This location is convenient to my home and has a 24hr pharmacy, these are the only positives of this location. For me, they are often out of stock of my monthly script, so I rarely have access to meds on time. Additionally, they lock up A LOT of products and it's hard to get help with them from an associate. They also change the flow of the front of the store at night, blocking off one entire side, I assume for theft prevention. Also, despite having coupons loaded on my digital card, they never apply them at checkout, saying they aren't there. There's no self checkout and the line always stacks up at the front. There are better quality CVS locations nearby; I recommend going to a different one. read more

Unusual high prices for everything. You're better off going to a CVS in Newport Beach. I was traveling with a young child who needed to use the restroom, but they wouldn't allow her to go. This is unusual for a pharmacy that also has a clinic. As a doctor especially, I don't recommend this CVS. read more

I'd post Negative five stars if I could due to manager/supervisor in charge in the afternoons during the week. Sadly my last time coming here also. I came into the store in pain and had to wait over 20 minutes pushing buttons on three isles hoping someone would assist me. What really upset me was after approaching manager she told me that she was busy with "vendors". VENDORS!!??! I thought customer service was first. I work in customer service and she was the worst. Not only rude towards a customer but it's appalling. Also the fact there was only 2 people in the whole store was sad. Even other customers told me "oh you're still waiting?". This review is specifically about the pharmacy. If I could give negative stars I absolutely would. I have been using this pharmacy for years, and the last year or so I have noticed a stark change in the quality of service I receive. I have been getting my birth control here specifically because of the convenience of the 24 hour drive thru, however, these losers always find some reason why they can't fill my birth control, and instead of coordinating with my provider and my insurance, they just shrug their shoulders and say "not my problem." Why do I need to explain to a pharmacy that birth control needs to be taken CONTINUOUSLY. If you are telling me that, YES, I am running out exactly when expected but for some unknown reason you can't fill it until next week, then you need to do a better job of figuring out why and coordinating. And you need to do a better job of communicating that to the customer, who doesn't understand insurance the way you do. Also, I cannot simply be off of my meds, do you all understand that bc isn't just taken for preventative purposes?? And asking me to pay out of pocket for a medication that is fully covered by my insurance is actually incredibly inappropriate just bc yall don't wanna do the jobs you're paid to do. Anyway! Finally switched the last of my meds over to my pharmacy in Villa park and they were able to coordinate to figure the issue out without my even needing to ask, plus they had my meds ready that same day. I will never be back here or to CVS in general, and I will be looking at putting in a more formal complaint. read more

I've always had pleasant interactions with the staff here! Respect goes both ways so I've said hello back when they greet customers who are walking in and I always talk to them politely. The other day, one of the store associates helped make sure that I got maximum savings with my in-store printed coupons and my digital coupons on the CVS app. He was patient throughout the whole process even with a line starting to form. I just had a bad experience with Eugenia who is a cashier at this pharmacy. I think she didn't spend the night at home well, and she had a very bad attitude towards me and other customers. She is very despotic in her way of speaking. She speaks in a very rude and uneducated manner, she doesn't say hello, she doesn't tell you how much you have to pay, I said to her, "How much is it?" and she says, "You can't see you there." I said to her, "Ma'am, you have a very bad attitude." And she told me that that's her way of being and if I don't like it I should go buy somewhere else. She says what's wrong with my attitude? She doesn't even realize how rude she is, much less accept it. I told her your bad face and your attitude say it all. I told the lady, what is your name because I am going to report you to your supervisor (she did not want to tell me her name) she told me my name will appear on the receipt, if you want you can look it up there. I told her that I took customer service classes and I know how to treat me, and she just laughed. I took the time to write because people like her should not be working in customer service. That's why they treat us like this, why we don't take the time to report them.I asked another person for the name and phone number of her supervisor. This has been my local store for many years and have seen many employees come and from the cashier's to the pharmacists. They are all friendly and welcoming. They work very hard to keep transients from making it a camping home outside their store. So it's kept clean. When in need of medicine this is my first stop. read more

I would really like to shout out Christian from the pharmacy. He goes way above and beyond to help me out. One time, my inhaler was out, and I needed a refill, and it was on back order at the store. He called the CVS and made sure they had it in order and placed it on hold, and I was able to pick it up from a different store. And this week my wife wanted to get the newer covid vaccine and she always requests a female pharmacist for any kind of shots, so the other technician said there isn't any then Christian jumped in and told her to hang on , he went to check the pharmacists schedules and informed her with the time to go and she just got it today. I walked into the CVS cuz I wanted to buy some stuff and I also have to pee very bad. I was told that the bathrooms were broken which was a lie. I asked somebody else that she told me that they don't let people use the bathrooms anymore because a child ran into a needle cuz they would have a needle problems in the bathroom. It's not my fault that your staff doesn't know how to efficiently clean bathroom or have to check them off enough. Do your job according to OSHA you must have a bathroom for customers you cannot run a business and not have a bathroom and not offer it. If this continues I promise I will take it to the very top because this is unethical and just b******* cuz everybody's bathrooms are closed because of those stupid drug addict basically the lady looked at me and told me she thought I was going to go shoot up in the bathroom. I'm very offended and highly f****** pissed off about this whole situation. I recently made an online appointment to go get my COVID test. I was there a little earlier than my appointment and I was taken care of early which makes it so convenient. I love the texting and the YouTube video sent to me to guide me prior to the test which made me prepared to what was expected. The nurse practitioner Tricia was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience positive. She also instructed me to go to my email and go on the portal to check for my results. Each time I have a refilled on any of my prescriptions, the pharmacy sends me a text message to notify me of my refills. I've haven't had any issues with the pharmacy. Thinking i would save some time, I went there today around 11:am to pick up a few grocery items and hoping. to avoid the long grocery store lines, I was dead wrong. The imbecile cashier with a name tag of melinda was certainly smoking something because let me just say this CVS cashier took 5 times longer than any of the busiest stores ive ever seen. Everything that this idiot (Melinda) did while ringing up my order guaranteed a shitty experience and a longer wait. I was using my food stamp card and so when asked to provide my phone number for the coupon and discounts, the screen said my phone number was wrong and when i asked to use a different number, Melinda had to ring up the entire order all over again, then after that she said my food stamp balance was still zero, I knew she was mistaken because i had just called and verifed my food stamps had plenty of benefits My very impatient friend pulled out his wallet and paid for the groceries in.cash $147. I then told them i didnt like. the way my EBT benefits were deliberately not honored and we were essentially forced to pay with cash. I am convinced that this hateful cashier deliberately prevented my ebt card transaction I then demanded that she refund my entire order which she refused to refund until i called the Anaheim Police. That stupid ass cashier reluctantly gave my money back and the stupid look on her face was priceless, i promised myse will never will go to back to this store as long as i live, except for maybe to light up some fireworks. or to make my presence known, who in the hell hired these morons and who the hell is running this place? read more

I was traveling to Anaheim for a dance competition for my daughter. My daughter got sick. My daughter's doctor sent her prescription to the CVS by Disneyland. Great... however they were closing and didn't have what we needed. Their computer system wouldn't allow them to call the doctor back to change prescription. I asked them for the number to their 24 hour CVS and the woman I spoke with said I had to look it up. I felt brushed off and rushed because they were closing. It all worked out (yay google). We were able to get my daughters prescription at this location with ease. The gentleman I spoke with gave me directions and called me the minute my daughter's prescription was ready. When I arrived to the CVS it was busy. But watching while I waited my turn to pay, the two men working were a really good team. They were kind while they helped each customer. It was greatly appreciated after having a frustrating experience at the other CVS. read more

I was on a trip in Anaheim when I realized I had mistakenly packed my medication in a backpack that I ended up not bringing. One was blood pressure medication that I need to take daily. I called this 24-hour pharmacy and the gentleman was so helpful. He looked up my Information and asked how long I would be without my medication. He said he could get me the four pills I needed and I could come by anytime to pick them up. I was so relieved and so grateful. We got there within a half hour and he was so kind and helpful. Amazing customer service! I wish I caught his name but this pharmacist really helped me out of a jam and instantly put my mind at ease. 5 STARS! read more

This cvs pharmacy does not even deserve a star. I had came to pick up a prescription & was told it got sent to the wrong location, okay no worries accidents happen. I was told to come back later, I guess they had closed for a few hours for lunch so I had to come back the following day & was told that they had misplaced it and were unable to find it. They said they would receive shipments that following Monday. I came back after receiving a text message saying it was ready & upon arriving I was told they still did not have it. I came back again the next day & after waiting over 30 minutes in the drive thru I was told to come back around because they hadn't prepared it. Very unorganized. I don't recommend this location. They need to work on being more organized especially working with medicine. I am disappointed. Do better CVS. read more

This CVS is normally quick when it comes to their drive-thru pharmacy. Though for some reason yesterday (Wednesday 6/25), the drive-thru had 4 cars at 4:53pm and when I attempted to go in 3 people were ahead of me and only 1 pharmacy tech serving pick-ups. I decided to ditch my pick-up until today, their pharmacy service was taking way too long. Good thing I did, we came back straight to the drive-thru at 4:23pm and we were the only car. The tech took less than a minute to come to the window and less than a minute to retrieve my prescription. Now that's my definition of excellence! They only get a 3, because the 3 out of 5 times I have been here for prescriptions they were a bit on the slow side. read more

This particular CVS store is ran horribly. There was one worker who was on lunch and the manager was ringing people up in the front. As the manager you would expect him to be quicker but he took forever and the line was ridiculously long. Why would anyone only have one worker scheduled for a shift...such poor management. They didn't stock inventory in the front that's still sitting in the back. Needless to say he said I would need to wait until the entire line was gone for him to get it for me. You all are fantastic here! My interactions here have been COVID related: testing and vaccinations. The pharmacy here is top notch as they were extremely organized and both fast and attentive. I just got my booster shot after checking in and was done in five minutes. Very clean and distancing was set up and I could not have been happier with my experience. The parking is plentiful and they are open 24 hours. We're lucky to have such a pharmacy close by. Kaiser (my medical provider) takes hours to provide COVID vaccines and my local Walgreens didn't even offer it. Thank you for all that you do for your community! read more

This review is solely on their PHARMACY department. I've been here two times and although their staff is pretty good on customer service, their supply on the medication isn't that great. I went to the doctors and they sent the request for the medication almost immediately. When I got there, the pharmacist saw it, and there was a small confusion so I told her I would come back the next day. I came back the next day and the pharmacist manager told me that they did not have it on stock. He said they would have it the next day and that they will text me when they have the order ready. Luckily it wasn't an immediate medication but if it was, oh my Lord, I'd be 100000% more angry if they didn't have it. read more

I'm used to going to the one down the street from me, after horrible customer service at Marie Calendar's a few spots down, I needed a few things for the diva Alexis B. -__- The setup of where the items are is confusing, I found myself going in circles and felt like I was in here forever! There wasn't as much selection for the usual items I buy, I had to go on a scavenger hunt for my sister's Melatonin Gummies and it was hidden in the back of the bus! There was one manager who was in the same aisle as me, and never asked once if myself or anyone in the aisle needed help, he made an effort to keep his head down in the vitamins and not look up once. It was rude because when he did look up and saw people in the aisles he ignored us. There never seems to be enough help in all CVS' in the 92807 area code, maybe lack of or wanting to be cheap not hiring enough cashiers? This is my go-to store for my meds, hands down. They are a 24 hour store which for me means I can get my meds no matter when I go, unlike the one closer to me, and they seem to always have anything pharmacy-wise I might need. Drive thru pharmacy is available, but I'm happier just walking in. I try not to go late at night, because ppl that hang out there are forever panhandling and some have looked a wee bit shady. The service there is great, with everyone working hard and trying to process your order as quickly as possible, and with everyone working as a team, it does get done pretty fast. Staff there is super nice, and do their best to answer my questions every single time, no matter the hour. If I do have to wait for my order, I usually tell them I'll be back and then head over to El Pollo Loco for a quick dinner. Wendy's is nearby too, if that's your thing. On top of their pharmacy services though, is a pretty good sized neighborhood market, for lack of a better word. Sure, a lot of things are marked up, but hey, if you look around, you'll find deals galore. Plus, with your CVS card, you wrack up rewards that come to you quarterly, in the form of dollahs to spend at CVS on pretty much everything. This CVS takes the cake in my book. read more
