The staff, especially those I mentioned, are so friendly and professional and always deliver as promised! They return calls quickly and also deliver your medication to your home. I've been going to CVS and or Walgreens down the street from me for years and NEVER received the " hands on" service I get from Fullerton Express! What a treat!! Even though Fullerton Express is further away, the delivery of medicine helps, and the great service I always receive is well worth it!! I recently started going to Fullerton Express Pharmacy and I am happy I did. Everyone is nice, welcoming and very helpful.

DO NOT GO HERE! I came in for a prescription for my sister, who suffered a stroke - and the pharmacist said he would only fill the order if my sister agreed to get all future prescriptions from there. What a LOWLIFE! I took the prescription across the street to CVS - and they filled the order like professionals - - not like this worm trying to take advantage and profit off of another's misery. Tried to use this pharmacy as my everyday pharmacy after Mo the Pharmacist worked his ass off and got one my medications approved by the insurance company (which is becoming more mainstream lately) needing approvals for everything (even PPO.) So he did all this work for this medication approval and I wanted to get it from his pharmacy. Well the insurance is now playing games and not willing to reimburse the full amount back for the medication. They want me to get it at a bigger pharmacy like CVS!! This turned me into the hulk. I was very upset with my INSURANCE ONCE AGAIN. I was VERY MUCH looking forward to leaving CVS. For now I'm still stuck wishing I was going to Fullerton Express! I was with my pharmacy for 15 years, and started having several issues. The way I was treated was horrible. When continued, I know I needed a change. Was referred by my doctor's office to this location. They mentioned Mo would take good care of me and wouldn't have any issues. Mo is very friendly and overall attentive. Some customers that we met that day informed us how Mo helped them out with medication prices and goes above and beyond. The customer said my husband and I would really be happy with Mo and his team. It's a drive from where we live, since we're here in Orange but they also do delivery. Always a bonus They might not be a big corporation or chain, but if you want to be treated in a caring manner and have needs when it comes to medication. After my PHARMACY selling out to CVS, Which I cannot stand they have absolutely NO REGARDS FOR CUSTOMERS. Switched to Fullerton Express PHARMACY. More, and staff take very good care of us. Making sure hard to get medications that I need are always in supply at refill time! CVS made me wait 10 after my prescription ran out to order and 6 days to get it in. Almost killed me! read more

Not good Problem resolution - I received outdated dosage for prescription. Mo and staff argued with me for one month then refused to send correct medication. Not good undependable delivery - Delivery delayed 1.5 week. After successfully delivering several prescriptions, new delivery driver could not find address (Delivery address is on google map). - Delivery delayed 1.5 week. Delayed delivery because driver was sick. Mo will goto bat for you to get prescription at lower cost. If you need life saving medication deliver with correct dosage and on time, you may not want to experience my ordeal. read more
