This CVS is actually a pretty decent one. I came here to pick pick up some Tylenol, Claritin, and Sudafed. Everything is locked up, but they do have buttons you can press to call a staff member. The store itself is well-organized, but they seem understaffed so the wait to check out can sometimes be long. Here and there you may see some interesting people go into the store, but even then the store itself and the workers themselves are pretty friendly. I believe this one is also 24 hours! I wanted to get my covid booster bad flu shot on the same trip. I registered and reserved an appointment. There is an option to get a flu vaccine simultaneously if available. However, something wonky was going on with my insurance and a nice lady called me to update me the covid booster was no problem but they would have to check the flu vaccine coverage when I went in. I got there 20mins early to take care of insurance things. Oliver the pharmacist informed me I had to go to my doctors or minute clinic to get my flu vaccine due to insurance coverage. There were a lot of people getting their flu and covid vaccines. Oliver always kept people informed and updated on their wait status (which I appreciated). Once it was my turn he did the usual education I the vaccine and potential side effects. He sanitized well and gave me painless injection. Completed my covid vaccine card and off I was to wait for 15 minutes lost injection for side effects. Once the clock hit 15mins, I checked in with the pharmacy and they released me with a $5 coupon. I've always had such major issues with other pharmacies, but this place definitely makes me feel assured in my choice to get my medications here. The older woman that works here is an absolute sweetheart as well as this younger woman with dark hair, I unfortunately didn't catch their names. They make me feel so secure and are very welcoming. I've only had an issue with one member of staff, she was just a little curt and seemed as though she did not want to be there. I try to avoid her, I believe her name was Candy. Other than that I highly recommend this pharmacy. They always have my medication in a timely manner and are overall very nice!! read more

Reveived OVERDOSE Covid-19 Vaccine. Do NOT go here!! Went in for Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine shot on Monday and later on, at 8:30 pm, got a call saying that we were given overdose. Next day, I revisited the pharmacy in hopes to get more info and guidance, but the pharmacist who made that mistake, refused to provide even basic info like how much fold overdose it was. Yet there was a line of people waiting to get vaccinated while that same pharmacist was still workingng. I was so worried, especially for younger kids who were there with their parents. The pharmacist kept lying to my face and did even know basic facts about Pfizer vaccine that all pharmacist should know, calling it FDA approved drug and changing the term overdose to "high dose" all of sudden. All Covid-19 vaccines in the US are currently used under Emergency Use Authorization, they are not approved by FDA yet. Anyhow, apparently the pharmacist made mistake while reconstituting (diluting) the vaccine and the patient was given more than twice the dose. Overdose. Vaccine was given at 4 pm and the pharmacist realized she made mistake around 5 pm, but did not call us until 8:30 because she was "too busy". OMG, where is consideration for safety of patient!!!!! Where is the Code of Ethics for Pharmacists!?! I was speechless. And I cannot believe that CVS will continue to let that particular pharmacist work there the very next day without performing investigation into this critical mistake that could have been detrimental, nor implementing any Corrective Action to prevent from happening again. I wanted to stand there and tell people waiting in line for vaccine, not to get vaccinated here, but i couldn't. So I'm writing this review. Please spread the news. I've only heard overdose incidents in the news and media and never thought that such thing can happen to us. As this vaccine is still new, thinking about what kind of long term effect the overdose could have, makes me sleepless at night. Pfizer, CDC, and personal physicians understandably could not provide further guidance other than just watch out for any side effects emerging. And CVS representatives are making us to wait. We are told to wait to hear from CVS' higher ups on this matter. So I want to warn everyone reading this review, do not go here. I would also personally NOT recommend CVS pharmacy for vaccination as I question their training, expertise, ethics, and follow-ups if something happens, based on what we had to go through due to this overdose incidet. VERY VERY RUDE PHARMACY. This place does not care about my health or well being like a place of this business should. I have a medication that I cannot miss doses of and the people here don't care despite the fact that the medication is at another store that they decided to close. Not my fault. If there is a Will there is a way. It's. It hard to press a few buttons and transfer a prescription to help a patient. It's easy to use laws as an excuse but would you rather have patients unnecessary going to the ER?? read more
