My experience at this store was always mostly just average... until my last few visits. I see they now have new management and quite a few new hires and it is already so much better! The newer young blonde Ms. in the photo department is always super nice and eager to help me, even when there is a line & its obvious she has multiple orders to fill she is never overwhelmed or rushes our interaction as I've experienced in the photo department before...she takes her time to help me with a smile on her face and a nice attitude. Im glad they have new management its obvious they're making some changes for the better. Now the pharmacy..... well that is another story. I stopped using them a long time ago because they were just so unreliable... but with all these new hires & other changes I've noticed I hope to see the management make the pharmacy better to and I will definitely consider using their pharmacy again!

To celebrate slurpee day on July 7th, we visited 7-Eleven for a free small slurpee. My colleagues and I visited this 7-Eleven, which is located in downtown Bellevue during the lunch hour. We expected a line, but fortunately, not many people were here for slurpee day, so we were able to get in and out. Located off of Bellevue Way, it's easy to spot with plenty of parking in the business strip it's located in. A few of the slurpees here are based off of soda, which I don't drink. But I did find lemonade slurpees, including a mango one, which I ended up getting for slurpee day. It was way too sugary to finish, but hey, it's free. The cashier was fine with us trying the different slurpees before committing to one. When he saw we all had our small slurpees, we were able to just walk out without a purchase. Easy peasy. All in all, it's a typical 7-Eleven with treats, snacks, some items you may need on the go and for convenience, with questionable hot food items. This isn't Japan, guys. You know how it is.

Customers Beware. Double check everything. Went in to buy a couple cans of butane for my torch…read moresince it was the only place locally that was open and carried butane. Cashier charged me 8 dollars a can, rang up as Grocery Tax F and not Butane, when the price tag showed 5 dollars a can. Didn't realize it till I was out in my car. Went back in and confronted him on it. The cashier claimed it was an old price and took the tag down. Then offered 4 dollars out of the register, instead of 6, and was adamant on not canceling it in the register and also tried to keep the receipt. He was also using a private number to ring items up and didn't want another memeber number being used. Caught a glimpse of the points on the number as being over 50,000. Customers should double check all the prices and their receipts and make sure their own personal member number is used. I allowed him to use the number he wanted, likely a personal number, so I could have a record of this for a report. All local prices for the same butane comes up as 4.99 a can so I don't know why they would be charging 7.99 a can and ringing it up as Groc Tax F instead of butane other than to steal from customers.
