Today reminded me I had never written a review. We came in for flu shots and other vaccines, and the pharmacist Nick was already prepared. He had checked our insurance coverage before we even arrived. Wow, he is sooo skillful! (I am in the medical profession myself, so I know.) His professionalism, cheerful attitude even after working the overnight shift, and the fact that he was so quick and precise--I barely felt a thing--were simply top notch. This is definitely where we will be going for our vaccines from now on.

We walked in the store, it was busy, people browsing in the aisles and waiting to get their medications. I wasn't intending on getting a vaccine but my co-parent was there to get hers. While processing the first shot, the pharmacist asked if I wanted to join in the fun, haha. I said might as well if I was considering that it'll probably be done. This shot did pinch when it was injected and I knew it was going to give me a sore arm. Confirmed, my arm/shoulder was sore at the injection site later in the evening and also the following morning.

However, something wonky was going on with my insurance and a nice lady called me to update me the covid booster was no problem but they would have to check the flu vaccine coverage when I went in. I got there 20mins early to take care of insurance things. Oliver the pharmacist informed me I had to go to my doctors or minute clinic to get my flu vaccine due to insurance coverage. There were a lot of people getting their flu and covid vaccines. Oliver always kept people informed and updated on their wait status (which I appreciated). Once it was my turn he did the usual education I the vaccine and potential side effects. He sanitized well and gave me painless injection. Completed my covid vaccine card and off I was to wait for 15 minutes lost injection for side effects. Once the clock hit 15mins, I checked in with the pharmacy and they released me with a $5 coupon.
