Love you get a free small smoothie for your birthday! My favorite is greens and ginger - but I know it's not for everyone. The pineapple really brings it all together and I'm hooked. When I worked in Redmond, my coworker and I walked over here to have their juice. Back then, my coworker was pretty sick, so she got something vitamin C booster drink. I ended up having the same one without knowing what she ordered. It's Spinach base juice/smoothie. It was good without a whole lot of sugar. I actually don't have my juice/smoothie too sweet. I've been coming to this location for years. Each time I see new faces, so not sure about turnover....but enough about them...let's talk about me! If you are reading this trying to find out if you should try this location then stop, turn off your computer, and go get a Jamba. This place is awesome because it's Jamba Juice, however it is extremely awesome because it takes food allergies seriously. Two different times and two different staffers both alerted the Juice Makers to my wife's allergies. Each person paid attention [I watch closely because I use to be a health inspector and I don't trust high school kids as a rule] to the protocols and processes in order to avoid cross contamination. Spursh was incredibly attentive and extremely helpful with the menu selection. That guy can sell a smoothie, I wanted to take about 6 with me while enjoying the one I chose (PB and Banana Protein). All the folks who have given this Jamba Juice rave reviews must've walked here or taken a bus, 'cuz there's NO WAY on earth they drove here, in actual cars, because you TAKE YOUR LIFE INTO YOUR HANDS when you try to get into or out of this teensy-weensy parking lot. The entrance to the lot is at a sharp, wacky angle right off of 160th Ave. NE, immediately off of Redmond Way. There's no room in the lot to turn around, so if all 6 spots (or so) are taken, good luck in reversing out of the lot. You can always try to go straight through the adjacent gas station, but it's frowned upon by Chevron staff. It's a bloody nightmare. So totally not worth risking your life for a fruit drink. read more

I was a regular every morning for my drink until I hit issues where there were either not iron after advertised times or didn't have items in stock to where I went to Starbucks.. This is my favourite Jamba Juice, hands down. Friendly employees and I don't even have to ask them to double blend my drinks -- they never come out chunky. It helps that it's only a short bus ride from my apartment. The Citrus Squeeze, with no bananas sub peaches is an old standby for me, suggested by a server at this location. The Pomegranite Paradise, all-fruit smoothie, with no mangos sub bananas is another amazing drink I've been having entirely too much of lately. With the fiber and flax boost and a soy protein boost, an original is enough to keep me full for a good five hours if necessary, which is quite impressive considering I am a habitual snacker. read more

Numm, I love Jamba Juice, and this one is very nearby. I always get the same thing, which is a semi-complex order: Orange Appeal, minus bananas, sub raspberries. I would say only 1 out of 8 times do they mess it up at this Jamba Juice, which is kind of a miracle. And, the kid who was on Made who wanted to be a break dancer works at this one! I saw him! Bad Customer Service. Don't bother online ordering from here. You have to wait for 3 other drinks to be made before you get yours that has been ready 20 minutes ago. Staff should ask if your picking up an online order if they have an online order waiting to be picked up before saying"I will be with you in a moment" then make 3 drinks to only open the fridge and hand me a drink. That being said the drinks are good but the customer experience leaves you with a bad taste. read more

I just came in today on my lunch break to order 6 smoothies for my coworkers at work, and Eddie helped me. He wasn't very personable, didn't even ask how my day was or even acknowledge me until I asked him if he was ready to take my order. He wasn't very cheerful, and it didn't make me want to come back. I had a buy one get one free card (up to 6 punches) from a school fundraiser I was excited to use. I ordered all 6 smoothies, and then he informed me we could only do one at a time. Which makes sense, so I told him okay, let's split up the orders then. He sighed. You could tell he didn't want to be at work, or taking my order for that matter. Look, I don't have to come in and order 6 smoothies for my coworkers but I did. It's called customer service. Please learn it for the sake of other customers and potentially your job. After he started my smoothies, another lady came in (i'm assuming from her break), she was very nice and very personable asking me about my day, if I wanted a drink carrier etc;, it really made me feel like she wanted my business. Not just tossed aside like Eddie made me feel. I don't remember her name which is terrible because she was AWESOME. She earned the extra star to become 3 stars. Ordered a smoothie with a protein add on and the smoothie tasted like ice and protein...waste of $10!

Smoothies here are always good, but the staff isn't the best. I used to come by pretty often but due to the poor service, I've only been back a couple times in the past few months. This is mostly because of long wait times and rude cashiers. The most recent time, Meagan was the only girl on staff. I showed up pretty early in the morning and managed to avoid the crush of Microsoft commuters, so the store had no other customers when I came in. I could hear Meagan chatting on the work phone around the corner, and a couple of blenders going, but no amount of craning over the counter or trying to be heard over the blenders got her attention. When she finally came out to the front, she looked very unhappy to see a customer and told me I had to wait. Then she took her time finishing a call-ahead order so she could finish her phone conversation (not a work conversation from the length and sound of it). She paused her call just long enough to take my order and prepare it at light speed (a little too quickly since I found sizable chunks of ginger that hadn't been blended long enough). The second I was out the door, I looked back just in time to catch a huge eye roll as she picked up the work phone to resume her morning chat. 5 more seconds in the blender would have made it perfect, but I guess she couldn't wait that long. And I'm pretty sure her employer wouldn't be too happy about her chatting up minutes on her work phone... Probably going to make my own smoothies from here on out, or go to Emerald City if I'm feeling lazy. read more

Spotty service, a few times I have gone and gotten a quick smoothie but I find that to be rare at this location. Most of the time service is extremely sloooow. Last time I went there was literally one employee both making smoothies and taking orders. Another employee was outside eating and chatting with friends with a huge line and tons of people waiting. Yes the parking lot leaves a little to be desired but hey, what can you do? Anyhow, my review is more on their "secret menu" offerings. This location does not carry coconut which means I cannot get my beloved pina colada or strawberry pina colada smoothie (insert sad face here). I love freshly squeezed juice as much as anybody does but their customer service is extremely disappointing and a bit rude. I was the only customer in the store and the guy didn't even bother to ask me what I wanted. Had to wait five minutes before placing my order and when i came to pick it up 10 mins later, nobody even had the courtesy to ask me what I was waiting for. I was hoping someone would hand me my drink but it was just sitting on a counter top corner - completely melted and with a color change.
