Came in to pick up my prescription, which I've done many times before. The workers here are always kind enough to re process my medication so a coupon can be applied to it. Even though I have to tell them to apply the coupon first before actually picking up, I was in the pick up line because I feel bad not waiting in line like everyone else. But when I got to the front, the pharmacist Regina assured me it was okay to wait at the drop off counter so I don't waste my time. I really appreciate that because it was never clear to me where I was supposed to be waiting when I have to tell them to process it again. Unfortunately there's no way for them to process it with the coupon the first time around, so they are really working hard having to always do my prescription twice. I got my medication and I bought a makeup item as well. The cashier was also friendly, backing up the lone cashier that was getting bit of a line. And thanks to the great rewards program I only paid two dollars for my lip oil! I will definitely be coming back here, not just because I have to but also because I want to. read more

But the broken tech is nothing compared to the terrible staff. The associate Regina, at the counter actively ignored a massive line of customers, blindly telling people their prescriptions "couldn't be located" without offering a single shred of help or explanation. I went to this location to pick up some eye drops and it was a locked item. There were absolutely no staff on the floor, so in order to get someone to open the lock, I had to get in line. Once I made it up front, I walked with the employee to the aisle where I needed my item, and then we walked back to the register. Thankfully, I didn't have to wait in line again to pay. They need a better system for this because many items are locked. It just seems inefficient to have four employees at the register and no one on the floor. read more

I went in today at 6:50 pm and the guy at the register is completely inappropriate and it was the second time that I've encountered him asking very personal questions. Worst CVS Pharmacy ever. Got a text @ 12:20pm saying prescription ready, lunch between 1:30-2 in the text. I go in at 12: 30 and they said they are closing for lunch. I stated that first, there isn't any signs showing what time the pharmacy lunch was to be, second, I stated the text said 1:30 to 2pm. the pharmacist became argumentative stating it is a law that they take their lunch, I said you can have a lunch but it should be schedule where you are not closed and there is coverage in the pharmacy, and then put signs up of the such. She then reaches under the counter and says this is their notice showing me a piece of paper and began to be very rude. I said, I'm on my lunch break as well and you should be able to manage your time better at a pharmacy where people are there to wait to pick up there prescription, not everyone is on their time". She gave a big sigh, ordered one of the girls to pull my prescription and then since it wasn't controlled substance, just process it. There was a lady behind me saying she needs hers too, and stated they are closed for lunch and proceeded to close the security curtain. I asked for the store manager, got a lady and said here is a corporate number, Not even the name of the store manager, called Corp, filed a complaint, and not a call back from their Corp office. CVS isn't about customer service or its patients, its about them and their profits. Avoid CVS and use Walmart or Target Pharmacies. This has been our neighborhood pharmacy and more. During the pandemic we have called it our Target, we were here quite a bit. It almost never fails as soon as we walk in someone always shouts out "Welcome!", sometimes I don't look at the two for one deals and they always remind me. The ladies at the pharmacy are always welcoming, some of them know me and my son by face but that's just as nice. I like many other have worked during this worldwide pandemic, wearing 2 mask daily to protect love ones and patients. As soon as we could myself and family were vaccinated, the week prior to the incident myself and family also had the flu vaccine. On 09/17/2021 I tested Covid positive, in the words of Forrest Gump " S Happens". My Dr. gave me a prescription to relieve the pressure that was causing a horrible headache as well as the pain in my ears. I have Kaiser but remembered when they have been overwhelm they had partnered with outside sources to assist for certain needs. Middle of the day my husband was working, my son is too young to drive. I took my prescription to CVS, put on THREE mask and took my prescription in. There was a couple before me at drop off counter with no mask as is their right, my three mask and I stood 6ft behind them. The line were I waited was also were they carry vitamin C, fortunate I am. I grabbed a vitamin C pack and when called over I gave my prescription to Mahi. She was wearing her mask and a between us was a plastic barrier. Mahi confirmed my date of birth (mono tone) and after reviewing my prescription she asked " Do you have Covid" I nodded yes and answered yes. She loudly asked again (borderline shout) "Do you have Covid?!" this time the couple next to me and everyone else in the waiting area heard, about 6 people all over 6 feet distance. I answered her with a nod and replied yes. She then proceeded to say " Wait outside and stay away from our customers" (Her tone was loud and to say rude would be a complement) I nodded yes, then she said "We don't take your insurance, you'll have to pay out of pocket". I told her " oh no it's ok, I'll take my prescription". I took my prescription,left the much needed vitamin C and left. I couldn't believe how I had been treated, no compassion. It was such a cruel experience. I was going to keep this to myself and thought well she pregnant, maybe that added to how she felt however I myself have been pregnant and assisted patients and not once announce their condition to the public or forgot to have compassion. We are all aware of our times, never did I think a medical professional would be so cruel. I called the next day to ask her name, after describing her the young lady on the phone in a apologetic tone said " Mahi, but that's our manager". I thought god if she treats customer/patients poorly. How poorly does she treat the staff?? I took my prescription to another pharmacy, they kindly asked me to wait outside. I gave them my prescription, insurance card along with my credit card in a bag. Twenty minutes later I had my very needed prescription. The young lady Maria wished me well and I just couldn't thank her enough. One person does not take away the positive experiences my family and I have always had at CVS, it's the reason for the 5 stars. There are many more that will be ill due it is out of our control, no one deserves to be treated this way. I'm hopeful for positive changes. read more

With the Medicare agent on the phone telling me they are seeing the submission done live becuse it's coming to them..and they are charging our insurance plan WRONG so that it forced a rejection on purpose! So that we would pay out of pocket. They kept flipping who was charged first in our insurance. You can't be that stupid people, we're on to ur BS. Here we go, it's a love/ hate relationship with this store. CVS is great! They always have great sales and it's very convenient. I always shop here because it's near my house. I received exceptional customer service today in this store. I came in with the intention of buying just one item. Buyer's impulse started to kick in and I started to get sidetracked. I love that the assistant at the store came up to me and after offered their assistance without even asking for it. They probably saw the dollar signs in my eyes, haha!!! The item that I intended to get is one that's under lock and key so that kind of deterred me from getting that right away as I walked in. The store clerk immediately escorted me over to the area I needed to get this item from and boom I was done. That clerk is on it.
