Came into this 7 Eleven to just redeem a free slurpee and was immediately welcomed by the worker at the counter. He was very friendly, to us and other customers as well. They did seem to be out of the large slurpee cups so I wasn't sure what to do for a second, but I just used the large Big Gulp cup and it wasn't a problem. I don't like to leave reviews but with this one I'll make an exception. The store owner is extremely rude! I ended up going to another 7-11 because he was talking superrr mean & rude to a child who was in front of me in line. The child simply didn't know the correct change or amount to pay for a refill. But he had money in his hands & was definitely trying to pay the correct amount. The extreme rudeness & unkindness wasn't necessary. Expensive.. like all 7-11s. But you pay for the convenience. At this store, that doesn't exist. We work in the area and have visited this 7-11 store a few times now. The prices are comparable to other 7-11s. However, this store is haphazardly stocked and it is often quite difficult to find anything. The staff is either too busy or doesn't communicate effectively, and provides minimal if any support. Also, this is not a fault of the store, but the area outside is outright dangerous at night. We've had homeless people aggressively ask for money on more than one occasion. Tip: only go to this store in daylight or if absolutely necessary. There's a Walmart and Target less than one-and-half blocks away that's totally worth the extra drive. read more

So I've lived in this particular area for years,.....I'm talking over a decade.......I know a long time right? Not much has changed over the years aside from a slight remodel not to long ago. As you walk through the doors you're greeted with all the snacks & goodies and beverages your little heart could desire. The guys behind the counter are pretty much the same ones that I've known since way back. With the exception of a couple semi new workers. REALLY COOL side note: One of the aforementioned newer employees was actually an older homeless guy that I used to see out in front of the store for years. One day they took him in,.....gave him a job there and now from the looks of it he's doing great. What an amazing thing that this particular 7-eleven has done,........Kudos to them!! So YES I will keep coming back to this location. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is because there's 1 particular older gentleman that works behind the counter and sometimes he's the most unfriendliest guy ever,......But please don't let that stop you from visiting. Horrible service!!! All I wanted was a cup of coffee!! I prepared it, and as I was putting the lid on it started to leak. I put the leaking cup into another cup and went to pay for it. I said hello to the male behind the counter. He looked at us and said loudly "YOU HAVE TWO CUPS". My husband said the cup was leaking, he said you have to pay for them both because I need to count it. I took the leaking cup out to prove to him it was leaking. My husband and I were both burnt by the HOT COFFEE. He said we had to pay anyways. We walked out WITHOUT ANYTHING. Horrible person!!!!! I will be reporting this store to corporate. read more

Knowing i that i come in there all the time or when i do i get myself drinks to have on my way to work. This time was totally different. I went in to get a phone number for an app i have on my phone, that i was told nicely to retrieve. I wait and the manager ignores me, doesn't say anything and walks to the back of the store, i dont know whats up this guys you know what but whatever it is, he needs to be terminated or demoted and needs to take a full class on how to treat customers with the right respect and customer service. I stepped outside to call a company to see if they had the number available and got it. Meanwhile the store manager of this 7/11 approaches me outside and get in my face and gets an attitude. Pretty much your typical 7-Eleven for this part of town, it contributes vitally to the "character" of the neighborhood. Meth addicts ramble menacingly in the door way. One particularly bonkers old woman periodically bursts forth from beneath a trembling pile of rags, into a gutteral, flailing eruption of obscenity and racial epithets (true story). Free serving of inexplicable standoffish attitude with every order (specifically from "that ONE guy", everyone else already mentioned him... pretty sure that no 7-Eleven in history has ever even looked at their own Yelp page, and good luck complaining to corporate. Each shop is independently owned, operated, and ruled by its own uniquely arbitrary policies and practices. My advice: accept it for what it is, take the good (convenience) with the bad (sketchy food % sketchy people), get in and out of the store ASAP and don't make eye contact with the tweekers unless you see the fucker who stole my bike! PS - they still -- to this day -- do not stock Soylent (TM) at this location, nor any others nearby. However their fresh baked 7-Eleven brand brownies are still worth the whole trip in the themselves so it almost evenns out. 7 Eleven brownies 4 life. read more

I'm going to be as professional as I could leaving this review. The two Indian men running the store in the evening have lack of customer service. I was waiting for the hot food and the guy calls me to the register then I told him I wanted the hot food, he then tells me to go back to the hot food. So I told him that's why I was standing there. Strike one. I also wanted some pizza, the guy with the mustache proceeded to ignore me. I go to the register and my total is very low. I look and I told him where is my pizza. He seems bothered and I told him I mentioned it to him but he was too busy with the older Indian man having a conversation to pay attention to the customers. Strike two. Strike 3, they change cashiers and now I have the older Indian man helping me, he proceeds to have a conversation with the other man again, ignoring me, making me swipe my card several times and then proceeds to hurry me up. I finally lost my patience and told him to wait, he kept hurrying me up and I told him in a vulgar language to wait because I don't have control over his machine, plus it read "waiting for associate" they lack customer skills and professionalism. Now I know why I avoid this location. Never again. The food was also cold. Will be calling corporate to complain. Even the other customers were appalled how the two Indian men treated me, they understood that my attitude at the end was warranted. read more

Worst service and False Advertisement. They have the deal that you can mix and match any three taquitos, or hot dogs, etc. When I went to ask for 3 hot dogs he told me no, that It had to be taquitos, and 1 hot dog. I told him not according to your sign, it says mix or match. He says well I am the manager and its only 1 hot dog and taquitos. I am a manager of a grocery store, and this manager handle the situation poorly and should be written up accordingly. You should know your sales and promotions since you are the manager. if I could i would give this place a zero star . its full of tweekers that hang out in the front harrasing people for money . even though they put a sign they still won't leave because the guys inside pay them to clean and wipe the windows. the old men that work the counter are rude and act like the business is theirs. I seriously had the worst experience at 1:52 am when I was trying to purchase some beer and the old white man with grey hair who covered his name tag who told me we determine when we stop selling alcohol verses the state laws. We were perfectly in time to purchase some beer and apple cider beers and he said "we decide when the last minute is". As excited customers to be greeted with such contention was so disappointing. I was informed that I had to be charged double for my ice coffee since I wanted ice and coffee - WTH. The 7-Eleven by work doesn't so I was surprised by the explanation I was given.
