I'm 32 weeks pregnant, a tube of croissants dropped out of my cart, it exploded, and no one helped me pick it up. I asked the bag lady if she could run and grab another for me and she looks at me and says "you can grab it yourself it's on aisle (whatever aisle is the biscuits and stuff I forget.) THEN I asked her not to bag the bags too heavy because obviously I'm VERY PREGNANT. And she's stuffing stuff into the bags at the end. I go to make sure they're not heavy before I leave and sure enough, some of them are too heavy for me to pick up. The only plus is the nice lady I asked for help. She helped me fix the bags and get them to my car. I'm angry, I'm sad, and I'm overwhelmed. I love Fred Meyer but now I don't want to go back.

Not only was the "hot food" breakfast sandwich a better deal than the cold one, but it also looked more appealing! It had an herb biscuit, bacon, egg, and cheese; perfect for the morning. Me and my family shop here faithfully and today Brian in the seafood department ruined that. As we…read morewere shopping today my wife pointed out the oyster case had some very large/jumbo oysters which is typically a rare occasion at this location and we always grab them when we see it. After we waited about 10 minutes in front of the oysters Brian yelled across the seafood area asking if we were ready and we said yes. He never walked over and waited to hear what we wanted all the way from the fish area which already made my wife uncomfortable and mentions to me "he seems like he's going to be rude" by just his demeanor. Once finally approached I pointed out there were 3 large bags in the oyster tank and the bag that was open was 1/2 way sticking out of the water and i specifically asked for a dozen from any of the other bags that were completely submurged to avoid any potential food poisoning. and his response was a rude as can be "Nope, I'm not opening any other bags if you want oysters you are picking them from that bag". I was mind blown and in shock as a long time customer being spoken to like this was insane. For years even before this was "Town & Country" we have been shopping here and have always had such a pleasant experience with every encounter except this guy. Brian you do not deserve to be in this industry or treat customers in this manner. Do better T&C, i doubt we will be back after this.

A big mistake I make frequently- the pharmacy is closed 1:30-2 every day. Somehow I forget this all the time. Make note! Their deli is amazing. Such fun dips, sandwiches, anything you could imagine. Always crowd pleasers at festivals, outdoor concerts, picnics, etc. The pharmacy and checkout staff are amazing. They are so warm and kind and always a pleasure to interact with. I love how many fun brands and local products they carry and always find something fun and new here!

Told him, he had given me someone else order and I told him this is not my order. He said, I have to pickup my son, he left telling me to keep the food. It's located in a fairly large complex, so there's plenty of space for everyone even when it's busy. I came here because I had a brow tint appointment next door at The Lash Lounge and had some extra time to kill before and after, so I figured I'd wander through and check it out. I really liked this QFC, it's noticeably bigger than a lot of the other locations I've been to, with wide aisles and a solid selection across the board. It never felt cramped or crowded even while browsing around, which made the whole experience pretty relaxed. Overall a really solid grocery store, and it's nice knowing there's one this spacious right next to other spots I already visit. I'd definitely come back, especially if I'm already in the area running errands.

I have been a customer of Town & Country for many years, and this was a deeply disappointing and…read morehumiliating experience. A security guard followed me inside the store and confronted me to ask whether my dog was a service dog, even though the dog was clearly wearing a vest that says "PTSD SERVICE DOG." He also told me that the dog was not allowed in that area, openly questioning my right to remain there in a public establishment. Additionally, he asked questions that went beyond what is legally permitted, including questioning my disability--something a security guard is not allowed to ask. What was most alarming is that, minutes later, another person entered with a dog without any identification, and no questions were asked at all. The difference in treatment was obvious. As a longtime customer, I felt singled out and treated differently--an experience that came across as discriminatory and racist. No one should have to go through something like this while simply shopping :-(
