I have to give a shout out to Walgreens during the tough COVID-19 times we are going through. This location is my go to for personal protective equipment, and I'm grateful to live close by. The selection is excellent, and I see staff constantly stocking and attending to the store displays. This large store location is perfectly situated on the corner with multiple access points and plenty of parking. I especially appreciate that no one can walk in without being warmly greeted by a cashier and they always pay attention to the lines in case a back up cashier is needed. The printing location is also exceptional as they do excellent work. Lastly, and most importantly they have a COVID-19 testing location on site! It's very organized with plenty of space for cars to queue up without issues. You couldn't ask for more. Thank you to everyone that works here as be safe! read more

I don't recommend getting your prescription filled here. The only thing they have going for them is convenience but Walgreens tend to mess up my prescription. Most recently, I submitted a prescription for an ointment for eczema and they changed to a gel formulation without telling me. The gel formula isn't effective and I've never used it before, always the ointment which is what my doctor prescribed. They apparently will fill whatever is available or convenient and not what your doctor actually prescribe or what is effective for you. I called to get it changed back to an ointment and they said they can't do anything and the doctor needs to send another prescription when they're the ones who originally CHANGED my prescription without telling me and now have to go through the hassle of getting my doctor to rewrite the prescription. If you need to fill any dermatological prescription I suggest going to Hope Pharmacy, easy to deal with, handles things correctly and ships your prescription for free and fast shipping too. read more

Some of the pharmacy staff are rude and unhelpful. One of my doctors had ordered two prescription for me and the pharmacy only gave me one of them. Then they hounded me via their automated system to come and pick up the other medication. Two trips instead of one. Why? Wouldn't you think they would call you only when BOTH were available--especially since they were for the same procedure (colonoscopy)? The pharmacist told me rather sternly that I needed to keep track of my meds. As for Covid-19 precautions: they make you touch the keypad on the payment terminal and do not disinfect it after each customer. I know because I asked. I should go somewhere else.... read more

This is a review of the pharmacy only. In 2013, I stopped going to the pharmacy after they attempted to charge me triple on a script. However, I shop at this Walgreens regularly and love the store. I thought I would try them out just one more time, it's been four years. I went in since I am a new customer to the pharmacy. The unfriendly girl shrugged and told me they were out of it. I stared blankly. Really? Not, here let me call another Walgreens for you? Rude and unprofessional. It's cool, I'll buy my soap here, maybe a magazine. But I'll continue to use Walmart for my pharmacy, they are cheaper but kinder and even they have customer service skills. read more

Choose another pharmacy for medication! I went there yesterday an hour after I went to the doctor and they said it wasn't ready and to come back at a later time. Ok, that I can understand but I was frustrated because I'm incredibly sick and driving was difficult enough for me. So I went back a few hours before they closed at 9pm and was told "the pharmacist is on a break and with this new medication they have to sign it off" so to come back yet again. It took all the energy I could to drive back and I was livid that I needed this medicine but they were "on a break". I went back home hoping to get it tomorrow then. Today (next day) my mother decided to help me out and was available so because I'm still sick in bed, she is at the pharmacy and guess what? "The pharmacist is on a break" AGAIN and now she's waiting for the medication for me. I have never experienced this and will never go back to this place. read more

I called in my prescription and they said that they had both in stock. When I went the next day to pick it up, they only had one part of the order because the other part they thought they had ended up being expired and they said they would have to order it and it would come in 4 days. I need to take this medication on time or I get REALLY bad withdrawals. We spent an hour calling other places to see if they had the other part in stock. After we finally found one, they had the nerve to tell me that I should order the syringes in bulk to stop this from happening again. Like, this wouldn't have been an issue if they had the medication like they said they had. I've never had issues with Walgreens before, but after this I've lost all trust in this location. Messing with people's prescriptions is a serious issue. If you need your prescription filled, don't go here! read more

This has been my local pharmacy for years. Loved it. Staff are usually helpful and the store is adequately stocked. I recently came in to pick up high blood pressure medication for my mother. The pharmacist, Kathleen, was extremely rude/unhelpful. I came simple to get my medication and acted as though I was bothering her. As long as Kathleen is hired here, I will not be returning to this Walgreens. read more

I don't normally write reviews about drug stores, but this place was a living hell. On a scale to 1-10, they were hyenas on crank. More paranoid than my pet rabbit. I walk in and immediately swarmed by an employee and the shift manager because they thought I was just there to steal. The employee asked If I was ok and no less than five minutes later said "Are you sure you're ok" and I gave her a really nasty look that said 'Give me some space'. She rounds the corner and calls me a creep to her manager, who proceeds to follow me everywhere I goddamn went. I didn't buy anything, I didn't steal anything, and the manager looked out the front window when I left, most likely an attempt to get the license plate. The CVS a few blocks east was a lot nicer. Nobody stalked me, I wasn't harassed. And I actually spent money there, imagine that. read more

Edith the assistant manager was very rude. I asked her when my pictures would be ready and she said they didn't tell you a time. 1st) You don't ask the customer rudely they didn't tell you the time. POOR customer service. Waited in line for 15 minutes to get a mosquito itch stick for my autistic grandson. When I asked the clerk she said she could not give me anything but a prescription, and I would need to come in or have it shipped to me. Im hi risk for Covid and had my grandson in the car. First time for everything I guess, this Walgreens is within walking distance of my house. I buy alcohol here on a regular basis, today for some reason a lady with giant nails and a supervisor believed my ID wasn't mine. Dumbfounded I didn't know what to say, so I show my other forms of identification including other bank card and insurance Id. We're in the middle of a pandemic I get they have to follow procedures but NONE of them were wearing gloves, handing my ID to each other. My ID was handed to 4 people handled by people who touch practically everything in that store ?! I don't like making scenes but honestly these people need better training and customer service. I realize these stores are staffed by low-wage workers and first time managers, but if they do not learn to leverage their in-person customer service potential, this chain will soon be another victim of Amazon. my wife and I use this location for our meds as well as a variety of other products. We find that they carry a good stock of common household and personal products. This Walgreens is similar to other Walgreens. Prices are average for the most part. Too bad they don't price match and each Walgreens can set its own prices too so it can be confusing. Its relatively clean inside and plenty of parking. Employee will help if you have questions too. I had questions about collectibles cards and they have it in back counter. I would only come for something quick needed or medication. Otherwise its product and prices are just overall average. read more

This review is both for the store curbside pickup & their COVID testing. I scheduled drive thru COVID testing at this location, but when I arrived at my designated time, I realized there were no signs, no tents, nothing in the parking lot to indicate where I needed to go for my test, and as the Omicron surge has passed, there were no lines of cars. I had to actually walk into the store which really defeats the purpose of the whole drive thru thing, and they told me to go to the pharmacy drive thru window. They were kind enough to take me even though I was late for my appointment by this time. The test process was unremarkable, but I was upset to learn my test results wouldn't be available for 3-5 days - WTF, seriously??? My test was done mid-day on Sat. 2/26 so I assumed they would send my test and it should arrive at the lab on Monday 2/28, however when I checked at 11pm on Monday, Aegis didn't show having received the test yet. I really should have gone with CVS instead of Walgreens, if my results come back positive it will be too late to take many of the medications that are helpful early in the course of the infection, and who knows if I go someplace else, if my insurance will cover another test so soon? I wouldn't recommend COVID testing with Walgreens & Aegis to anyone. I also had a curbside pickup planned after I was done with my test, and after waiting for over 10 minutes, I had to go back into the store, and waited some more to pick up my order. I hope I don't have COVID because everything at this store made it impossible to stay in my car, and I pray my mask was effective enough to protect anyone who might have been in the store. There didn't seem to be very many employees, which I would imagine is part of the problem. I'm not likely to frequent this Walgreens again. read more

Amazing shopping experience at Walgreens #01750 front store (non-pharmacy). Store clerk Itzel was so patient with me, teaching me how Walgreens points work. Above and beyond help I got from her. And on my way out Donna, so nice, offered me samples. One good staff after another. Although my purchase was almost free bec of points and Catalina rewards their attitude didn't change. Not much to say about this place except that it is a Walgreens. It is a bit larger than some of the original Walgreens that started off as shacks with drive-thrus. They have all your basic pharma needs although maybe not as deep a selection as a larger store such as CVS or Rite Aid. read more

This review is for Walgreens Photo Center. I've been using them exclusively for the last 6+ months since my daughter was born. Photo Center services are great and prices are very competitive too (especially with online discount codes). Most importantly, the employees here are very helpful and courteous. Specifically, Marquis went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the finished product. If there was an error he didn't hesitate to fix it until I was satisfied. read more

I went to Walgreens and after the cashier (young Caucasian female maybe in her 20s) told me my total ($4.46), I began to pull the money out of my purse to pay. As I pulled the fourth dollar out of my purse, she said "okay now all you need is 1 quarter, 1 dime, 2 nickles and 1 penny." I was in shock that she thought that I (a 35 year old black woman) couldn't count. She didn't do that to the two other non-black patrons that she helped before me. I am an HR Generalist and Payroll Specialist and have been for years. I can count. Do you hire staff that treat people differently based on their race? 0 stars if possible. in regards to the pharmacy- always unreliable, never in stock/ "can't order," and customer service? well let's just say the drive thru works better when it's closed. normally i go to cvs but today i gave them a second chance. we had the displeasure of being "serviced" by "DOCTOR" ellen (not actually a doctor) came in to get a medication refill request faxed. very simple stuff. they said they would work on it. ellen called me back and informed me they could not send the request in. she then went on to explain to me that the reason is that SHE believes that i should be on a different medical treatment plan! she told me that the plan my doctor has had me on for years now is not of standard practice and that she disapproves of this. after lecturing me and insinuating that my intent was malicious she told me to go to cvs instead. so now i am going to the cvs down the street where the pharmacy techs don't pretend to be doctors. read more

Ordered a set of party invitations and the result was absolutely terrible. First, they don't cut the invitations, which isn't indicated on the website, and I don't see why I would spend $30 on 20 invitations that I have to cut myself. The photo quality was complete garbage. The photo was blown out and blurry. They printed two invitations on one 81/2x11 sheet and one half had red color bleeding and blurring. There was no way to get a single perfectly printed invitation because no Mayer what, the backside would be discolored and blurred even the front was passable (and barely). Don't advertise and sell photo services if your printers aren't capable of the task. It is a complete waste of customers' time and now I have to go to another place and get these done with less time to spare. And it's completely awkward for the employees aren't responsible for the issue, and I'm sure deal with much meaner dissatisfied customers than myself. Don't bother with walgreen's photo services. Complete letdown with the most unprofessional results. read more

Had photos made on Canvas for Valentine's Day. Ordered them ahead of time went to pick them up and the manager informs me that their machine had scuffed the canvas. She then apologized and said she would personally have them the next day as she was going to bring new canvas from another store. Bothered but got over it considering I was two days before Valentine's. Gave them two days and show up the day of Valentine to pick them up (gave them a day in a half more than what she said she needed). Showed up walk to the counter asked for the canvas and the associate shows me the same canvas the manager had shown me previously that were scuffed. I asked for the manager, the same manager that had helped me previously came out and gave me a look. When I asked her for the canvas with the pictures that she personally said she would get she looked at me and said "oh I had it in my notes and forgot." She then informed me the only thing she could do was go get the canvas like she had said she would do two days ago and have them done later. I informed her later would be to late as I was driving far and was supposed to give these canvas when I got there. Thank you Walgreens for caring about your customer and now leaving two grandmas and a wife without pictures of their grandkids. read more

DON'T BUY A GIFT CARD from here. If the money is not on the card they will not help you. Especially if you have to deal with the manager. 'John' the manager. I was trying to figure out why he was annoyed and in a hurry to deal with me. He just pretty much told me that I had to register my gift card and then when I asked him if it was swiped he said, well yes, it is right here. He then said, we can't refund your money. I said, I did not want it refunded... I want it on the card. He said.. call the 800# on the back of the card and walked away from me to go outside. I then said I was going to put this on YELP. It didn't phase him. He just kept walking. When I went outside to get into my car I could see him talking to some girl in a car! Well they will not help you in the store.
