I understand that working in a pharmacy can be stressful and that dealing with customers all day isn't always easy. However, that should never be an excuse to speak disrespectfully to patients or make them feel belittled. I was calling regarding medication for my daughter, who is only one month old. Naturally, if I'm calling to follow up on her medication, it's because I need assistance and want to make sure everything is handled correctly. Unfortunately, the technician seemed unwilling to properly take down the information I was providing and spoke to me in a very rude and dismissive manner. When I asked for her name and let her know that I would be leaving a review about my experience, her response was, "Okay, good luck." I found that response extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. Thankfully, Kathleen, the pharmacist, was incredibly helpful and professional. I had to call back, but she took the time to address the situation and even apologized for what had happened. I truly appreciated her professionalism and willingness to help. In the end, my issue was resolved, but I wish the situation had been handled that way from the beginning. A little patience, respect, and proper customer service would have prevented the unnecessary back-and-forth calls and made the experience much less stressful.

I finally found my fit with this one. Even with my new insurance they have been able to guide me. Tran is the absolute sweetest, kindest and personable pharmacist I've ever met. Even when I'm ready for meltdown because my prescriptions are lagging to be filled she makes it work. At times anything to do with your medication's being late or not approved can get frustrating but they have handled my meltdowns quite well lol this day was the first day I tried the drive-through.
