Today reminded me I had never written a review. We came in for flu shots and other vaccines, and the pharmacist Nick was already prepared. He had checked our insurance coverage before we even arrived. Wow, he is sooo skillful! (I am in the medical profession myself, so I know.) His professionalism, cheerful attitude even after working the overnight shift, and the fact that he was so quick and precise--I barely felt a thing--were simply top notch. We walked in the store, it was busy, people browsing in the aisles and waiting to get their medications. I wasn't intending on getting a vaccine but my co-parent was there to get hers. While processing the first shot, the pharmacist asked if I wanted to join in the fun, haha. I said might as well if I was considering that it'll probably be done. This shot did pinch when it was injected and I knew it was going to give me a sore arm. Confirmed, my arm/shoulder was sore at the injection site later in the evening and also the following morning.

At times anything to do with your medication's being late or not approved can get frustrating but they have handled my meltdowns quite well lol this day was the first day I tried the drive-through. Even though I have to tell them to apply the coupon first before actually picking up, I was in the pick up line because I feel bad not waiting in line like everyone else. But when I got to the front, the pharmacist Regina assured me it was okay to wait at the drop off counter so I don't waste my time. I really appreciate that because it was never clear to me where I was supposed to be waiting when I have to tell them to process it again. Unfortunately there's no way for them to process it with the coupon the first time around, so they are really working hard having to always do my prescription twice.
