More fad than a true eatery. Hard to find since it's inside a gym. Signs next to elevator mentions it but when you are on floor of the place there are no signs on that floor telling you it's thre. Clean place but not sure it fits beyond that. Food is bland

This cafe is the place to go to after or before you workout at lifetime athletic! They are selling great variety of pre-workout beverage and protein smoothie! Their salad and food selection selection is pretty good and I always get emerald green smoothie (it is not on menu anymore) with protein after my workout or when I wanna skip dinner for detox! This cafe is open for public and you can enter without membership from lifetime athletic!

FYI you don't need to be a member of the gym to eat here. It's located at the front entrance before the check-in desk. If you're coming from the purple elevators, it'll be to your right where the green succulent walls are. What I love about Life Cafe is that you know the food that it's convenient, tasty, and healthy: meaning real ingredients, non-processed, freshly made, just like a home-cooked meal. All nutritional info for all items, such as macros, can be found on the Life Time app. You can also use this app to order ahead and pick it up at a specified time - great for when you're on the run! They also sell pre-workout and BCAA packets (I especially like the clean energy or lifetime brand ones because the taste is light), so if you forget yours you can grab one real quick before your gym session. And if you're really on the go, they have to-go meals including breakfast hash, salmon, chicken, and Asian tuna salad. They are happy to microwave it for you if you want it warm. I like to come here to study sometimes before work. There are lots of places to sit and different types of table arrangements. My favorite thing to get right now is the egg white breakfast sandwich (only $5) and if you order breakfast, you can get a 16oz refillable drip coffee for $1. That is major deals! The egg white breakfast sandwich keeps me full until lunch, and if I add avocado I stay fuller longer. Mmm healthy fats! Currently the sauce for it is mustard which I can tolerate, but most of the time I switch out for Pesto. I also always add sriracha (they have a Tabasco brand one in the cafe that is sweeter than your typical Rooster sauce, but still has a lil kick to it). Some of my other favorite items to get here are the Turkey Burger (yummy sauce and moist patty), Chicken Gyro bowl with extra tzatziki sauce (tasty for being really healthy, and protein packed), Emerald Energy Shake with an extra scoop of vanilla collagen protein, almond butter shake, and to-go Asian salad.

If you're looking to eat something healthy, this is the place to go! Everything on the menu is clean and makes you feel good about what you're eating. Also the ambience is very nice and the staff is super friendly and professional. My friend and I had the gyro bowl and the power breakfast bowl. Both were really good. My recommendation is to add some hot sauce to the power breakfast bowl for extra flavor. The have hot sauce by the straw stand. They were also kind as to let us modify our smoothie and split into two cups because we wanted to share. Excellent place, I'll be back again for sure!

The cashier was super friendly, making this place 5 stars. After a workout nearby, we were looking for a healthy snack--preferably smoothie. However, we were told the acai bowl is very good and perfect for sharing. I really like how they tell you all the ingredients and calories upfront on the menu. It helped with the decisionmaking process! It came in a large bowl and was blended with protein powder. The acai color wasn't as vibrant as I am used to, and it had a somewhat of a soupy texture, but I thought it still tasted really good. Super light. As others mentioned, it's outside the entrance for the lifetime fitness gym, and I can see this as a perfect place to grab a snack on the go!

Power breakfast bowl + legacy shake! ABSOLUTE BEST COMBO! DELICIOUS!

This place is to damn good!!!! You walk out feeling great and they also have meal prep which is awesome for me since I'm always on the go!

Extremely disappointed. I posted the above earlier at 3-stars, but I was too hasty posting before getting our food, expecting that even though the menu changed, the quality wouldn't. Sadly the bagel sandwiches aren't nearly stuffed to what they used to be and even the orange juice had extra pulp. My biggest complaint is still that there were no indicators in the store until we were trying to order. It is so frustrating to try to pivot when we're standing in front of the cashier with drinks in hand just trying to be on our way.

The ingredients may seem simple, but the execution is top notch. The bun is the star. They bake it fresh. Soft and tasty. And the egg is fluffy and filling by itself. Nothing extravagant about them, especially the Vietnamese Iced Coffee. The Mint Mojito Iced Coffee was a tad bit better and you could taste the mint in it. If I were to return, I definitely would try other drinks or even their food items here. The customer service here was okay. Not very interactive. Bellden Cafe has it all, we've already gone several times I'm obsessed with the ube mochi waffle, it is soooo delicious (not too sweet, incredible texture and flavor). After being recommended Bellden Cafe by a foodie friend for a quick meal, we headed over to get some takeout to eat during the game. Mr. Brioche ($11) - This sandwich starts with a rich toasted brioche bun, which is then slathered with some creamy and fatty aioli. A soft and tender, spiced breakfast patty is placed on top, charred just a tad to give some browning and develop flavor. Some eggs, cooked on the flat top in a circular mold which makes it perfectly conform to the size of the bun, is carefully placed on top of the meat, and then finally some swiss cheese cements the sweet vegetal microgreens atop. The bun is voluminous, especially noteworthy in height. The interior ingredients only reaches perhaps 1/3 the height of the bun, making it appear that the sandwich will be dry. But that's an impression soon deemed to be false, as there's more than enough moisture from the aioli and melted cheese to smooth things over. (4/5) I don't normally associate cafes, particularly ones that seem to lean more towards the drink side of things, to also serve good food. But overall, I came out pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food I ate. Bathrooms - Single unisex room.
