Woof. This was a rough experience at this Jamba. All ordering occurs in a kiosk which is pretty standard across all Jamba locations (I assume it's to allow for having employees only focus on making items rather than taking orders and making items?). That wasn't the issue, the issue was that multiple customers in line couldn't figure out the ordering, and when it was our turn to order, we ordered items they didn't even have ... awkward. Manager said he would comp our order as a "sorry" but then never actually gave a receipt for the refund so I'm not sure if it happened or not .. guess we will see at the next credit card bill date? Had 0 fresh fruit and could not make any bowls which had lots of customers walk in and walk right back out. On the bright side the drinks were good and the seating area was clean! read more

2 stars just for the employees. There was a guy and girl who were simply rocking it with the order on a Friday evening. Super efficient, and hardworking. Check out the egg bake picture, that's almost 5 bucks. It's super tiny, but they advertise it being big and hearty. Deceptive marketing. Plus it helps that it's just a frozen rock. I literally saw the girl open the freezer, take out a ziploc bag containing a little yellow rock, chuck it into the oven for a minute, and then hand me this boiling lava rock. Rather eat ramen at home, and it'll not only taste way better, but also cost you 20 cents. I did try their smoothie too. Yeah, it's alright, though kind of annoying that literally has some form of fruit in it. Definitely did not feel that I was getting 8 bucks worth. I don't like to leave negative reviews but my experience at this location was very concerning. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, beware! My mom and I were the only ones in the store so there were no distractions while I was talking to the young man and placing our order. I was very clear that I couldn't eat dairy products. He assured me that wasn't a problem and that an extra scoop of fruit could easily replace the sherbet. Thankfully my mom and I walked down to watch the process through the window and saw the 2nd young man scoop sherbet into both blender containers! Yikes. This Jamba Juice location is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! We went in on an unusually hot day to get a drink and it was absolutely sweltering in the store; so much so that it was hard to even stand in line!!! The ONE employee taking orders was taking so long to take each order that I thought I was going to have to shave again while I was waiting and perhaps was going to celebrate another birthday as well!!!! I finally had to go back out to our air conditioned car as sweat was literally dripping down my back from the extreme heat in the store and waiting in line so long!!! I only know what this place is thanks to Travis Scott. Luckily, this one is right by my relatives's place, so I stopped by. Staff is super nice and welcoming and there are a lot of options and ways to change your drink (i.e. coconut milk, oat milk, etc.). I got the smooth talkin mango with whey protein powder and it was pretty good! A little too thick and difficult to drink, but otherwise good. While the juices may be great and the people mostly give great service non of that matters if they won't take your money. Here in the heart of Redmond they won't break a $50 or $100 bill. I was in here on a Saturday afternoon around 2 and the place looked like a mosh pit. There were people everywhere and not enough workers. I was jonesing for a smoothie so I waited it out but it took me 17 minutes to place an order and have it in my hands. They need more workers, maybe better organization or something. Not sure what was going on with the smoothie rush but they definitely were not equipped to handle the situation. The area around the garbage cans was disgusting with coated food and dried smoothie. It's crazy how one good customer service experience can change your entire perception of a store/brand. Usually this store is pretty slow (even when there isn't a line) and the employees seem lethargic. Today my girlfriend and I went in and were treated with excellent customer service from the second we walked in the door. When I am not in the mood for solid food, am really thirsty or feeling under the weather, I end up at Jamba Juice. Visit this location semi-regularly for lunch. There are numerous smoothie options available including three different sizes and boost combinations. And then there are different types of smoothies. All told there are a lot of choices to be made. Luckily, I have liked anything that I have ordered here. I tend to stick with the original classic menu items like Mango-A-Go-Go and Aloha Pineapple. They are all very good and the boosts particularly the energy and immunity ones help me feel a little bit more clear headed about the rest of the day upon consumption. In addition Jamba has a a few baked good items as well as oatmeal. Prices are about in line or a little higher than a mocha frapp-whatever at Starbucks depending on size. The biggest peeve I have about this location is parking. There are only a few spots available and the intersection near Jamba is busy during the lunch hour. It makes it a challenge to get in and out which I don't like. Still I don't think there is any other smoothie type place around here. Not much has changed at this location since then, except that it seems there's a new set of faces behind the counter. They always look young, which makes me think nobody really works here very long. Anyway, it had been a while, so I asked the guy working there for his suggestion. He recommended the Peach Pleasure, and so I got that in the smallest cup available, the "Sixteen." The price was a bit high, at $3.95 for this size (it came to $4.33 after tax). But they promote healthy drinks, and I'm sure that factors into the price somehow. Service was fairly quick, especially when considering all the ingredients that go into the smoothie, although there was no one ahead of me in line. The guy called out my name and handed me the drink politely. Even though it may be tempting to get a bigger size cup, the smallest should probably be enough. These smoothies are very thick, and it probably won't work just to suck them through the straw normally; you might have to stir it around a bit. The taste is a bit dull, though. Maybe there was too much ice in there or not enough fruit. I know that they claim not to use artifical flavoring, but when I pay over four dollars for a drink, I expect it to taste pretty good. First time back in many years, I ordered a peanut butter cacao bowl. It looked like something from a witches cauldron/something somebody threw up (neither are my descriptions although I agree they're the best descriptors). I remember these being a smoothie/ice cream consistency, but this was completely room temperature liquid (about the texture of milk) with a thick layer of peanut butter on top and slimy mushy banana pieces. I took a few bites, in hopes it would taste better with each, but it tasted off. Not only was the texture extremely unappetizing and disturbing but the taste of everything was like it was spoiled. I came in today 4/21/17 around 3pm. It was such a beautiful day out of course Jamba Juice would be busy. I work in this environment, I understand the stress it can bring when you don't have a strong team to get through the line and out. To start, I must say Ari was awesome! She saw one of her coworkers basically tell me to wait in an oddly rude way so she gave me $3 dollars off my drink to make up for that. Not only did she do that but all the while she was making all the drinks!! The other two she kept having to micromanage asking them to do dishes and ring up customers. I need to give her raves for keeping such a calm demeanor through the whole thing and working so well to get everything out to the customers. My one star off is for the other worker whom I will leave nameless but was the one who was not handling the stress of the crowd well and was showing it to the customers. Because of him, customers felt odd sitting there. But again my drink was awesome and Ari did a great job removing him from the line and taking over. This location isn't any better or worse than any of the other locales. The parking situation is a bit of a bitch, but the staff are friendly, and quick. The smoothies taste just like they do at any other location. They have tons of options, ranging from actually healthy for you, looks like it is healthy for you, to no way is this healthy for you. I usually go for the 2nd option. Some of my favorites are RazzMatazz and Aloha Pineapple. My boyfriend and I both purchased the recent groupon deal, and this location has other weekend deals, like 4 original sized smoothies for $12. read more

So far, I have checked into this location 29 times, showing that I truly do worship the service and quality of the smoothies produced here. Working nearby, I always know where to go when I need a fast bite to eat. The staff here is incredibly friendly and knows my name, even when I'm not wearing a name tag! Not only that, but most of the staff here has my drink of choice memorized. Original Peach Pleasure with Energy, Double Blended, No Banana, Sub Strawberries. They even know that sometimes I prefer a Parmesan pretzel and sometimes I try and be healthy by skipping it.
