Our family has been coming to this CVS for nearly 10 years for prescriptions, and the staff has always been professional, friendly, and helpful. They have the absolute best pharmacists here. Today reminded me I had never written a review. We came in for flu shots and other vaccines, and the pharmacist Nick was already prepared. He had checked our insurance coverage before we even arrived. Wow, he is sooo skillful! (I am in the medical profession myself, so I know.) His professionalism, cheerful attitude even after working the overnight shift, and the fact that he was so quick and precise--I barely felt a thing--were simply top notch. 4:45 pm, Saturday, August 23, 2025, Parking: there are an ample amount of spaces but it was busy, lots of cars in the parking lot. We walked in the store, it was busy, people browsing in the aisles and waiting to get their medications. I wasn't intending on getting a vaccine but my co-parent was there to get hers. While processing the first shot, the pharmacist asked if I wanted to join in the fun, haha. I said might as well if I was considering that it'll probably be done. This shot did pinch when it was injected and I knew it was going to give me a sore arm. Confirmed, my arm/shoulder was sore at the injection site later in the evening and also the following morning. read more

I definitely visit this pharmacy after going to Urgent Care across the street. My prescriptions are usually ready for pick-up in about 20 to 30 minutes. Even if they're ready it doesn't matter because there's usually a line of people in drive-thru and that's where the wait begins. Line moves, just depends on what the person in front of you ordered. Overall good experience, but expect to wait. read more

At checkout I prefer to be rang up by a person rather than doing it myself. Danielle was who helped me, she had a great attitude and was very pleasant. CVS you need more employees like her! I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this CVS. When I asked an employee if I could use the bathroom, she first told me with a smirk on her face "that's would be impossible " I asked why and she said they lock the bathroom at 9 PM. I asked if she has the key and she said no. Keep in mind I arrived at 10:15pm. I have kidney disease and need to relief myself instantly, I didn't tell her that because there is no need for her to know my health history. But anyways after I asked her and I even offered to buy something if that would help. She still refused. Then I asked her where does she go to the bathroom, if the they are "close" instead, she vaguely said " I go across the street" but couldn't tell me where. I asked if she meant the gas station, and she just said, "I don't know if they let you." That kind of response is not only unhelpful but also inconsiderate, especially for someone with a medical condition. At that point I felt like she was making stuff up because how does an employee go across the street to go to the bathroom especially if you are the only one working there. It's unacceptable for a store like CVS to treat customers this way. If the bathrooms must be locked, employees should at least show compassion and provide clear, safe alternatives. Does CVS take a call to ask questions call they call me stupid on the phone. I will not say the name of the person, but the manager was Mr. F. And instead of calling me to tell me that they can't feel the medication they sent it to their specialty department without telling you so you'll take forever to get your medication. No phone call. No nothing watch it people they always think they're stupid so they hang up the phone they call you stupid because I got the phone before they hung up. They called me stupid same way as Zachariah dumb no Customer service the worst service I ever had. They deserve to be one star because their workers think you're stupid for asking questions. This review is for the pharmacy not the rest of the store. CVS is the worst pharmacy chain ever. Unfortunately Rite Aid closed they transferred all our prescriptions to CVS. Most of the staff seems unhappy all the time and make customers feel like they are bothering them. Don't bother calling as CVS corporate installed a voicemail auto-attendant that makes it impossible to get a real person. Most of the time you have to leave a voicemail and hope to get a callback. They have messed up 2 of my 5 prescriptions and then make you wait 20-30 minutes while they try to fix it. Competition is a good thing, too bad CVS is causing other pharmacies to go out of business. We will transfer our entire family's prescriptions elsewhere even if we have to drive farther. read more

Used CVS in an emergency with a sick kid at home for the 24 hrs feature. Pediatrician called in a cream and an antibiotic. They give my husband 1 out of the 2 prescriptions. So now I can make an extra trip back, super service. When I call to clarify they received both prescriptions, I can spend 15 minutes with an automated service and never even an opportunity to speak to a live person . Ridiculous and unsafe. If you try calling in to the pharmacy, good luck... My phone was ringing for more than 10 minutes and no one ever answered. It was faster for me to drive there from the hospital, park, and get in line to transfer a prescription than to wait on the phone. The prescription was filled quickly, within the 10-15 minutes that they promised. I get it, they are extremely busy. As compared to the CVS near me, they seem to have enough staff to pick up the phones within reasonable times but this location must not - especially being open 24/7 and located directly across from an Urgent Care, a Hospital, and numerous doctor offices. Not only are the pharmacists filling prescriptions, but they are also providing a variety of vaccinations to those who have both appointments and do not. The parking lot is pretty tight, meaning space-wise so good luck finding parking at the front of the store on a busy day. read more

Best place to inquire prescription medication at this 24 hour operating pharmacy location. I spent 15 minutes 20 minutes talking to the pharmacist over the phone vs I can get my prescription refilled under two minutes by phone from CVS. It is extremely convenient to refill my medication's and to receive updates on my prescription refills. I don't have to worry about pharmacy closing hours because this location is open 24 hours. Many of the prescription medication is not available at other pharmacy locations. However, this location is always updated with their medications. Medication pick up process is saving much of my time. I am in and out in minutes to pick up my meds. read more

I was understanding and they were apologetic and the woman with short blonde hair told me it would be free of charge. Great, i left. I enlisted my bf to pick up the photos for me since I was at work. When he got them to me, there were 2 packages. He told me they charged him $14. I was like what??? She said it would be free of charge for the inconvenience. CVS in this location is both good and bad. They are prompt. An old asian staff is very kind and helpful. But there is an indian lady who is very rude and make you feel upset. I wish I can give negative stars!!!!!! You people are sooooooo disorganized! It was unfortunate for my CVS store closing down recently so I have to go here now. It's a big place and open 24 hrs. What is the point? I don't know why there are more than 5 employees in the pharmacy department and still with a line of customers waiting for their prescription: drop-off, pick-up, or flu shots, etc. One person at the pharmacy department was doing everything. I was told to pick up my medication this week when I came here last week. They weren't ready for pick-up!!!! I was in line for pick-up and got moved to drop-off. But the person at the drop-off went off to lunch with no notice so the person who sent me there had to help me out eventually. I was told to wait a bit for the meds because they weren't ready: only 1 of them was ready. Why did I have to tell you which meds to give me when it should be showing up on your screen? Are your employees not trained with whatever system you guys have? This is the same issue at the front counter of CVS. There are good number of employees, and only 1 of them is at the counter while others are walking around and chatting. Either cut the employees in half because most aren't working OR redistribute their work!!!!! How are some employees working non-stop with no backup and others are just chilling?!!!! Never liked this CVS to begin with because it's annoying to get into the parking area. Now I have this issue to deal with at this location. Thanks for nothing! *****and another complaint. I have to pay cash for certain meds I take. I used this pharmacy a couple of times, the last time the meds went from just over 200 dollars to over 400 dollars. This month I went to a small mom and pop pharmacy and the same meds were just over 200 dollars. I would hate to think a large chain like CVS would artificially raise price on meds to cash customers but it's hard to believe a small private pharmacy gets better pricing on meds I'm sure CVS buys in larger bulk then a small pharmacy. EXTREMELY RECKLESS AND DANGEROUS. Good service as far as going the extra mile to get my prescription pre-authorized and filled. But when I get home I notice that the dosage on both of these emergency seizure med syringes were supposed to be set and locked by the pharmacist and were not. Both were unlocked and left at 20mg dose. Twice the dose my son is supposed to get. There are no clear instructions on how to dial in the dosage yourself as the pharmacist is supposed to do it for you. Double and triple check your children's meds before leaving. As WE EASILY COULD HAVE OVERDOSED OUR SON IF WE JUST DOSED HIM DURING A SEIZURE WITH THE MEDS AS THE PHARMACIST LEFT THEM. both tabs that say "stop pharmacist needs to set" and "if this tab is showing go back pharmacy" are still intact. Came to fill my toddlers meds for vomiting right after 4 hour Er visit at 3am but apparently their system reboots and they cannot do anything about it. Why call this a 24 hr pharmacy when you cannot get the meds you need at any given time of day?! Really sucks when you have a sick child and you are trying to make them feel better.
