He said he didn't mind it being busy, and it seemed he really wanted to help me and the other customers. I got a booster shot here. The check in process could have been a little more organized, but…read moreluckily the other people waiting here were helping those just arriving. Considering there was a steady stream of people coming in for vaccinations, everything moved pretty quickly. It took about 5 mins to fill out a little form and check in, then about 10 mins to be called to get my shot. The Pharmacist who administered my vaccination could not have been nicer or more professional. After my shot I waited for about 10 mins and that was it. I chose to wait outside because it is a smaller pharmacy and there were about 10 people inside. For those of us choosing to wait outside, they did come out and call us as it was time for our shot or our wait after was over. I also observed the Pharmacist coming outside to car to give a shot to a person who would've had difficulty standing inside waiting (there are some chairs inside but they were taken at the time). Overall 3 stars for the check in process and 5 stars for the Pharmacist administering the vaccinations. (For check in there are two forms - one for those with an appointment and one for walk ins - on a shelf just to the left of the door as you enter. Fill it out and take it along with your insurance card and ID (if applicable) straight ahead to the counter under the "Welcome" sign to check in.)

The longest I've waited was a few minutes. 2) Clean Unlike other big pharmacies, they keep everything so clean and organized. They put only a couple of over-the-counters on the shelves, and stock them frequently so that they don't get dusty. 3) Professional They explain everything really well, and they're always respectful and friendly. They even have a few Korean books, tea and coffee. I never had any insurance issues or miscommunications between doctors and pharmacists. 4) Price Whether it's prescribed or over-the-counter, it's always cheaper here for some reason. Seriously, this pharmacy is such a blessing to me. I'll never go to any other pharmacy.
