, sugar drinks... to bags of chips, sweets, sours, nuts, and gasp... ready to eat hot dogs. This is a 3 star type of store... it has what you need, maybe not always what you want, but what do you really want in like? a Slurpee. Maybe some sweets or a beer, and you can find that here, they even have strange Japanese snacks, from the 7-Eleven's over there. I come here looking for those very items, and in turn, I get them. So that's one additional star. The place isn't that big, the parking lot maybe fits 10 cars; and the back wall is the amazon.com lockers, so if you want a pickup, it's inside, Redbox outside and all is well in the kingdom of Redmond. Why would you want to come here? Clean, tidy, they have cheap wine, and great assortments of snacks, face it.. you might not think about coming, but you know you do, at least once in a while. read more

I've been here multiple times but the manager here has a knack for hiring guys who don't want to do their jobs. I've held off on writing a review for this place for a long time since I go in there so often since it's right next to my house, but this honestly is the last straw for me. I went in there today to just buy some soda and snacks, and bring it up to the counter, the guy behind the counter just shouts something in hindi at me pointing to the items and makes me turn every. single. item over so that he can shoot it with the scanner right infront of me. I ask him for a bag since I walked there and the guy just throws a paper bag at me and mutters something in hindi. First of all I don't even speak your language bud, second of all, I had gloves on and a mask on even though I don't have covid and the least you can do is pretend to do your job and either wear some gloves and actually do your job or you can be polite and ask me to turn the items over or at the very least, speak to me in a language that I can understand. I would rather just deal with the self check out machine than deal with this kind of service ever again. read more

7Eleven doesn't seek to be a supplier of items of quality or quantity - it's about convenience. In some ways this 7Eleven is convenient, and in others it's a pain. PROS: It's within walking distance of Redmond Transit Center, so if your bus is going to take a while, you can just take a 3 minute hike over here to get a drink, some chips, or maybe a Redbox DVD, then walk back in time for departure. CONS: The inconvenience is really with the service. Allow me two stories: There is a cashier there that is ALWAYS on his phone chatting with a buddy. I asked for a hot dog from him and he gives me this irritated look. Sorry for making you do your job...? He had to stall a bit to say bye to his buddy and put the phone down. When it came time to pay, he says nothing to me except the price, whereas for all the other customers in line, he gave at least a perfunctory greeting. Also, I rushed in before closing one night and asked to use the bathroom, stating it "was an emergency" - it was. The guy there claimed they had no bathroom. Nonsense. No cash back for credit card transactions. Use this place as a quick stop to get refreshments before going back to the transit center, or for the Redbox there. read more

If you go at the wrong time of day you will be swept up in the wave of high school kids and have no chance of making this the quick stop you were hoping for. That being said, the cashier I always see works quickly, usually 2 registers at once. There are really just that many people around during a nice afternoon. This owner is ignorant abuot the mentally ill and an uncaring person. He disallowed my sister from coming to his store. She is mentally ill...the story...she fell outside his store and cut her hand, came inside and asked for a bandaid. She wanted to buy a package of cigaretts...she gave him the $$ and he told her he couldn't take her money because of the blood on it,she didn't know any better, she raised her voice at him...he told her to leave and never come back. That is a pretty severe punishment for her now to have to walk about 3/4 mile further to qfc to buy them and also $2 more. That is his right to block her from shopping there and maybe that is a good way to make her stop and think about raising her voice..if she was normal...but she isn't completely...and needs to be cut more slack than the normal person. I went in with her today to see if he would reconsider but he just said no..so I really think he is either unwilling to be around mentally ill people or he is the most ignorant person I know. So tell me, what did you gain by refusing my transaction because I accidentally knocked an EMPTY trash can down and my hands were too full to pick it up. You can earn your money, and pick it up. Trash cans are dirty, I have food in my hands and nowhere to put it, and it was an accident. I'm not picking it up. I could have thrown the straw wrapper on the floor, which I think I will do next time. Instead, I threw it in the trash, and you kick me out. What did you achieve? Basically, you lost your boss some money (and yes, I will keep returning until I can speak to the owner) by refusing a customer who did nothing wrong. You made him lose out on inventory because now the opened, heated burrito and Slurpee have to be thrown away. And you got your picture blasted all over social media and Redmond Facebook groups, where stories have leaked through of how rude and unprofessional you are, and the truth comes out of just how many people stopped shopping there because of you, which in turn reveals just how much MORE money you've lost your boss. Congratulations, you achieved nothing except having to pick up the fallen trash can anyway, losing a purchase, and wasting food. Thanks for giving me some good long sips of the Slurpee for free! Meanwhile, I drove a mile down the road to the other 7-11 and got the exact same thing. Then come back and sit in your parking lot drinking my delicious Slurpee. I throw the empty jug on the ground in the parking lot and leave. Now you have extra trash to pick up. Great job. I hope you have an easy way to explain this to your boss when he returns to the country.
