The other thing is that they're really fast at making their smoothies and if you didn't know, they have a loyalty program with your phone number. Now, why did I give them four stars? Well, they can be a little bit inconsistent with their smoothies and smoothie bowls. one thing as of the last 12 months is that I've noticed all of it to be heavy on the ice. Which means it's a watered down flavor. I don't mind ice in my smoothies and I don't mind water over alternatives like milk or juice. I actually prefer it, however I don't want my smoothie or my smoothie bowl to taste plain.

I'm not the type of person to complain or write bad reviews because I like to extend grace even when the service is bad. But let me just say that the service I just experienced today was far from great. There was two people in front of me waiting for drinks when I ordered, but otherwise things were pretty dead. I waited for my ONE smoothie for 15 minutes before it was ready. In addition, there were four people on staff but no one in the kitchen making smoothies for about half that time. I have no idea what they were doing (if shifts were changing, smoke break, etc.) but I think it is so rude to keep customers waiting for 15 minutes just for ONE drink! In addition, once I got my drink there was a hair on it (luckily not in it). The girl who gave it to me got me a new cup, but then didn't put all of my smoothie in there so I left with less smoothie than I should have. Overall, I would never come back here. 15 minutes for one drink is beyond ridiculous, especially with four people on staff. I ended up being late for work and upset that I spent $6 on a mediocre smoothie. read more

When I said no and explained again that we had requested one, he finally gave us the water--but acted as if we were inconveniencing him. What makes it worse is that I had even left a $1 tip. The mistake wasn't ours, and there was no reason for the attitude over a simple cup of water. Experiences like this are exactly why I won't tip in places like this.

I was still waiting when one of the employees finally asked what I was waiting for. After checking, she found my cup with my name on it sitting there, while my drink had been left in the blender. Another employee looked at it and commented that it had become too watery. Instead of remaking the drink, they simply added more ice, blended it again, and handed it to me. Unfortunately, the drink contained large chunks of ice that wouldn't even fit through the straw. I ended up having to drink it directly from the cup, and even then I kept getting big pieces of ice. For a drink that cost nearly $9, I expected much better quality and customer service. I understand that mistakes happen, but I was disappointed that the drink wasn't remade after it had been sitting so long. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
