I love all the Halloween goodies!!! This is my favorite time of year. We came here to get medications filled at the CVS Pharmacy inside this Target. We usually fill the prescription and then walk around to shop while we wait. I decided to hit the Starbucks this time, while I was waiting for the medications to be ready. Usually, after a holiday, they will still have the balloons for sale. I saw the cutest BAT balloons!!! Adorable. My husband had to limit me to one balloon. I wanted them all hahaha This Target is pretty decent overall. I like it. Good selection and great value for things. Service is always fine. read more

I go to Target often because of the convenience of them having so much in one place and the fact that I live very close. Got a pickup order from Target, and one of two potatoesI got was completely rotten! My thumb went right through it when I picked it up. The other one had a spot, too, but I could salvage that one. Last time I got produce from there, my onion was black in the middle. I think I'll stick with Sprouts for anything fresh. This Target used to be my go-to store. I have shopped with them for years. It saddens me to leave such a review but frankly, I'm tired of getting profiled there. I know it's their job to scope out who's acting suspicious, but I recently got accused by an older associate at the self checkout area for "forgetting to scan my dog food." This lady has seen me multiple times in the store throughout the years and she always has a lousy attitude. I don't expect much but to be accused when there's a camera in front of my face while I scan each item and look to see if it scanned up on the screen? If I wanted to steal, why would I stop by self checkout? Honestly, I'm tired of getting looked at like I'm going to steal when I have ALWAYS paid. It's frustrating and disheartening. I'm sorry I'm Mexican American. I can't change that about myself. The store looks permanently terrible. I understand recovery is a tough task but there are times where I take pictures of out of place items (because I find it funny,) and I come in later on in the week, and it's still there. In other words, it looks like a tornado flew by. I deal with retail so I'm not picky, but it is a review after all, and I'm not going to lie; the store is not clean. There are some amazing workers there that I acknowledge and appreciate like the woman with heart shaped glasses for example. However, I can't keep putting myself in a place that sees my face and assumes I'm a criminal :( Sad to say this, but I'm done with Target entirely. I frequent this location when I'm in the area for work. Excellent service at the self checkout around 10:40 am today. I didn't catch the friendly gentleman's name at the self checkout who had assisted me with making sure that my Target Circle deals were all applied. One of them didn't seem to appear for some reason even though he double checked the items as well and they were indeed all eligible for the deal. I really appreciate the time he took to make sure that I got my savings in! read more

This particular location is your average Target that's always hit or miss. To start off, the parking lot is adjacent to some apartment buildings so the neighborhood in general is very quiet. 90% of the time, there will be homeless people roaming around in the parking lot or on the side of the building on the west end. The people that work here are either non-existent or walking around just to walk around and not help people. Shelves are decently stacked here and is fairly clean. The bright side is that the self-checkout lines are pretty much available every single time. Besides the self-checkout line always being available, everything else is pretty much hit or miss. read more

This location is off Highland and Orangethorpe and it does the job. It's remodeled, I can't recall if there's an Ulta inside but it's your run of the mill neighborhood Target. Parking is pretty decent here and I feel like it's away from the rest of the shopping center which minimizes on parking lot traffic. I prefer mobile ordering or visiting in the early hours to avoid the crowd. It's not so much there's a crowd, as much as it's the check out lines that build up. read more

I normally don't shop at this Target, but I came in because I had to make a quick return. I realized upon getting to the register that I didn't have the right receipt but I asked to try my card anyways, just in case. The card also wasn't the right one so I said I would just take my item home and find the right receipt. I ended up leaving 5-ish minutes later after browsing a bit and when I walked out I overheard the young (brunette) woman who assisted me trashing me to her coworker. I genuinely did not think anything about our interaction was cause for concern but she was making fun of me in a mocking tone for not having the right receipt or card. We came in at 10:45pm, so I was aware that the store was close to closing and tried to be extra kind for that reason. The actions of that cashier were completely unwarranted and will absolutely deter me from coming back to this location. read more

The target/cvs employee push a stopping stocking cart at the corner to move over while customer about to go the way. A near by similar Supercenter employee at a corner pull back the moving stocking cart into the aisle to make a walk way to customer. Another target/cvs employee doesn't want to help even customer look at the employee for inquiry about product in a talking distance. read more

This target is big. Lots and lots of parking. Everything was stocked except formula. Pharmacy staff is attentive and extremely nice. They are super busy though so call ahead I even got a $5 coupon at the pharmacy to use at Target. It was a good day! read more

This particular store has always had the most friendliest staff. And on my last purchased I had Target rewards money, a total of $10.23 so I used it. It's good save some money. Every time I come into this target I take longer to check out than I do grabbing what I need. The lack of open cashiers leads to prolonged times waiting in line. They only have 4 self checkouts and one is usually broken and only 2-3 cashiers working. Really annoying having to stand in line and wait if you want us to do a self checkout at least make more of them available or put more cashiers to help people check out faster. I've been going to this Target for years and the last update has made the store easy shop. They do seem to be going to self checkout. I've found the self checkout easy to use and quick. They also have groceries in the store. I've found a few food items that the grocery store I normally shop doesn't carry. There is also a Starbucks inside too. There is a lot of parking so it's easy to find a spot to park. The men's restroom is clean and is stocked. read more

What happened to this store? They don't have anything in stock. It's a mess. It's a busy Thursday afternoon and they have 1 checkout person. The line is long...about 15 minutes and the self-checkout line is also about 15 minutes long. This store used to be a great shopping experience. Now I just can't wait to get out. I had to substitute every single item for another brand as the shelves were so bare. I came to pick up medicine for my mom who is sick. I ended up with the 99c store versions of everything...the sugar free cough drops or the odd caplets that nobody wants and even had to buy kids cough syrup because they were all out of every adult brand. Whoever is managing this store needs to reassess. They are dropping the ball. read more

Whomever runs this store is an incompetent fool. Lots of cashiers when it's not that busy in the store. But, not enough people for drive up when it's slammed???? I imagine the people who are just standing around must be in management. Why don't you grab a bag and help out? Why should the customer wait more than they have to? Bought a desk here and several things went wrong and customer service was terrible. 1) See picture at store - The pricing label underneath the desk clearly states $65.00. When looking at the receipt the following day, I noticed they charged me $81.00. There is a $81.00 label to the left of the desk, which I thought was for the product next to the desk. When I brought this up to Steven at the store, he said "yes, our price labels are always to the left of the product." So apparently, we as customers are supposed to know that when there is a price label directly under the product, it's wrong, but the one to the left of the product is the correct one. If anyone can make sense of this logic I applaud you... Clearly this Target is deliberately misleading its customers and Steven even confirmed to me this is misleading! 2) See pictures of desk and packaging: As you can tell on the packaging of the desk, it does not state anywhere nor show a picture of the backside of the desk. I didn't even question how it looks on the backside and figured it will have the same finishing as the front. Boy was I wrong! The backside is completely unfinished. So you need to place the desk against a wall. If it was mentioned on the packaging, it would have been fine and I would not have bought the product as I am not placing the desk against the wall. So once again, clearly misleading the customers. I also reached out to the manufacturer of the desk, Ameriwood Home. Spoke to Lily and she could have not cared less about my concerns. She "OFFERED" me (I kid you not, her words), to talk to the Sales Team to change the packaging, but essentially telling me I'm shit outta luck since I already purchased the product and there's nothing she can do. Customer Service at Target Fullerton: When I told Steven I assembled the product on the third floor and I can't carry it down myself without hurting my back, he quite frankly did not care. He said they cannot have anyone pick it up, but for me to get a refund I need to bring it in myself. I even offered that if they give me a partial refund, I'll go buy wood at Home Depot and make the backside look decent somehow. But Steven declined this as well. So I ended up carrying the desk down the stairs, hurting my back, driving back to Target and getting my refund. Their "generous" gesture for all my troubles was a $15 Target gift card. Absolutely ridiculous! So yeah, be aware how this Target misleads its customers. read more

We ran in to purchase a couple of items. The store was clean and well stocked. The checkout lines were short and went quickly.

So... Where do I start? I was in target today to do my shopping for the home as I normally do. This target is great for not having annoying or overly helpful staff - (this is positive). They (Target team members- help when then can and as soon as you've been taken care they leave you be.) Today I as I checked out I explained to my cashier (whom I could tell was a newer / less experienced team member that there were discounts that I wanted to make sure were applied to my order. She didn't see them on her app - so she called for help - with which I was completely fine. However, the help that came was a female by the name "Ilsi ( pronounced - Eel se -); Ilsi precedes to interact with me but has an attitude the entire time. Not a fan. Not the only Target. read more

But I got home with Buy Online Pick Up Instore order and one clothing item had a hole in it. They asked me if I wanted to take home the bag. It's like I don't want to look like a shoplifter leaving so the answer is yes. Lucky for them I said yes bc they figured they could shove damaged items into a bag for someone who wouldn't be there to see it. I am going back to attending yoga tomorrow and already bought my class. For this I am glad I bought two athletic tips bc one is going back. AVOID THIS TARGET!!! I'll shop elsewhere. Two LARGE dogs, 90-100lbs+, being walked through the store like they're at a pet store. They are CLEARLY NOT SERVICE animals.
