The staff, especially those I mentioned, are so friendly and professional and always deliver as promised! They return calls quickly and also deliver your medication to your home. I've been going to CVS and or Walgreens down the street from me for years and NEVER received the " hands on" service I get from Fullerton Express! What a treat!! Even though Fullerton Express is further away, the delivery of medicine helps, and the great service I always receive is well worth it!! We walked in the store, it was busy, people browsing in the aisles and waiting to get their medications. I wasn't intending on getting a vaccine but my co-parent was there to get hers. While processing the first shot, the pharmacist asked if I wanted to join in the fun, haha. I said might as well if I was considering that it'll probably be done. This shot did pinch when it was injected and I knew it was going to give me a sore arm. Confirmed, my arm/shoulder was sore at the injection site later in the evening and also the following morning.

The pharmacist does not listen and always tries to fill prescriptions I do not ask to be filled or out of order. She also calls for unknown reasons without leaving a message, and then acts dumb when I call her back when she didn't leave a message with any context to begin with. Additionally, there have been times where I had to wait for her for more than an hour (outside of their lunch window) because she took an extended break/lunch before I could even pick up my medication. The pharmacy techs (other than the Asian guy, he is really nice and knowledgeable) are rude AF. It's like they have hearing problems (both at the drive through and inside window) and are always telling me to speak up to the point where I'm shouting my personal information for other people to hear. I pick up at a different Walgreens on the other side of Fullerton now (it's worth it, the pharmacist there is so kind and caring and actually listens) as well as CVS down the street where normal human interactions are far superior.

Accurate rating description for two starts is "could've been better." This place only has PA/NP…read moreand no MD on site. They have the capability to draw blood and send to lab for stat orders. Unfortunately, what they lack ends up a longer list. The first MA was unable to get a vial of blood and said someone else would try on my other arm with a straight needed (vs butterfly). She left me without even putting a bandaid on the arm she poked and I had to struggle to put the bandaid on one handed while still maintaining pressure on it. Next MA comes and draws blood and when she's done she yelps I don't have a cotton ball (to put on the vein she just drew out of) and my blood is just pooling while she puts a bandaid on. Luckily I'm well versed enough to know I needed to put pressure on my bandaid. The NP who saw me was new to (per the MA) she really didn't put my mind at ease. Her expertise and knowledge seemed lacking based on the answers to my questions. First thing she asked me was, why are you here and not the ER? I told her my PCP sent me here because she didn't feel it necessitated a ER visit. She wanted me to be evaluated by YOU to assess and in your medical opinion, do I need to be seen further or what course of action next? She swabbed me for flu and covid and I verbally questioned her because I had isolated severe GI symptoms. She said sometimes those present wither GI only. Does it? I don't know, I'm not an MD but I'm also someone who works in healthcare and it didn't feel like the proper procedure. When I asked if she would be ordering any stool samples, I heard through my closed door "do we do that?". Ok, she's new, I'll give her that...but she comes back in and says "if you'd like to have the order for stool testing I'm happy to give that to you." Am I the md or am I the patient? I came here for your professional medical opinion! Do I?! So after I kindly communicated that I am looking to her for her opinion as the expert whether or not my symptoms necessitate an order, she still doesn't quite give me a direct answer! I haven't been to that many urgent cares, but I've come to see a trend that many of the urgent cares that are owned by a company with multiple locations don't have MD's on staff physically there. That said, I've also noticed the trend that many provide sub-par care.

I went to Be Well Pharmacy because they are Chamber member and what a great experience that was.I asked the pharmacist what services you provide. I was very concern that I might have a some thyroid problem so I asked what was best I was told that they provided a service to set me up to get labs without having to go to the Dr. first to get a order.This service was amazing I went got labs the results came to my email within 24 hours and i went back to the pharmacist and he was able to help me understand my labs this was great I am always on the run so this service fit perfect in my life .I then bought what I needed as for supplements to help with minor level changes in my blood and the stress of thinking I had thyroid issues was gone what peace of mind. I also talk to him before I consult any doctors and he gives me the list of meds for that condition that would not interact negatively with what I'm already taking.
