CVS has been my pharmacy for at least 20 years now. It was always seamless when I had my same PPO for all of those years and I had to transfer three times to different CVS's because of closures or parking or just figuring out which was the best fit. I finally found my fit with this one. Even with my new insurance they have been able to guide me. Tran is the absolute sweetest, kindest and personable pharmacist I've ever met. Even when I'm ready for meltdown because my prescriptions are lagging to be filled she makes it work. At times anything to do with your medication's being late or not approved can get frustrating but they have handled my meltdowns quite well lol this day was the first day I tried the drive-through. It was a great experience. No one was in line before me so that helped and I think I will do that more often when there's nothing I absolutely have to go inside for. read more

Used to be a five minute chore to pick up prescriptions from them. They have "digitized" the pickup and today took 20 minutes, 2 I.D.'s, a cell phone (they needed my wife's, not mine, glad she was with me) to pick up her meds - no opioids- nothing addictive- a change for the worse. absolute nightmare pharmacy- got released from hospital to go pickup antibiotics and pain medication next door, was told they were out of stock, and its been 3 days, im taking tylenol otc, but its not working, debilating pain and no one calls back, no one can tell me where my prescription is, meanwhile im headed back to the er - as i cant walk due to dibilating pain and no antiboitics for 3 days since release, unbelievebale this is what i pay an arm and leg for for my crap insurance!! pissed off and no wonder people kill themselves when no one wants to help whe you have it too.... read more

Staci from the pharmacy department has absolutely zero professionalism. I had mentioned my concerns with this location about how they kept claiming that I am not covered for my RX and Staci had told me to call my insurance carrier to confirm this. Once I confirmed it with my carrier that I am covered, she aggressively suggested me to tell my carrier to call them to confirm this information. My insurance carrier had already mentioned that I am covered right before my call with this pharmacy so why wouldn't this CVS location confirm on their end that I am covered? I've already paid 3 times out of pocket because I needed my prescription due to emergency services. Even in the midst of covid-19, I can't believe there's pharmacy departments like this that wouldn't even assist their patient's inquiry with more care. I was even advised to "come physically" to the pharmacy (during covid-19 when the safe at home policy is currently active) to get this fixed. I was just there literally an hour ago to get my prescription. After I got off the phone with Staci, she really just hung up and say 'okay, bye.' I'm sorry, I am having a hard time to understand what the issue is when I've already confirmed with my carrier that I am covered. I specialize in employee benefits so telling me (your customer) the only option is to call back and forth to my insurance carrier about my own fully covered insurance just to get my prescription doesn't make sense to me. This is the worst CVS Store I have ever been in. I went last week and a group of homeless people were standing in the handicap parking spots right outside the doors of the store discussing beer types. Then you go into the store and THERE ARE NO CARTS OR BASKETS to go through the store and shop. When I asked for a cart I was told they were all stolen. Drive thru pharmacy is apparently covid only. No signs stating such. Waited 25 minutes. Said they couldn't find me in the system twice, had to get my doctor involved. Called to verify script was in, was left on hold for 20 minutes and counting. Just want my script. Apparently that's a lot to ask for from a pharmacy. Go to Costco. Had to get tested for work. Made an appointment for 3pm arrived at 2:45 there were 4 cars ahead of me. Around 3:10 a car got out of line because we had not moved at all. At about 3:20 the car that had been at the window finally left. I finally left at 3:37 because I had to pick up my son at 3:45. I have gotten tested at a different CVS before and it took no more than 7 minutes. Now I have to find somewhere else to get tested today. In 50 minutes only 2 cars were seen. I don't suggest you come here unless you have a full tank of gas, an empty bladder, a fully charged phone and all day to spare. read more

The UPS access point here is a joke. The cashier can choose not to accept your package if they feel too lazy to deal with a slightly larger box. I brought a box that was about 2-3 cubic feet and the cashier says we can't take it because it's too big. I asked them what's the limit? He says he doesn't know but it's too big and points to a package he accepted which was around 1.5 cubic feet in size. YMMV read more

What can improve is this B*tch minding her own business. She's lucky I didn't get her name. But the female with her ugly face makeup and weird hair had the audacity to break her neck over trying to see what I'm doing after I'm legit going out of my way to place everything I have in my arms down at the cash register to run to the front of the store because they put the result refrigerator right beside the door to enter the store, mind you I have nothing else on me and I told her hold on I'm going to grab something really quick. Tell me why she goes out of her way to come out front from the register to see exactly what it is I'm doing when I had put everything down. So I tell her if she thinks I'm stealing something for her her to do all that. She plays stupid and says no I'm just working over there in that aisle. Why would you go back to that aisle over there when I just put stuff down and told you I'd be right back. So I pulled out the biggest bill in my wallet and she is taking so long to check it. I know they're supposed to do that but the way she was doing and going about it made me laugh. I told her that I just made that in my back yard and tell me if it's good. And by that point I'm sure I got my point across. Because she had nothing else to say once she gave me my change. This is a good location. We came in here a lot for energy drinks and snacks. It's always clean and the staff is always very friendly. They always have everything you need. We always came in for energy drinks, but whenever we needed other things like a birthday card or shampoo, they had exactly what we were looking for. read more

Like many stores I go to CVS for a few purposes. One is I need to pick up something that I must have forgotten from home, I feel the urge of getting some bottled water or get some nail polish. The parking is plentiful and the location of this is in Fullerton. Pretty close to the university. I haven't really came here when a lot of people were trying to check out but I could see it being a problem since most of the time that I have been here only one person is at the register. I do like how the CVS stores all have this little card which gives you "extra bucks" I'm not sure if that is what it is called but it's semi like a voucher and you can use it on your next purchase for deductions. I semi also don't really like the inside flooring I think it is just semi outdated, just a little bit. read more

Lol who goes to the store to use the bathroom?!!! What's wrong with people? Take a dump at home. I come here from time to time to buy energy drinks, medicine, beer, etc, and I always have a good experience. The reason I'm leaving a review today is because of the great customer service I witnessed today given to a much much older lady. It really brought a big smile to my face and restored a little bit more of my faith in humanity. There was an older Asian lady that didn't speak English very well asking the cashier a question about a bottle of Advil. The lady was very hard to understand, from what I gathered she was asking if they had a smaller bottle because she wasn't sure if she had enough money for the one she had. Instead of just telling the old lady "yeah that's the smallest bottle we have", the cashier asked her how much did the lady have on her? The old lady pulled out a 5 dollar bill, the cashier scanned the item and I believe it was a little more than 7 bucks. The cashier explained to the lady that she would pay for the difference, the amount that the lady was short. It took a while for the old lady to understand but she seemed really delighted once she finally understood. The lady left super happy thanking the cashier all the way to the exit. I thought that was such a kind thing to do for a total stranger! It actually brightened up my kinda crappy day! Thank you thank you thank you Sandra A!!! That is the name of the cashier. Every time I go in the evening I see her there and she's always smiling and pleasant. I'm really big on customer service and she always been great but tonight she went waaay above and beyond! God awful customer service. ***PALOMA*** gave me the worst experience I have ever encountered at a store. I came here to print a photo, which is what I usually use the store for. I walk over to the restroom and there's a lock on the door. I ask Paloma nicely for the code and she SPITS back "out of order," making me feel like an imbecile for even asking, even though there wasn't a sign. I figure she had a rough day and let it go. I then go over to print. I ordered an 8x10 photo to print in seconds. When I walk up to the register, I ask where I can get it and she says, "well you're gonna pay for it first, right?!" I then tell her which photo I got and ask if she can get it for me because I know it prints behind the counter. She refuses, saying it's next to the machine where I ordered it. After charging me for an hourly photo (which was actually cheaper than what I ordered, making the company lose money) and slowly reading me each prompt on the screen as if I'm illiterate, I walk behind the counter where it was printed since she refused to get it for me. Then she screams at me and says, " YOU CAN'T GO BACK THERE!!!! THAT'S WHERE HOURLY PRINTS ARE." I grab my photo and leave. Just because she is bilingual, that's no excuse to hire a rude person. I work in retail and realize it is difficult to deal with customers, but that is no excuse to treat them like scum. I come in here all the time , usually I don't have a problem but today I walked in because I needed to pull out money and they were right next store to where I needed to go, so I walk inside get my cash , while retrieving my cash I remembered I needed oil for my car so I went to get it , as I went I look I seen they didn't have what I needed and I proceeded to walk out I got questioned by the clerk so rudely if I found what I was looking for , he sent me to the wrong isle in the first place just so he can have enough time to call the ignorant manager who followed me to the front door and asked to look inside my purse!! In January of this year I went to the CVS in north Orange County with my daughter to fill a prescription. I used the drive-through so that I wouldn't have to take my infant out of her seat while she slept. The woman, who I assumed was a pharmacist, filled my prescription and gave me what is called an "Easy Pack": a pre-measured tool to go along with the medication. I suppose they started doing this so that parents wouldn't need to measure the medicine themselves and risk them giving too much. In light of recent controversies regarding OTC infant decongestants, this makes sense. Unfortunately, the "pharmacist" who it turned out what a cashier who had no business filling prescriptions, gave us the right medication with the wrong sized dosage instrument. The bottle only said, "Give one dropper" so and so times a day (no MLs or standardized measurements) and I followed the instructions. My mother who is a dentist happened to be at the house and didn't notice anything fishy with the dropper size (about a teaspoon) but did notice that my infant was acting strangely. After she started vomiting and convulsing, I called CVS and after talking to several people, they realized that they'd given us the wrong sized dropper. My daughter was getting five times the amount of medicine she was supposed to. We spent hours in the emergency room holding her as she writhed in pain. The CVS manager left me a voicemail explaining that the store was having "problems" which had led up to the mistake. My 7-month old experienced pain that I can't begin to imagine. Her body was flooded with drugs. Everytime I thought she was getting better, her conditioned worsened until I almost called an ambulance. The nurse told me I had a better chance of getting to the hospital faster if I drove myself (she was right). 10 months later I am waiting for CVS to act like they care. I never go ti CVS anymore. I go to family run pharmacies like Ben's Pharmacy in Fullerton on Valencia. CVS will probably put them out of business as they are building a huge pharmacy across the street. Be careful. After days of vomiting and being sick in every way imaginable, the pharmacy owned up to the error citing problems with the store as the cause of the grave mistake. In light of recent revelations concerning over the counter cold medicine, I'm still shocked as I write this 10 months later at how flippant businesses that hold our children's health in their hands are. Does it all just come down to dollars and cents? I'm enraged because to this day I do not feel that CVS has owned up to what they did to my child. My infant lost over a pound, was convulsing, and I spent hours in the emergency room trying to sort through the mess. All I got was a voicemail from the store manager mumbling about how there was some sort of mix up. My pediatrician who was contacted early on when my baby became sick even told me that he never recommends that patients use CVS. He referred me to a smaller pharmacy which I use to this day. CVS is expanding at an alarming rate. They are popping up all over southern California and every time I see one my mom radar goes off and I start fuming. When businesses expand faster than they can ensure quality control, especially in the medicinal industry, sad things like babies getting sick are bound to happen. Well I'm boycotting CVS Pharmacy until they apologize and convince me that they give a damn about kids. Liability or not, when a mistake like this is made, this crazy mother is NOT going to forget about it anytime soon. Every time I look at my daughter I wonder what long term effects the medicine will had on her developing body. It's impossible to know. So I wait. read more

This CVS is so convenient to my apt, so I frequent this location often. That doesn't mean I love coming in here. I dread waiting in the loooong lines every time I come. I don't know why they don't hire more people! And on another note.. they don't open until after 8am.. which is pretty inconvenient and they'd probably get a lot more business since they're one of the only pharmacies in close vicinity to the college and classes start EARLY. read more

This CVS is the closest to me, though it's not the one I frequent the most often. Why? They close way too flippin' early, and open way too darned late in the morning. That said, they are just a 5 minute walk from home, and I get there to buy something I need without having to jump in the car and travel through the super busy State college/Chaman intersection. I remember coming home from the hospital after being sick, and taking my prescriptions to this pharmacy only to discover that they had less that 25% of the medicines I needed that very day. I was forced to fill my meds at the Anaheim location which IS 24 hours and had everything I needed, Stiil, everyone at this location is pretty nice, and the line usually moves pretty quickly, at least when I'm there anyway. If you keep regular hours and don't mind the traffic or need exotic meds, this is a pretty nice location. Oh, quick tip: watch out for golden oldies picking up their meds through the drive thru pharmacy; they'll mow a girl down, given half a chance! read more

Contradicting information & terrible service. I spoke with someone on the phone about my prescription, and he told me that I could go in and order it. I drove to the place and asked to order my medication, but the lady helping me told me I might not receive my medication on time. I left the store, but ended up going back after changing my mind. A different person helped me, and put the order in. He told me that the medicine would arrive on time for my surgery. The next day my mom called. They told her the order was never made, and hung up on her. I called, and they told me the order was never made. The guy forgot to tell the pharmacist, and never filled out an order form. Basically, I have surgery soon and I have no pain medication for it. read more

The people at the pharmacy here are absolutely wonderful, and most of the staff is very helpful and understanding, however a member of their managing staff, an older man named David, is simply unfit for his position. I, a younger adult female, am a consistent customer and recieve all of my perscriptions through this CVS pharmacy, as well as consistently buy products from their store. Yesterday, not 5 minutes after entering the store in search of wrapping paper and various Christmas gift ideas with a young, female friend of mine, we were approached by this manager and told "If you are not looking for anything in particular, you need to leave." We were not dressed in any sloppy or suspicious manner, nor did we loiter for long enough (less than 5 minutes) for that to be warrented. He told us that they have a large sum of "kids" that come in at that time and if they were not buying anything, they would be kicked out the very same. Mind you, the store was nearly empty, and I, an adult, was in search of things to buy at that very establishment. After leaving with tears in my eyes, feeling very targeted, we could hear him approaching another young girl in the isle by the door, telling her the very same thing. Customer service over the phone was also extremely nice, however I simply no longer feel comfortable going into their location, and will be moving my perscriptions, as well as my business, elsewhere. read more

I pretty much only go here for the Pharmacy. I like that they have a drive-thru for prescriptions and only one time have I had a hard time getting a Prescription which actually turned-out to be a problem with a Dr. who forgot to send it over, although if something like that happens just know that the Pharmacy won't feel the need to help you straighten it out (or even notify you) they'll leave that for you to do. However if the Dr. sends-over the Prescription quickly, this Pharmacy will generally have it ready for pick-up quickly so that's a bonus. Store appears to get a lot of traffic but always seems to be well-stocked. I'm not a fan of store ad's being played over the in-store stereo system in Spanish but I guess they think that helps business. read more

What an absolutely terrible experience. I simply went in for a vitamin supplement. I asked the "pharmacists" where this OVER THE COUNTER item might be and was laughed at... By ALL of them! They just kept laughing when I asked again and told me, "Yeah. Whatever.".. Really!? You know what? You work in a pharmacy that offers all kinds of supplements, vitamins, etc.. The fact that you all laugh about one is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. I will never return to this hole and because I live in the area, will make sure no one else I know does either. *PHARMACY ONLY* I've never had an issues here! Fyi the pharmacy closes at 9pm everyday except for Sunday where they close at 6pm! I've always had an easy time getting whatever I'm getting. Sometimes the women though are not exactly friendly. They're not awful, just kind of 'blah.' There's a guy who usually helps me, his name is Albert, and he's way nice!
