This is a pretty busy pharmacy and there is usually a line to pick up prescriptions. Luckily, if you use their app to manage your prescriptions, there is an express line for app users. Show the staff member your bar code in the app, and they quickly grab your prescription and you can skip the line. She has a lot of prescriptions so I am here frequently, and it is always nice to see the same friendly faces. They are also fast to fill prescriptions that you call in and say you need urgently. This CVS also has the biggest greeting card section in the area. They have three full aisles of greeting cards for every occasion. If I am at the grocery store and can't find a good card, I know I can always drive a few blocks to this CVS and find one. They also have two self-checkout stations which is convenient where there is a line for regular check-out.

I have a capable person and the machine was the one that was stuck. In any case, he was sent by the other cashier to assist. I will never return to this store. I finally found my fit with this one. Even with my new insurance they have been able to guide me. Tran is the absolute sweetest, kindest and personable pharmacist I've ever met. Even when I'm ready for meltdown because my prescriptions are lagging to be filled she makes it work. At times anything to do with your medication's being late or not approved can get frustrating but they have handled my meltdowns quite well lol this day was the first day I tried the drive-through. It was a great experience. No one was in line before me so that helped and I think I will do that more often when there's nothing I absolutely have to go inside for.

We walked in the store, it was busy, people browsing in the aisles and waiting to get their medications. I wasn't intending on getting a vaccine but my co-parent was there to get hers. While processing the first shot, the pharmacist asked if I wanted to join in the fun, haha. I said might as well if I was considering that it'll probably be done. This shot did pinch when it was injected and I knew it was going to give me a sore arm. Confirmed, my arm/shoulder was sore at the injection site later in the evening and also the following morning.

The pharmacist does not listen and always tries to fill prescriptions I do not ask to be filled or out of order. She also calls for unknown reasons without leaving a message, and then acts dumb when I call her back when she didn't leave a message with any context to begin with. Additionally, there have been times where I had to wait for her for more than an hour (outside of their lunch window) because she took an extended break/lunch before I could even pick up my medication. The pharmacy techs (other than the Asian guy, he is really nice and knowledgeable) are rude AF. It's like they have hearing problems (both at the drive through and inside window) and are always telling me to speak up to the point where I'm shouting my personal information for other people to hear. I pick up at a different Walgreens on the other side of Fullerton now (it's worth it, the pharmacist there is so kind and caring and actually listens) as well as CVS down the street where normal human interactions are far superior.
