Lauren the pharmacist confirmed that they do indeed do COMPOUNDING MEDICATIONS, she was very nice and answered all of our questions. We honestly didn't shop around but the price seemed to be fair, since insurance doesn't pay for this medication. The rest of the pharmacy staff is also very nice and good with following up. They were able to get our prescription filled in a timely manner. However, good to note: they ask you give them 1 to 2 weeks notice for compounding refills. Give them a call, they seem to be very accommodating. BONUS: they also carry PET MEDS - I was able to find a probiotic for my dog that I couldn't seem to find anywhere except through VCA. **PS this is a Korean owned pharmacy, but they can fill any prescription and though they answer the phone with a Korean greeting (which I love), they do speak English, so don't get discouraged or hang up. ann-yeong-haseyo! :D

They have quite a variety of products for for a small store. You could find almost anything from RX to OTC to supplements. I would choose to go here over larger chain store to support local small business. The owners are both pharmacists with very well-qualified staffs, all are educated at a doctorate level. Since it is a small store, turn-around time is pretty fast. If you come in with a prescription, they could fill it within 5-10 minutes even. Definitely would recommend this place to friends and family! I transferred both my parents prescriptions here. They love this pharmacy. My parents don't speak English nor Korean, they still love Lauren and Angela. They just got the flu shots today. They never been so happy getting their flu shots.

I showed her my phone screen, which clearly said to hold my phone to the reader so I can get my points. She said she hadn't gotten never seen that before, in a tone which almost had me just voiding the purchase. Perhaps some training may be in order? The longest I've waited was a few minutes. 2) Clean Unlike other big pharmacies, they keep everything so clean and organized. They put only a couple of over-the-counters on the shelves, and stock them frequently so that they don't get dusty. 3) Professional They explain everything really well, and they're always respectful and friendly. They even have a few Korean books, tea and coffee. I never had any insurance issues or miscommunications between doctors and pharmacists. 4) Price Whether it's prescribed or over-the-counter, it's always cheaper here for some reason. Seriously, this pharmacy is such a blessing to me. I'll never go to any other pharmacy.

I approached the interaction with a friendly attitude and treated the pharmacy technician with respect from the start. As someone with a college degree and several years of customer service experience, I understand that not every day is easy and that customer-facing jobs can be challenging. However, there is never an excuse for treating customers with the level of disrespect that I experienced. From the beginning, I was met with an unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude. Instead of offering basic courtesy and assistance, the technician was confrontational, careless, and showed no concern for how she was speaking to a customer. What was most shocking was her complete lack of remorse. When I expressed my concern, she casually displayed her badge information as if she was completely unbothered by the possibility of a complaint. That level of indifference makes me question whether this is a recurring issue. If this is how customers are routinely treated, it reflects very poorly on Walgreens and its commitment to customer care. Customer service matters, especially in a healthcare setting where patients may already be dealing with stressful or sensitive situations. Based on this interaction, it is clear that this employee would benefit from additional customer service training and coaching on professional communication. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected when seeking assistance with their prescriptions. As a result of this experience, I will be transferring my family's prescriptions elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed and sincerely hope management addresses this issue before more customers have a similar experience.
