The owner and the entire staff are always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. After coming here for so long, they've gotten to know me beyond just being another customer. They remember the little things about me, always ask about my kids, and take the time to talk with me about life whenever I stop in. It's those small interactions that make such a difference and make you feel appreciated. It's rare to find a place where the staff genuinely remembers and cares about their regular customers. Five years later, I'm still happy to support this location and the wonderful people who work here. Definitely recommend!

Finally got a nicer car and opted out for the ceramic membership, which adds "ceramic coating" and a tire shine. The problem is the tire shine only covers 15% of the tire lol. I guess if I come through the wash 8 times I can get full coverage. Guess I'll go back to the basic membership and shine my own tires. It is an auto car wash at the end of the day. If I cared enough about my car I'll be washing it by hand in my driveway. Which I'll probably end up doing

1/5 I've been a…read moremember here since last year, but after today I'm canceling my membership. The customer service at this location is horrible, especially from the employee with glasses who was working today. He was rude, dismissive, and gave me attitude when I was already dealing with an issue caused by THEIR car wash. I came here expecting a quick wash, but the wash had an emergency stop while my car was already completely drenched and covered in soap. This is now the THIRD time I've experienced an issue like this at this location. What really pushed me over the edge was the employee having the audacity to tell me to just go to another location while my car was STILL COVERED IN SOAP. He suggested the Anaheim location as if it were right down the street. Why should I have to drive to an entirely different location with soap all over my car because your equipment stopped working? I was so frustrated that I asked him to cancel my membership, and instead of helping me, he basically told me I had to go elsewhere to do that too. No effort to resolve the situation, no apology, and no consideration for the inconvenience whatsoever. I've paid for this membership for over a year, and having repeated equipment problems is frustrating enough. Being met with attitude and terrible customer service on top of it is unacceptable. After three separate incidents, I'm done giving this location chances and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I think moving the Costco gas station to this new location was a very smart decision…read more The old location often had long lines of cars waiting, which made the entrance area crowded. The new location is bigger and has more gas pumps, so the wait time is much shorter and getting in and out is much easier. I also like that they have clear signs showing which pumps are available. It makes it easier to know where to go and helps keep the traffic moving. The gas prices are very competitive. I know Costco gas prices can vary from one location to another, sometimes by a few cents, but I think this location offers a good price and a more convenient experience with shorter wait times. My daughter likes coming here too. She drives a hybrid car, so she doesn't need gas often, but whenever she does, she prefers this location because it's convenient and usually doesn't require a long wait.

At least the cheapest one & the most expensive ones are. The wash itself is like throwing a bucket of water & soap suds on your vehicle & then hosing it down with a power hose so your side mirrors take a beating. The people who work here are all introverts & they act is if customers are a nuisance & that they are better than everyone else. Maybe this car wash pays 6 figures, has a matching 401k & has all the other benefits. I mean staring at your phone & not paying attention to customers is hard work. The 1 positive is the vacuums work well. I guess when the wash sucks hard, it makes sense the vacuums suck hard as well. So I suggest you pull your car in & vacuum it real quick. I say 3 - 4 mins before one of the introverts gets their head out of their phone to notice.

First time the car wash didn't clean our car, left a bunch of dirt marks that other drive thru car washes can easily do. We came back again, second time still wasn't clean. Employee opened and turned on the car wash 10 mins late with me and others waiting to get our car cleaned, no apology. Employee gave us the wrong wash (we purchased the highest tier big wave and got platinum) and he didn't care to change it. still tons on dirt on car. We were so upset with a second bad experience, we went to office to ask to cancel and ask for a refund. The employee told us to call a number for our refund. This is where it gets good. The woman on the phone first phone call just said she'll have the guy let us go through another wash -as if we wanted to do it again! We told her we didn't want to do it. She didn't want to give a refund initially. We called her again and told her that the employee here told us she would take care of our refund. She the. Asked for us to text her our card number and name, any proof and details to why we want to cancel and get a refund. I sent her a full video of the car, this list of all the things that added to our horrible experience, a photo of a license plate thanking her. Hours later, she calls trying to give us a bunch of excuses to why the car washes wasn't able to wash our car properly. We mentioned again not only the car washes wasn't, but the service and non working parts and she purposely ignored saying "mhmmmm" at first she didn't want to give a refund at all again. Then she said she can do a "partial refund" I am waiting on this partial refund which she needed to back up with excuses to why she couldn't give a refund for bad service. The fact that she was pressuring us to just go through the car wash again was so disappointing and upsetting. I really advise you all to please go anywhere else. It's one thing to have a bad car wash, but to have this kind of customer service as well- waste of time and money. This was the nearest one which is why we came, but it's worth the drive finding a new one.
