After a few visits they learned my name and family members, and have reminded me on occasion to refill my daughter's prescription when I forgot. I'm glad to support a local business like this, where I can get good service and good prices, without the hassles and long lines of a big chain store.

Customer service is at the level of a third world country! They talked to me like I came to their home, woke them up and annoying them! This store is close to the popular tourist attraction and the one would think they would want to put decent employees there to support the brand"s reputation. I listened to her and she quickly showed me the box and asked for money for $160 = 20 x $8 and told me I cannot return it. I paid and walked away, and by the time I got home to finally really read into the box, I realized it's only for sanding and grinding purposes. Not the medical grade. I trusted them since they're a pharmacy with "pharmacists" and didn't think they would be this shady and sell N95 for sanding purpose instead of medical protection. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM please!!!!
