There is rarely more than a car or two in line, if any. The pharmacy staff has always been friendly and efficient both at the drive-through window and inside. On a few occasions when I needed a prescription urgently, they were always happy to expedite it and have it ready within an hour or two. A few times when my doctor's office was slow to send more refills, they gave me a five day emergency supply so I wouldn't be without a medication. I switched health insurance plans this year and Walgreens is no longer in-network, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future.

I finally found my fit with this one. Even with my new insurance they have been able to guide me. Tran is the absolute sweetest, kindest and personable pharmacist I've ever met. Even when I'm ready for meltdown because my prescriptions are lagging to be filled she makes it work. At times anything to do with your medication's being late or not approved can get frustrating but they have handled my meltdowns quite well lol this day was the first day I tried the drive-through. It was a great experience. No one was in line before me so that helped and I think I will do that more often when there's nothing I absolutely have to go inside for.

He tried every lie. They are not eligible for a refill until June. I don't see them in the system. Okay, I can get them in 2 hours. Oh, how about 20 minutes. Then, when I said to transfer them to a CVS that is less of a hell hole than the Brea one, he didn't verify the location by address so he was going to send it to the wrong location. Finally, after 20 minutes in the drive thru window, "If they are ready in 5 minutes will you keep the prescriptions here?" Hell no. It was like some psycho nightmare. We walked in the store, it was busy, people browsing in the aisles and waiting to get their medications. I wasn't intending on getting a vaccine but my co-parent was there to get hers. While processing the first shot, the pharmacist asked if I wanted to join in the fun, haha. I said might as well if I was considering that it'll probably be done. This shot did pinch when it was injected and I knew it was going to give me a sore arm. Confirmed, my arm/shoulder was sore at the injection site later in the evening and also the following morning.

The pharmacist does not listen and always tries to fill prescriptions I do not ask to be filled or out of order. She also calls for unknown reasons without leaving a message, and then acts dumb when I call her back when she didn't leave a message with any context to begin with. Additionally, there have been times where I had to wait for her for more than an hour (outside of their lunch window) because she took an extended break/lunch before I could even pick up my medication. The pharmacy techs (other than the Asian guy, he is really nice and knowledgeable) are rude AF. It's like they have hearing problems (both at the drive through and inside window) and are always telling me to speak up to the point where I'm shouting my personal information for other people to hear. I pick up at a different Walgreens on the other side of Fullerton now (it's worth it, the pharmacist there is so kind and caring and actually listens) as well as CVS down the street where normal human interactions are far superior.
