Great prices for quality and quantity. Conveniently located inside LA Fitness, it's great to have so many protein smoothie options with interesting flavors after a workout. Got the 22oz jungle juice (lychee, mango, apple). Really yummy and don't usually see lychee in smoothies. The guy who made the smoothie was really friendly even though it was late (8pm) and the smoothie came out promptly. There are tables and seats you can use and there are also food options.

The smoothies are so good and super refreshing!! I got the lean green and jungle juice. The lean green have a nice ginger kick and not too sweet. The owner was so nice too! No need for a gym membership, just walk inside the LA fitness.

Stopped by this particular location of the global chain while visiting family in Washington, and…read morethe experience was as expected albeit drink preparation was rather slower than we're accustomed to. Odd given we were the only patrons in the shop, but maybe we California peeps are just in too much of a rush! :D Banquette seating along the wall is fine for waiting but seems to intentionally encourage to-go orders. Regardless, our drinks were accurately made to our specifications (less sugar, less ice, added boba) and just as tasty as usual.

TL;DR: for such a large chain, this place is really disappointing. Boba is cooked unevenly. Sago is…read morenothing but a huge goopy clump. Not worth spending $10 on a cup here. I thought I'd give this chain a try and I was very disappointed. Parking: mall garage, free. Atmosphere: no seating, long lines for ordering, waiting for your order to be completed is longer than waiting in the line (I presume it is because they fill mobile orders at the same time). Menu: posted on the back wall above the register, also a smaller menu at the beginning of the ribbon divider. Service: order and pay at the front, wait for your order to be announced, grab your own straw. Mango Sago Smoothie: I requested 30% sweetness and it was still very sweet but that wasn't the worst part--it wasn't until I reach the bottom of the cup that I saw the sago was nothing but two large coagulated clumps. It was clearly poorly made and not fresh. The mango tasted mediocre and was nothing to write home about. The boba was also very unevenly cooked and was mushy on the outside and rubbery/hard inside. I noticed this on the first sip and wasn't going to stand back in the 10 minute queue to get it remade. I'm all for bubble tea joints and I honestly thought the drinks would be better quality for a chain so large that I hear about.

My go-to is the protein smoothie with 24 grams of protein--it tastes great and keeps me full after the gym. Clean store, good atmosphere, and consistent quality every time. Highly recommend if you're looking for a healthy drink in Bellevue!

My friend and I walked over to Emerald City Smoothie in Downtown Bellevue after doing barre class…read morenearby. This was my first time at Emerald City Smoothie in ten years and my first time at the Downtown Bellevue location. The interior is fairly small with only a few tables to sit/stand at and so it's mostly a takeout place rather than a place to meet with friends. Emerald City Smoothie has a wide menu and categorize their menu into five categories based on health goals: "Boost My Immune System", "Help Me Lose Weight", "Go Green", "Bulk Me Up" and "Nourish My Body". They also have a menu just for "Boosters" which cost extra and include everything from antioxidants to bees pollen to creatine and fat burner. Lastly, they have a Secret Menu which includes Banana Creme Pie, Matcha Green Tea, Maui Paradise, Mountain Berry Blast, Orange Creamsicle, Piña Colada, and Peanut Butter Cup. I'm pretty sure their secret menu is just drinks that don't fit into the other categories (or ran out of room for), because they had these same drinks on their menu ten years ago. I ordered the MATCHA GREEN TEA (16-oz) off the secret menu. This smoothie has soy milk, matcha, non-fat milk, and whey. For $7.44 (including tax), this was pretty pricey for a "healthified" matcha Frappucinno. They obviously don't use high quality matcha as the matcha color was on the yellow side and the taste was quite diluted and bland. It mostly just tasted like sugary blended milk with little to no matcha flavor; I was honestly disappointed, but drank it anyway. My friend got her favorite NUTTY BANANA (sub vegan protein) which has banana, peanut butter, protein, and nonfat milk, which is probably what I should've gotten instead. She also ordered a PB&J and MANGO MANIA for her family members which are also supposed to be decent. Lesson learned, stick with the fruit smoothies. Service was good- the baristas are friendly and efficient and we got our drinks within 10 minutes after ordering. Overall: 2/5 for drinks, 4/5 for service, 3/5 for atmosphere

Bellden Cafe has it all, we've already gone several times I'm obsessed with the ube mochi waffle, it is soooo delicious (not too sweet, incredible texture and flavor). Their matcha is also lovely, I got matcha with rose syrup both times I went (so immaculate). I've turned into a bit of a matcha snob, so always looking for some good options and they hit the spot. The service is incredible, literally the people working there are the nicest people everrrr. Even on a super busy weekend morning, they were so accommodating, so friendly and even remembered us from just one visit! Really fantastic team, they really make the whole experience even MORE lovely. And the interior is jussssst so gorg!!! The decor is immaculate, there's lots of space (even when it was crowded), would be a perfect place to work from during the week, even their outdoor tables were very clean and cutie. Absolutely love, this has become a new staple of ours since moving to the east side! brunch girlies rise!!!

When we walked in, most of the indoor tables were taken, but we got lucky and snagged one right as a couple was leaving. They have a pretty extensive drink menu of coffees, teas and smoothies alongside a food selection of açaí and yogurt bowls, breakfast sandwiches, waffles, toasts and salads. Prices do seem rather steep for food (particularly for the waffles), however, this business has a great philanthropic mindset that helps explain the price points. Whenever someone orders a specialty drink, they donate some of the proceeds to a charity. + LATTE w/ MISO MAPLE syrup ($5 for 12 oz. + $1 for syrup): The coffee itself was so good - robust, with a perfect balance between the espresso and milk. I was so excited to try this unique syrup flavor, but sadly, I didn't taste it at all. No umami from the miso and not even a hint of maple. I'm not sure if this syrup is just extremely subtle, or if it was simply forgotten. I really hope it's not the latter, since I paid extra for it. + MATCHA CHIA PUDDING ($13): The bowl may look small, but it was deep and the portion turned out to be filling. A Greek yogurt base was beautifully layered with matcha chia pudding, a strawberry-rhubarb compote, granola and rose. I loved the compote which had the perfect sweetness of ripe strawberries and a little tang from the rhubarb. The matcha pudding was on the milder side, but smooth in consistency, contrasting nicely with the crunchy granola. My friend ordered the Açaí Bowl and really enjoyed it. The serving looked reasonable for the price as well. Overall, the two of us had a wonderful time here catching up over a healthy brunch! Tip: They have two small rooms available to reserve for parties of 4-6 if you're looking to secure seating for a group.
