While they stood 20 feet away and WATCHED. I told them to call the cops but they told me to mind my business and they went inside. I called the cops and waited for them to show up but when they did the clerks refused to give any statements and said they witnessed nothing even though they were standing there watching with their arms crossed and laughing. When the cops asked if they could provide any information they declined and laughed again. Went to purchase some gas the guy overcharged me they took my all my money plus the overcharge and I waited 20 minutes. The guy said my cash would come back on my card 20 minutes turned into two hours. I was outside waiting to get some gas for my money to return my card. My friend sent me some money, i'll try to get some more gas he overcharged me again it took that cash instead of the money coming back to my card right away. I will never come back here. The attendant tried to steal our money and called the police on us! We came here on 6/30/24 @ 8:30pm to buy gas with a $100 like we have for years. We handed over the bill and went to pump gas, the attendant came out and started yelling at us saying that we gave him a fake $100 and to leave now or he would call the police on us. We didn't give him a fake $100 and refused to leave without our money. He kept telling us to leave our he would have us arrested. The police came and investigated the situation and found that the $100 bill we gave the attendant was not fake and gave us our money back. What a great remodel! It looks so much, much better. This gasoline station is conveniently located on Magnolia and Orangethrope. Easy access to the highways. Both the 5 and the 91 are within moments reach. Fuel here is slightly higher than other locations. I don't mind it as they offer air for your tires (free of charge). Most fuel stations have air but most charge. Maybe, since I'm a regular here and pump fuel it's just a added perk? I needed to put air into my daughters bicycle. Ha. Drove to the station. The owner saw me. Turned on the air pump and offered to help, awesome!! I avoid mornings and late afternoons. I've been comming here for years and live around the corner, but today was the worst experience ever!!! I came pulled into pump 1 and ran my card. Started pumping gas.. and this new guy. Comes out and tells me to stop pumping. And I ask why? And he rudely grabs the pump from my car and tells me to come inside. I'm like wtf? Am I stealing gas? Me and my boyfriend met up here on Wednesday night. I was parked at one of the gas pumps waiting for him to get there since the area is a little sketchy and I am a young petite girl (I don't feel comfortable going to the gas station alone at night); Once he got there we used his debit card to pump his gas on the pump right behind the one I was at and we were both going to walk inside to pay cash to pump mine and buy some other stuff but the man who was working (I think he was middle eastern or Indian) came out and told us we had to move our cars as soon as my boyfriend had finished pumping his gas. My boyfriend was gonna go ahead and just move his car since the guy was being rude (even though we were still going to go inside to buy some stuff and pay for my gas) but then the man was like "No, Both." At that point we decided to just go down the street to 711 to buy our snacks and go to a different gas station later to take the rest of our business elsewhere. There were no cars waiting to pump gas next to us and the other two pumps were open on the other side. I feel like the guy was just being very rude for making us leave even though we were planning on going inside to buy other things. Went to this gas station on May 22, 2016 around 9:00 pm. BEWARE of pump stations 1 and 2. It has BROKEN sensors. I was filling up for full tank which with the price of that night- my tank is $35 for full. I sat in my car because it was a little chilly but kept on checking on it every few seconds. As I was waiting for it to fill up we were wondering why it took so long to fill up next thing I know my cousin smells gas! When we looked over there it was a freaking waterfall of gas spilling EVERYWHERE. All over my car and my shoes, clothes. The pump was malfunctioning, I almost slipped and fell, I was charged $48.90, the tank was so full I could see the gas overflowing out AND to top it all off we were driving with massive headaches from the smell and fumes. Told the guy inside and just looked at it and said "I'll tell my manager, k" I swear if my car engine gets damaged from the overflow I will not hesitate to report this to Weights and Measures!!!
